"I would like to make you a final offer. I would like for you to accompany the two young men beside you on a mission. Normally I wouldn't permit a cadet to go on a mission without being accompanied by an instructor, but this mission is rather unorthodox, and I am accepting any aid I can get.
You will not be getting paid for this mission. At least, not for the time being, not until the current situation with Galbadia is resolved. However, I will see to the safety of your daughter, Robin, and her needs. You wish for her to be evacuated to someplace safe, correct? I can see this done. But in return for doing you this favor, I am asking you this:
Go with Riyel Vicaria and Lloyd Nipal to the Galbadia Missile Base, and destroy it. So long as Galbadia has those missiles, no one is truly safe, this garden most of all. If you agree to do this, and help me protect the ones I care for, I will see to it that I do the same for you. This is a request I make to you as one father to another. And should you succeed, and return to us victorious, on top of the before mentioned terms, I will elevate you to the ranks of a SeeD operative.
But I make no disillusions. The mission will be dangerous. Should you accept, and something should happen to you, I will still uphold my promise and see that Robin is cared for.

He had to admit, Lloyd felt very official with Riyel by his side like that. But even so he listened carefully to what the headmaster said. He gave the older man a firm shake upon being praised for his work at Deling. “Thank you sir” Lloyd responded as the headmaster continued. Then came the mission of dire importance. Lloyd had heard a rumor or two about Galbadia having incredibly powerful missiles...it would only be natural those destructive machinations would come into play with the coming war. Lloyd is well versed in objects of mechanical nature, after all he constructed his own. Sending him was a good idea however, even as Lloyd listened to the conditions of the mission he began to consider who to bring with him. There was another whom was just as well versed as he if not moreso. In fact she constructed a bomb to be used in the Aurel examination and even help him design not only a communication device within his pile bunker, but also helped him figure out a few things with the Hydra.
Ellale.
Surely she would be instrumental in helping disarm and destroying the Galbadian warheads. He knew...he had messed up by melting down and running away from his problems the way he had. But Lloyd needed her help now more than ever. Whatever he had to do to make it right, he would do it ten times over to make up for his breakdown. “Headmaster!” The blonde began before completing his thought. “I understand and accept, however I request permission for Ellale Laytos to accompany us on the mission as well. I will work out the details later, but I believe she could play a key role in helping disarm and destroy the warheads. I can vouch that she is a near mechanical genius and is stronger in that category than I.” He replied confident in his thought. Lloyd wasn't sure who the headmaster had in mind to come with them, but hopefully they could be useful too. Wait it was Issac? That was a familiar face more or less. On the other hand, he was considering either Tae or Sophia was well. Then again...while Tae was a formidable swordswoman and Sophia was a superb healer...could he bring them knowingly into harms way? Could they handle themselves? Than again...could Ellale? The image of her crying her heart out will forever be burned into his memory. This...was a lot of pressure but there was no time for doubt. “Please sir!” He asked once more bowing respectively. He already knew Riyel would accompany him without fail but...dammit he couldn't worry, not now!

Her cheeks flushed before her entire face was engulfed in a nice red hue she gave a small smile before dashing back to her room to put some clothes on. However, she was aware of this fact as she hurried back and careful not to flash anyone on her way back. She hoped she didn’t but she just wasn’t in the mind set to really know what was going on. If Ellale didn’t reassure her by heading back into her room that she would wait, Tae would have said the hell with putting clothes on. She had some in her bag that she could put on at a later time. It didn’t take long before she grabbed a dark green layered skirt with a vest like top and some type of shoes that would support her feet. She’d shoved a pair of other shoes into her pack. As she turned to leave she spotted a bag and Ellale’s rifle. Without thinking she picked it up and brought it with her this time around. If the girl didn’t want it she could always leave it in her own room. With that she headed back out in a timely manner and headed back down to Ellale’s room. It might have taken her all but five minutes with the rate of her running from room to room. Her hair had been crudely brushed and her normal ribbon tied to keep most of her hair from flying into her face. Her hair still held a wet look to it. Not seeing Ellale outside of her room she’d opened the door to peek inside to see if she indeed had waited. Her breath held as fear started to play with her mind. Though, inside held the girl she was hoping to see. Her heart skipped, faltered before beating once more. Taking in a deep breath she readjusted the straps her chest feeling cramped and her breathing coming in near rasps though she wasn’t hunched over this time. While she readjusted the straps she rubbed a few fingers over the scar that ran up and over her chest. ”I’m ready now.” she gave her friend a small smile before holding up Ellale’s rifle out to the girl and sliding off the extra bag, ”Oh and I spotted this… not sure if you wanted to bring it with or not.” She hoped everything she was leaving behind would be alright. It vague registered with her that it wasn’t entirely just the garden and everyone here she was leaving but her own family as well; her parents and twin. Not that she was too worried about them but she may never see them as well. The heat that was coming upon the garden she could only hope didn’t spread out to the town as well. She stood by the doorway for a moment before she turned to head out. This would be the last time she’d see this place for a long time if ever again. That was saying if what Ellale said followed through. There was a small chance that they would see this pace again but she wasn’t going to hold her breath on the thought. ღ OOC: ღ

