Tibarn takes off hard, now he's got his HEAL on, if you know what I'm sayin'. He measures his decision-- he could easily circle around and strike that soldier, get closer to the flag... but the last thing he needs is to get sandwiched between a soldier and that redheaded shitbag Shinon. There's probably a fanfic about that. Ugh.
Tibarn catches a quick thermal and disappears into the damn sky before tipping back into a stall, and lets his head roll over his tail before dropping into a stoop. He drops like a stone, wings folded in tight, eyes fixed right on the widening whites of the poor soldier's eyes below, building up incredible speed before snapping his wings open and driving straight up the corridor toward the poor soldier and his lance.
At the last second, in a bright flash of green light, the Hawk King emerges from his bestial form fist-first and socks the poor guy right in the helmet with a laugh. Well, at least he's not dead, even if he takes 7 + 8 = 15 - 6 = 9 damage.

Looking across the field of flowers, Abel spots that the creepy magic girl is back, and is thankful that she's a ways off, for now, though he'll totally be ready to take her on again if need be. He greets her with a wink and cocky grin before moving to space A76
Not to miss out on chances to be fancy, Abel flares one of his Spectre Cards out in front of the soldier with a flit of his wrist. "Better brace yourself!" The card then glows, and reacts with his own magical potential to send a blast towards that soldier that does 8 damage.
Glancing back over at the girl, he gives her a thumbs up, thinking she might be surprised that he can do magic too. He then moves to the side and looks back to the rest of his team. "Think you can finish him off, cat?"
As she puts a little too much force into the swing, Aruna fumbles thus missing the soldier completely.

Cats are whimsical creatures. Fortunately, Sunil decided to humor Abel and approached the soldier, joining the goofy manchild and the snake lady on A67.
