She closed her eyes as the wind blew through the window. "Nah... This is alright..."
Carter tasted the air. She could somehow feel it becoming less stale. It was as if... "The air recharges me... My element is air! This whole thing... It's super wicked."

She covered her eyes with her arm as she breathed in the cool, refreshing and semi-clean air. Carter grumbled to herself. "Ugh... City air is so full of pollutants... That's the only thing I hate about this..."
Carter sighed. She'd have to get used to being able to taste the freshness of the air. She thought to herself about maybe getting an air purifier. Then, she thought how maybe she should just move her and Niraya to her cottage out in the woods. She quickly thought about it and was against it.
The air began to mix with the smells of freshly cooked food and the smells of carbon dioxide emitted from cars outside. Carter's mouth watered before she had to plug her nose. She ran over to the window and slammed it shut. The mixing smells were overwhelming. It made her a bit nauseous.

She closed her eyes and huffed. "To tell you to do that would be too much."
Carter breathed deeply. She could manage with the stiff air since it was better than breathing the fumes of cars. She fanned her own face and rested against the windowsill. "S'just the stiff air outside. It's a little too much. Seems the air can also be my enemy... I-I think I need some help... From a professional. Like some other Knight/Mage duo..."

Carter sighed again. She breathed deeply and clapped her hands together. "We really should find a real teacher..."
Carter was being serious. At the same time, she was distracted by Niraya's tail. Carter ran her hand through her tail as it wrapped around her. She found herself slightly distracted by her tail. Carter began playing with Niraya's tail. "If you're trying to distract me, it's working..."

She shrugged, yet continued petting her tail. "I dunno... Somewhere in Lady Europa?"
Carter found it odd that she used the old names for the continent herself. What she remembered was the tales her mother used to tell her of how the continents were once gods and goddesses themselves.

"Err... Sorry. I meant to say Europe..." Carter sat back down on the couch, letting go of Niraya's tail. Carter began to smell the food. It overpowered the stale air. Carter stood back up. "Omigosh... That smells wonderful..."