Ellale had watched Tae go before slowly turning and going into her room, sitting down on the chair nearest to the door as she closed her eyes. She had a lot to think about, and probably a lot to decide before she even made it home, let alone the number of decision's she'd have to make once she got there. In a way, she was happy Tae was coming. It meant someone could help her with the tough decisions. And she was going to have to make a lot. With a sigh, Ellale rubbed her temples, trying to calm her thoughts. She was hesitating, sitting here. She knew it would all come crashing in if she waited too long. Luckily, it was at this point that Tae returned, pushing open the door and peeking inside. Ellale slowly stood, stretching before noticing Tae rubbing a scar again. She'd seen Tae's scars, and they hadn't bothered her. It was kinda funny though... now Ellale had a scar similar to Tae.
Ellale blinked when Tae dropped the other bag she was holding, mentioning Ellale might want it. She might not have known what she was talking about until she held out Ellale's rifle. In an almost numb fashion, the girl took it, looking it over before pulling back the bolt and making sure it was empty. Silently she pulled the rifle over her shoulder and moved to the bag on the floor, pulling it open and flipping through the bag. It wasn't long and she had a few clips for the rifle in a smaller bag and some special rounds that she put into the bag on her back. With this done, Ellale stood with a faint smile. "Thanks."
Unlike Tae who hesitated at the door, for the second time Ellale walked out without being certain she would return. There was a good chance she wouldn't, after all. She didn't hesitate though, heading down the hall quickly, glancing back to make sure Tae followed. Ellale wondered, if just for a moment, how hard it would be for Tae to leave. It wasn't too hard for her at the moment, but perhaps, given a day, it would be hard to be gone. She'd been here for a long time after all. Both of them had. Ellale didn't want to think on that though at the moment. It would make it harder to leave, plus she had to go home. It wasn't a question of if she wanted too or not.
Ellale did not lead them through the reflection pool area of the garden, at least not directly. She opted to stay along the outer rim to head to the main exit. They weren't the only one's leaving. Some seemed to be taking it as a vacation, laughing and joking as they went, others were more grim, serious. And then there were those who remained sitting in the chairs and the areas in the outer ring. Similiar to those leaving, some were serious, some were joking, some were still studying, of all things. It was when they came to the walkway that lead to the main entrance that Ellale paused, looking back at Tae for a moment. "Are you sure you want to come with me?" She asked softly, making sure that this is what Tae wanted.

Either that or she didn’t want a reason to keep her here longer and have her end up changing her mind. Would it be so bad for the girl to change her mind? Or would it be cruel to bring her back into that sad state she had saw her in before back in her room? She didn’t like the Ellale that had been back in her room. She was so out of her normal self as she sat on the floor of Tae’s room. No, Tae didn’t like that one bit. It was the feeling of helplessness as she talked to Yin and she sat there emotionless that ate at Tae. As the other girl crossed her mind a pain shot through her. What kind of friend was she to abandon one to leave with other? Would Yin understand her decision? Then there was Lloyd. Tae stopped as Ellale finally paused in her walk. Tae glanced at the other girl as she pulled herself from her thoughts. The entire trek they were quiet as the other students and SeeD that were either leaving as well or staying chatted filling the air. None of their chatter had filtered through her mind. Her eyes stayed on the one person that mattered right now. Her small voice carried to her ears as she listened. Was she sure she wanted to go? Ellale was giving her one chance to go, though Tae had already made up her mind. Shaking her head, ”Yes, I'm sure. I’m going with you.” They would either understand or they wouldn’t and hate her for her choice. ღ OOC: ღ

