You bought a new dryer? Or does your apartment come equipped with washer and dryer? Ours does. :3 We love it.

the apartment has had the hookups since we moved in, but we had nothing to hook up to them. then the missionaries moved to a place without hookups and got permission to give their washer and dryer away. they announced it in church on monday, and mom was very quick to call dibs. we picked it up monday, had to buy a new exhaust hose for the dryer, but otherwise they're near-mint kenmore machines. heart it's so wonderful not to pay $10 to have clean clothes for another week..

Dude! That's totally kickass! I love it when stuff works out like that. When Nick and I were in Great Lakes, we had alot of support from the Mormon church. It was appreciated, despite the nervousness I felt accepting help from them. 80% of the people in that ward were Navy, and there was a weird tension because of it.

I love having a washer and dryer in our apt. I wish we OWNED them but I'm happy to just have them. I don't to laundry every day, but I'm just happy not to spend like $15 every two weeks on the laundromat. PLUS soap. GAR.

exactly. ours was about ten bucks every monday, and we'd still run out of clean clothes. now we can do several loads and get all caught up and never be all "omg, nothing to wear!" xD yay!

Our washer and dryer are now dead ;____;
So now we have to do the laundrymat thing >O
But I never have time to do this
so we're stuck with dirty clothes.

Yes it is. sweatdrop I need to do laundry pretty badly, and fold up (and put away) the clean laundry that has been piled up in the bedroom for week or more. We have dressers now but we rarely get to the actual using them part.
So, moment of awe. I was looking for a clean pair of jeans cause I spilled soda on mine right? Tore up the bedroom looking for them, only to find them in the chest of drawers. stressed I also discovered about 7 clean t-shirts neatly folded in my second drawer. I'm a tard.

i put my clean clothes straight into the drawers. my problem is the stuff that ended up in piles on the floor when we couldn't reach the door and never got around to sorting out again. xD we really need to work on that.

Yeah I know what you mean. sweatdrop My bedroom is a mess, and it's really bothering me, but I don't want to clean it because I know it will get just as bad, within a week. That's horrible. stressed
