Akira had been in the middle of finishing a bowl of ramen when his ears burned at the mentioning of a name.
Ifuuki
He had not been purposely eaves dropping, he nearly never did, but in a public area, he couldn't help but hear most, if not all, of other people's discussions due to his above normal level of hearing. He tried to act casually, only allowing for a slight pausing in his eating, continuing to finish his food, before putting down his bowl, bitting his finger as he did so and making a very subtle motion before placing his hand on the table. Three finger length salamanders appeared and with the slightest whisper from Akira, one even his own teammates could not hear, the three lizard's heads perked and they each scrambled up to perch next to one of the three ninjas of the group.
With another message to the salamander on his shoulder, it communicated mentally to it's kin, who in turn whispered in Rio's and Issui's ears, informing them of the situation, but telling them to continue normally.
Which was not a easy thing, Ifuuki's reputation was so great that it spread into even the far reaches of the vortex region and even into Issui's home of the hidden glacier village, north of the land of wood. Even though she had not been seen there in decades, a bingo book listing was ordered by the four town councils to be listed until her body was presented and confirmed to their satisfaction, no matter the time period. With all that, it was no question that someone speaking about her was of their countries' interests for security. Especially considering the rumors about the hidden shadow village's most recent powerful defector.

This man had noticed the fourth of the salamanders, the scout of the four kin, which had slithered into a corner near the other group. "I think we might be going about this the wrong way Akira," said Issui as he took a sip of tea and placed the cup down on the platter. "Let's show them a little respect and talk to them." With that Issui stood up and took of his blue cloak and placed it on his chair before he made his way over to Sabu, Shinji and Ganeni, sitting down next to them and started to talk calmly, with a warm smile. "I'm afraid my younger counterpart still lacks some tactfulness. We noticed that you are involved with something revolving around a high class criminal, Ifuuki. I'm not much of a fan of spying on people who are not my enemy, so what do say? Care to share?"

"My apologies, my friend tends to pick up a lot of stray conversations on accident, a side effect of his extraordinary senses. My name is Issui, Ookawa Issui, my friends are Yochimu Akira and Ohmu Rio," he said with a wave of his hand to indicate whom he identified, Rio nodding in confirmation and Akira giving only a raised eyebrow, Issui's diplomatic actions still sometimes surprised him. "You don't have to tell us who you are, I'm sure you would have your reason for doing so, but information on Ifuuki would be helpful if you had it, our countries are probably equally interested in seeing her dead as your group is."

Shinji eyed the newcomers. He has seen the salamanders been summoned earlier with his byakugan, but had more important things on his mind. Besides they didn't seem like bad people. In fact, one of them seemed familiar to him. "If you know the Kandachime, you'll know that all our information is confidential. Deepest apologies," Shinji said, bowing his head.
Sakurai felt that things where getting out of his hands and was felt thoroughly intimidated by all the ninja in the room. He left the last of the money that Sokitsu gave him on the counter and crept out of Nichiroku. Sakurai decided it search for Ion because if what Shinji had said was true, then the boys would need to prepare for the fight of there lives.

I'll pay for my own ramen then. Maybe some Sake too" Ganeni said and the shop keeper nodded with a smile. He felt like saying something to the newcomers but nothin came in mind.

Rio continued Issui's point, "As Issui-kun said, our countries has vast interest in seeing Ifuuki dealt with, she has been held responsible for over hundreds of disappearances in the last few decades. On top of that our ANBU and spy ops shinobi have been picking up increasing rumors of late of a power missing nin from our countries in the past becoming associated with her, making getting to her a way of getting to him, making it all that much more important. And do trust that given you being right about us not being near the power needed to take down Ifuuki, there are definitely more than handful of very powerful ninja in each of our countries that could be assigned to such a task, if we had the information to lead them to her."

Sokitsu tsked and sipped more tea. Sabu continued. "According to our sources, Ifuuki is headed to Konoha in search of a boy named Atehameru Ion. It is imperitive that he not fall into her hands."

Ifuuki stepped outside and crossed her arms. "Chiyo-san! Come hither and summon my chariot!"
Chiyo slowly exited the lab with a frown. She hated when Ifuuki got excited. Chiyo was very different from most nin. She was paralized from the waist down. She rode astride a giant rat wearing a vest and eyepatch. He did not look happy. Even with this handicap, she was a powerful nin. Mostly in part of her summons.
Chiyo unfurled a small scroll from the inumerable set strapped to her back. After a few seals she pressed down on the scroll and shouted. "Kuchiyose no Jutsu!"
A giant crane with a bandana around his neck appeared in a puff of smoke before them.
Ifuuki took no time and jumped on the bird's back. "I have already sent Sifu ahead of me, but he shouldn't be needed. I shall return soon."
Chiyo frowned once again. "Ifuuki-san? I was wondering if I could join you this time. I feel something important is going to happen."
"Oh?" Ifuuki said playfully. "Very well, come."
"Thank you." She whistled to the bird. "Mokiba! You heard her! Pick me up and let's get goin!" Asthe crane flapped over and gingerly pick her up she turned to the rat. "Alright Kino, you can go now." The rat sneered and vanished in a puff of smoke. Soon the were well on thier way to Konoha.

If you cannot defeat her underlings....how can you kill her?" Akira said this in a completely level tone, while slightly questioning at the end, it was not condescending, more like confusion. From a logical stand point, this did not make sense to him. "If you have addition men, should you not call them to help?"

Which we have never seen before on one of her minions. If that little incident didn't happen we would have caught him" Ganeni spoke.

When Ion, Rin and Mai reached Konoha Ion took his leave.
"I got some stuff to do now. GOtta find Sakurai. We got stuff to talk about." Ion said to Mai and Rin." So I'll see you guys later." Ion said as he dashed away. His wounds were alot worse then they were when Jin inflicted them.