Hearing the Headmaster's offer, once again the man's eyes closed as a breath of relief escaped him. For a moment, there was no reply, but eventually he nodded his head once, before opening his eyes, again fixing his gaze on his elder whom moments ago he was speaking too so harshly. There probably wouldn't be any good from simply saying thank you, or anything along those lines. At least, even if he did say it it might not properly convey the amount of gratitude he'd feel for seeing his daughter put somewhere safe.
He just beat you, and now you're grateful to him? Said a voice in his head, which at the moment seemed in disbelief. Sigrdrífa wasn't amused by this, but held her tongue from going any further for the moment. "I accept, Sir." Isaac said, his moment of silence gone. "I assume we're leaving as soon as possible, and I won't be privy to Robin's safe house location. Or, at least I don't wish to know until I get back. I leave her safety in your hands. Before I go prepare, I would like to ask, do we have a Galbadian Uniform, mock up or otherwise, or a military uniform of theirs any of us could manage for disguise?"
A disguise could give you the advantage of a surprise attack, should you need it. Hit them at their weakest before crushing them. Sigrdrífa continued to say in his head, having begun to advise him, Maybe this time you won't screw up a mission, and graduate as a SeeD. "And, thank you. I-i'll do what I can to keep this place safe." He would have liked to say that earlier, but the option didn't seem possible with Robin in the Garden.

Ellale waited for Tae's answer, watching her intently as she did. This was important, she had no desire to pull Tae after her if Tae really didn't want to go. This was her decision and no one else needed to feel obligated to go with her. Still, it felt nice to hear that Tae was going with her. At least she wasn't going alone now. With a faint smile, Ellale turned and started down the walkway. The front gate wasn't far, and it wouldn't take them long to get there, a few moments at best. It gave Ellale some time to think, even though that wasn't what she wanted to do. If this was the last time she was here, she hoped everyone she knew would make it through the upcoming fight alright. Chances were, they were all going to die if they stayed, but she could hope the best for them anyways. It was the least she could do for them. Sighing lightly, Ellale closed off her thoughts as they arrived at the gate.
She offered only a brief wave to the young man attending the gate, who waved back. He seemed alright with seeing all these people leave. Perhaps he was staying because of some obligation too? To at least see everyone out? She couldn't know, and probably would never know. They were outside of the main gate now, walking down a dirt path. It eventually connected with a old road that went to Winhill, and would be the path that Tae and Ellale would have to take. It wouldn't take them long to get there, but there was always the risk of monsters attacking. Still, it seemed unlikely in her opinion. the chances of them getting jumped, with so many people around, was unlikely. That was at least one positive thing to think as they joined those traveling to Winhill in their walk.

Yuka
{{OOC:// Your characters survival is in your hands.}}Yuka had gotten Isaac to go back into the headmasters office before she retired to her own office with her brother. He asked her what had happened in the hall, but she waved him off and let her head lay on the desk she sat at with a sigh. This was going to be a long day, she could already tell. Still, she wondered just what was going to happen now. They had like a day to figure this all out, and it wasn't like a day was really going to give them all the answers they needed. It was clear that she and her brother were staying, but it wasn't like they were combat geniuses. They needed to figure out just what they were going to do. She discussed some of it with her brother, but talking to him was the equivalent of talking to a box. It didn't respond with too much that was intelligent in her opinion. Crude, but in her opinion true. Honestly though, if not for him she realized she'd probably be bored out of her mind most of the time. The thought brought what may have been a smile to her face as she looked out the window with a gentle look. It was such a nice day too, a shame it was ruined by one message that arrived for the headmaster. So many students would have been having classes right now. Now most of them were probably deciding to stay or run away. What would she have done if she left, she wondered. Not much, probably. No, she was sure she was better off here. At least.... what was that? Yuka sat up slowly, frowning as she looked out the window. "Brother... what are those?" She said, moving to the window with a confused look on her face. She stared at them for a good few seconds, seeing lights in the distance, likely something reflecting the sun. She pondered it for a moment, trying to think of anything metal that flew. And when she found it, she very nearly fell back. Retaliation"BROTHER! Get on the PA and tell everyone to get down! I think we're under attack by missiles!" Yuka shouted, running and jumping over her desk and out of the room in a matter of only a few seconds, dashing down the hall to the headmasters office. Luckily his door was already down, so she didn't exactly have to get there to start yelling her warning. "Missiles! We need to get down off this level NOW!" Her voice was frantic, but hopefully clear enough that the headmaster realized they were suddenly not okay. She might not have thought of what was coming at them if not for the fact that it was literally the only thing she could think of that would come in mass and be metal. It definitely wasn't an air ship, they were the only ones with one of those, as far as she knew, which meant it could literally only be one thing. They'd been lied too. There was no surrendering. They were all going to die here. They had less than a minute to figure out what they were going to do, and they were on the highest level of the garden.

