Daisuke was walking towards the training area to get some practice in before his day truly started. It was then that he felt the tremors. He knew enough living here that this wasn't a regular earthquake which only meant one thing. High level jutsu's being fired off. He shivered at the thought that Kiri was being attacked again. It was then that he noticed the plume of destruction near the Mizukage's Office. He knew he was just a genin but he still needed to go. He rushed head long straight for the Mizukage's Office. He noticed the few people on the bridge first. He slid to a stop next to two people he didn't know, not that he knew many higher level ninja. He looked around at the destruction of the building, feeling even more hopeless. He quickly registered the slight tension in the air. "Is it over?" He said to the people beside him, raking a hand through his hair. He finally turned his attention to the two beside him that he had stopped next to. His eyes scanned the two men as he immediately made a bow. "P-Please forgive my intrusion! I simply wanted to see if there was anything I could do to help...."'As unlikely as that would be...' He thought quickly to himself.
'They also seem a lot stronger than me. I best be more careful when I go rushing into things. Maybe take a second to see if they were even allies. IDIOT!' He mentally scolded himself for not thinking far enough ahead. He slowly raised from his bow and scanned the building once more. 'Damaged windows, walls, it also looks like part of the roof caved in. . . Seems there was a pretty nasty fight here.'"Tch!" He bite off as he looked to the side. "Of course... I don't even get to see the jutsu's... Then again with the damage that's been caused..." He looked around once more. "That might have been a good thing..." He looked back at the two men and blinked. "Oh! I'm sorry don't mind me. I'm an idiot. Just thinking aloud. Heh."'Yup... I'm going to get killed for saying the wrong thing someday...' He took half a step away from the two just in case they decided to vent their possible frustrations out on him.

Illumi took a single cautious step into the Palace and looked around, confused regarding what had just happened but was also too dumbfounded to care. He noticed a whole kerfuffle going on inside and was cautious about entering but bared his teeth and walk in, "h-h-hello?" He takes a cautious step forward and looks around to everyone there.
It ended soon after he part-took in the event, it ended. Sure, it probably wasn't because of his jutsu. Actually, he made little difference. Mostly he stood there hugging his assistant in hope they wouldn't die. Once things died down, fresh meat entered the territory. His eyes brightened, and he went over to the two newcomers. First was a genin with red long hair, the next was one with short blonde hair."Welcome to our completely stable environment, where we welcome those who are new. Actually I prefer them at the moment." Daiki was speaking, looking at the two of them. "What do you need?"
As soon as Rin was released, he stalked over to the current kage. "As someone who was picked out of many... For military protection... This was a huge strike on your part. This is the one and only mistake you are allowed before I advise the Ryukyu to get a better and newer Mizukage. We expect big things from you, and the only reason we haven't cut you is because no one died."He was enraged, furious. Masking the fact he was a terrified normal person in the midst of dangerous ninja.

Thunder Sonar • Objects that hold lightning that you've made can be tracked by you from anywhere, sensed by you, and that lightning can be given back using the passive "volt siphon" technique for a small restoration of chakra for more raiton techniques
• Senpou Kaguya As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.
• Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
• Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.

Not even other kage level shinobi could touch him. Let me put this into perspective, the chakra I just saw used was more then a Demons. I did the best that I could and the best that any kage could of done. Also no one died and the only damage is to my Palace and even then its not that bad mainly my office and some roofs."