"Attention everyone! Galbadia has launched missiles at Winhill Garden! Everyone is to seek shelter and brace for impact immediately! This is not a drill, I repeat, this is not a drill and you are to all seek shelter now!"
The urgency in the Announcer's voice was clear for all to hear, not even The Announcer wasting any breath for this situation. Instead, he continued to speak over the PA, the sound of ruffling papers audible through the PA. "There are several locations that you can all go to for optimal safety! They are..." And began listing the locations, advising the Garden to evacuate to those places in the short amount of time that they had, watching through the window of the office as the missiles approached.
"As this may be my final announcement to you all, let me say what an honor it has been to serve as The Announcer for these long years. And as a tribute to those of you who have made it into a FAQ, I will reveal the question you have all been asking, the answer to my true name. It is... THE ANNOUNCER!"
Meanwhile, in the office...
"Damn it!" The headmaster slammed his fists down upon the desk. He hasn't seen this. Hadn't even considered it. They hadn't even waited, which confirmed his worst fears. The president was dead, and Edea Kramer was in control of Galbadia. "I'm sorry, Martine. It seems this is the most I could do for you, my old friend..." Looking up, he took a stern expression, speaking quickly. "You all need to leave, now! Byakko! The window!" In an instant the window behind the Headmaster shattered, as if smashed into by an invisible force. And there, in the air, the silhouette of a large beast could be made out in the air. "If none of you have flying GF jump upon Byakko, now! Byakko..." The headmaster stared at the GF for a moment, a silent message passing between the two. "Thank you." The headmaster said. "Now go, all of you! Yuka, you too."

xxxY i nxxA z u r e nx████████████ ❤ ███████████████████████████████Yin was not particularly surprised when Tae dashed out of the door, though she was amused to note that the girl seemed to have forgotten what she was wearing in her hurry. She might have had a chuckle about it had the situation of the Garden's future not been so dire at that point. Yin was not one to get depressed or panic at something like this, but it nonetheless concerned her greatly. What should she do? Stay and fight? Or flee to safety? "I could go back to Tae's parent's..." She said, contemplating the idea by herself. They would take her in, she was sure. But...Winhill had always felt like her true home. She felt it would be wrong to leave, somehow. Aethusa offered no suggestions and instead sat near the door, looking at it with a mournful expression as if sad that Tae had left.
"Well, I have a little time to decide, I guess." She muttered, scratching her head and pulling a face, then relaxing in the chair again. She wasn't sure how long she remained sitting there, contemplating things that were much more serious than the usual pointless stuff she generally thought about. When the PA system sounded, however, she sat immediately upright, her blue and pink eyes widening in horror at the announcement and her hands gripping the arms of the chair so tightly her knuckles went white. "Missiles...?!" She breathed, her gaze darting to the window. Aethusa jumped to his feet. "The underground shelter! Quickly!" He yelped and Yin nodded and sprang out of the chair, rushing to the door. The Announcer was listing off safety zones but Yin already knew which one she was heading to. The nearest was a shelter beneath the dorm building. Outside the room it was chaos in the hallways as all the other students and staff panicked and ran. Yin slipped through the crowds, Aethusa following swiftly at her heels.
"This way to the shelter!" She yelled as she ran, not waiting to see if anyone would follow her. When they reached the entrance of the shelter Yin threw herself through the door and raced down the many concrete steps that led into what looked like a very large basement, deep beneath the dorm building. She could hear other people following her now, their footsteps hurrying to keep up with her. It was cold and dark at the bottom but there were emergency flashlights located in boxes on the walls and Yin grabbed one, flicking it on. Other students did the same. "There's a tunnel that leads out, I think." She panted, speaking of course to Aethusa, and shining the flashlight around to see if she could find an exit somewhere. They needed to get as far away from the garden as possible. "There!" The GF started running and Yin followed, shining the flashlight at the entrance to the tunnel. "This way!" Someone in the room probably expected a word from the foul mouthed Isaac. A cacophonous chorus of non-school friendly words, terms, and barely coherent curses. Maybe, or they expected him to flip the Headmaster's desk or something that displayed his poor temperament. And to an extent, they were right. He only stood there for a moment after Yuka's words, before his boot was on the Headmaster's table and he himself charging over it, before cannon balling himself out of the Headmaster's window. Unfortunately the second time recently that someone had escaped through it.
While, typically, the descent down would be a painful idea, this man hesitated in no manner to this thought, and hell, even if he broke his arm it wouldn't stop him. He doubted anything would really slow him down right now, or at least he would have if he was thinking. Sigrdrífa appeared behind him, over him, her wings out stretched as were her arms, managing to catch the young man before he hit the ground. Crossing her arms, a clear disapproving expression on her face, the summon drifted away from the Garden. She knew he was essentially on a suicide mission, and she knew if she was there when the missiles impacted, most likely the damage would force her out of her physical form.
Still, watching the shirtless ivory haired man immediately take off in a sprint after landing, rushing back inside of the Garden in desperate search of his daughter, she shook her head a bit. If he died in there, or at least took grievous enough injury he lost consciousness, she did not know if she could last long enough to uncover and revive him. She would be loyal to the end for her chosen, if a bit thoughtless chosen warrior.
Meanwhile, in the Garden, Isaac was rushing through the halls to the classroom he knew his daughter was in today, and if she failed to be there, he could only hope she was in that building's shelter. Which would be his immediate next destination, if he could even make it.

Riyel simply stood there as Lloyd continued conversing with the Headmaster, only coming to attention when he mentioned Ellale's name. As soon as they left the room, Riyel would have words to pick with Lloyd. Ellale was in no shape to go on any mission. She was weeping the last time that he had seen her and obviously going on a mission not be high on her lists. Then the intercom went off. His eyes opened immediately as he turned to see Isaac leaping out of the window and as soon as the Headmaster told them what to do, Riyel reached out to Lloyd, grasping his arm and dragging him towards the GF quickly. "No arguing. Get on. Shut up. We have to go." There would be more time for words later as Riyel leapt onto the Guardian Force as well as he turned towards Yuka. "LET'S GO!"

Something she thought she would never be able to do. Never thought she would find anyone who deserved her. But Lloyd proved so much more than that. The sound of the announcement coming on didn't stir Sophia at all. When Lloyd sat up abruptly however her head fell onto the bed and she looked up to her lover as he quickly dressed himself. "Lloyd..." She said softly but she was unable to say much more before he gave her a long passionate kiss and ran off saying he needed to talk to the headmaster. Sophia sat up, holding the sheets up to cover her bare breasts and watched the door shut behind Lloyd. She felt her heart sink, sighing softly, Sophia decided she should probably get out of bed and get dressed too.
Sophia was picking out a book in the library to read. She had just pulled one out when suddenly the announcements came back on in panic. Missles...?! Sophia dropped the book that was in her hands, her eyes wide. "Lloyd..." She cried and started to run towards the headmasters office. Before Sophia could even get out of the library the Librarian had grabbed her arm. "No Sophia! You have to get to the nearest shelter!" Sophia shook her head. "No! I have to be with Lloyd!" Sophia's arm was being tugged enough to hurt but she kept fighting back. "You need to trust he will get out! You can't die here!" The librarian yelled at her and pulled on Sophia even harder. Sophia bit her bottom lip then finally went into the shelter that connected to the back of the library, following the librarian and other students that were near. Sophia prayed that Lloyd made it out and that they all survived what was to come.