When no one answered about needing medical treatment, Rose would relax some and lean against nearby debris. He heard Cecil order everyone to, or rather, diversifying everyone by class, rank, and village orientation but being that he wasn't very specific on where "there" was, Rose didn't make a move to any one direction. His ruby eyes looked over to the broken stairwell where two additional people entered. By the looks of both of them, or rather judging that Rose had never seen them outside of this moment, they could either be refugees or Genin. Unfortunate that they see the Palace in disarray, but at the very least Rose found this to be a chance to redecorate! Already thinking about nice lovely drapes, tiles, and walling that would make the palace the envy of all villages.
Shivering at just the thought of the beautiful scene, Rose smiled as he caught sight of Voldo, fingering waving to his team mate before looking to the Shogun's second hand chastising Cecil. A... curious set of words to be said given that the Shogun even had difficulty making a scratch against the guy himself; in truth, everyone was out-classed. If he really wanted to be in depth with the battle, all the sparkly techniques only looked good but made not the man flinch. What Rose saw... wasn't an exaggeration of Cecil's rebuttal. The chakra was inhumane. Not even demon! For any being to possess that much power... is frightening. Or rather should Rose think of it more as a challenge? To be frightened may enlist some form of acceptance in the difference in power. But to be challenged, means that Rose will have to force himself to rise to the occasion and reach a higher height than he was now. Something that he planned on doing in case he in fact was not needed any longer. Though he wished to gain a mission, he didn't know if it was the best time to request for one after being just about demolished.
Illumi was about the answer the twin's question and ask to be put on a team or sent out on a mission but the twin was interrupted by a rather livid individual who immediately barked out order. The genin could only assume that this man was the Mizukage, he had leader look to him that distinguished from the rest of the group. He noticed the others, either they were girls or pretty boys which made Illumi feel...uncomfortable. He did a soft gulp and bowed to the twin apologetically before moving over to his spot that involved the Genin side. A fight had happened before as well as a powerful enemy that even the Kage couldn't kill, it was brief but he heard that and took note of it. Strong Chakra, Untouchable, got it. Illumi leaned against the wall on his side and huffed, hopefully there wasn't too much disarray from what happened previously.

Voldo stood as instructed with the other Chunin. His silver eyes shifting to the shinobi who was insulting the Mizukage. The mizukage managed to handle their remarks well. Yet he couldn't help but comment under his breath. "your more than welcome to fight that man on your own next time." he sighed brushing dust off the cape of black feathers he wore. The cape seeming to rustle a little on its own. He cracks his neck sore from falling out a three story window. He hadn't managed to recover the chakra he spent in the battle. His clones had been dismised, so he felt good about not having to expend any more chakra. However this whole day had started out on a bad note. He merely came to discuss working on making Jounin, only to fight a shinobi of unknown calibur and nearly getting killed.
As his thoughts wandered his chakra flexed within him eminating that demonic presence but much more potent. his agitation made his presence nearly ominous. to The Mizukage who Knew about Voldo this would not be an issue, but to the other Genin and Chunin it would feel unnerving. Voldo had no control over this in the slightest, unfortunately. His clan was a very secretive and dark clan. Their very presence struck fear and panic. Making those who met them think they were demons.
His sinister yet enchanting eyes fell on the little boy who was taking notes. His aura giving off a ominous almost bitter taste, like that of a dark spirit. Yet his stunning and beautiful face didnt match the aura. He observed the boy figuring it was a new genin fresh from the academy. It was honestly amusing to see a genin in such a place after a battle.
Looking at the palace Voldo sighed. "damn. My clones did a number here. I'll be sure to apologize to Lord Mizukage about using explosive clones in his palace."

Daisuke listened to the man that said it was a stable environment. To this Daisuke turned his whole body to the man and raised an eyebrow, "Seriously?... Stable? Hmmm I suppose you have a point. It's a lot more stable than before it seems. Or at least that's my guess." He scratched his head as he was in thought. He watched as the other man started walking towards the Mizukage's area. He looked up at the guy that was still standing there and smiled at him. "I'm Kai. Nice to meet you random person. You seem nice, buh-bye." He waved at the man as he headed off to group up. As he made it to the group the Mizukage was just issuing orders for others to group up by their rank and affiliations. He took a moment to look around at the others, a few he saw scanter off.
His mind pondered why they would leave after being given in order to group up in ranks. He shrugged and assumed that either they had a mission or something the Mizukage already issued to them. It was then in his little bubble of confusion was popped as he felt an odd presence. He tried to discern where the pressure was coming from. He thought it came from a man over from the Chunin group, the man had his eyes turned near him. He moved slightly before he froze himself. He took a deep breath as soon as he realized the man wasn't looking at them, thankfully he felt relieved oddly. He was more interested at the ominous aura the man was producing. He couldn't help but smile as he liked his lips watching the man. The thoughts of a fight against overwhelming odds quickened his pulse. He didn't feel like his normal self, but he was accepting of the fear that was in him.

Honchurue sighed as people insulted the Mizukage and his face grew angry but he kept his cool. When the fighting had subsided he walked over to Cecil and remarked. "Lord Mizukage what is the plan? That man shrugged off every attack we threw at him and he could return. I hate to say this sir, but we need help. I know of your undying hate towards Konohagakure, but together we could stop him. You know that to protect your shinobi sacrifices must be made. Shinobi who hated eaxh other have banded together before, and I think its time it happened again." As he said this in his mind he readied a jutsu to get out of dodge in xase Cecil tried to kill him for his words.