She would have no regrets about leaving this place. After all a small part of her told her she’d return someday. She tucked that thought away for another time. There was no reason to dwell on the losses. The best thing for anyone to do was to keep looking forward one day at a time. Planning ahead for the future didn’t entirely work for Tae because things always enjoyed intervening with the plans. So that’s what she would do. Take one day at a time by putting one foot in front of the other. As her eyes glanced around when they reached the outside and headed towards the front gates. She was actually surprised to see so many people just leave as if this place had never really meant much. That or they truly didn’t understand what was about to go down as some laughed and joked around. They were treating this like a holiday. A slight frown graced her lips before she pushed it back. It might be for the best that they didn’t know, if that was the case. As they came up to the gate a young man stood there to watch as the many people filed out. She moved so she was walking behind Ellale for a moment so people wouldn’t get stuck trying to get out. That and she didn’t want to crowd or step on anyone. She glanced up at the man as she walked passed. He seemed like he was holding back almost though to most anyone he looked like he was accepting the people leaving. Looking away before he caught her gaze she moved to the right side of Ellale as they headed down the pathway. Taking in a small breath she shifted her bags and straps before looking up at the sky. It was then that she caught wind of panic in the air and someone screaming, “Oh My God! Is that--?!” Missles had been aimed at the garden and no amount of words or movement would save them now. Her heart sank and dread ran cold in her veins. As if in slow motion her head turned to look at Ellale beside her. There was no time to summon up her GF and the only thing she could think of doing was grabbing her hand and squeezing it tight. ”I love you.” However, she wasn’t sure if she actually said the words or merely thought it. All sound was sucked from her ears as a bright light blinded her. It felt like she was still in slow motion the sensation all around her but the single hand she held onto was gone and in time so did the hand. Everything seemed cold to her, even the light spots that swirled beyond her vision. When sound could be heard again it rushed like water being freed from a cork. Cries and moans sounded from everywhere. Tae laid there motionless except for the very light intake of air that slowly raised and lowered her chest. Her eyes slowly opened but everything was disoriented for a few seconds before she blinked them clear. Dust clouded the air as it billowed out. The last coherent thought that ran through her mind was, Ellale…I’m sorry… Everything dyed out. Sound drifted to silence and light drifted to darkness. ღ OOC: ღ

Yuka
Yuka stood dumbstruck for a moment as she stared at the headmaster. He was telling them to go, and telling her to go to. Part of her, no almost all of her wanted to go back for her brother, but there was literally no way he'd make it in time. She could hear his announcement still going. He was literally going to stay till the end. She was rooted to the spot for a moment. Leave him. Stay. Leave him... Stay... Yuka cursed loud enough that anyone would have been able to hear it. She took off running, jumping out the window and onto Byakko as she cast a look back down the hallway she had come. He'd have given her so much trouble for coming back. He might have been an insufferable announcer (in her opinion), but he was her brother. And he'd have been none the pleased to see her back, she was sure. No matter how much she wanted to be there with him. "DON'T YOU DARE DIE!"Byakko did not waste time getting them up and away from the 3rd floor she knew like the back of her hand. The last thing she saw was the headmaster standing there. So this was really it... LacrimosaThose on Byakko got a pretty good show of just how the attack hit. The first missile to strike went straight through the center of Winhill, into the reflection pool. The explosion was enough to take out all the support structures in a single go. The outer halo ring that had long held students came falling down, cracking as it went into smaller sections. The third floor, ballroom and Headmasters office was next to crumble down, disappearing into the already billowing smoke of the first missile. The second hit somewhere in the field near the auditorium, blowing the building itself nearly flat, and taking out a huge chunk of the outer wall on that side with it. After that, it became a mess to really determine what hit where. The armory took a direct hit, completely eradicating the building and leaving a huge gaping hole in the ground where it hit and possible killing everyone whom had been in the bomb shelter beneath it. The front gate was effected by this explosion, effectively tearing down the walls there and throwing them outwards. The Dorms were hit as well, but on a higher level, sending the the upper levels skyward, and flattening the rest of the dorms down to the ground. Anyone not in a shelter on the lower levels of the dorms were probably crushed nearly instantly. A bomb impacted between the Library and medical wing, causing both buildings to crumble, but leaving part of each structure standing. And another landed near the outer edge of the recreation center, blowing out an entire side and destroying enough supports that the building crashed onto it's side. Every single one of the walkways were laid flat, and even as the other bombs hit open areas, they still caused severe damage. In an instant, Winhill Garden had gone from a peaceful garden into an image of hell with fires burning and most of the buildings taken out. The only building to not be severely damaged appeared to be the cafeteria, though even it was missing all of it's front half. It looked like not a speck of Winhill actually completely evaded the blast, and the destruction went far from winhill, rubble easily being found far outside where the original outer walls had been. Those walls no longer existed, having been mostly torn down with the blasts. Though the attack lasted only a few seconds, the missiles striking in quick succession, the destruction was incredible.
