Sethrian only just managed to hold back a groan. Balls and ramps were innocuous enough. But this class had Kamil. It also had a boy who liked to pull rabbits and mythological creatures out of thin air.

Somehow, he suspected this was not going to end well. He suspected it might be best to work alone, squirreled away in a corner, far away from the others. But then, it wasn't as if Kamil would let him. He stood and sighed. "Very well, shall we begin?" he asked the others.

(Sorry for the short post. Trying to catch up everywhere so I can take my time with the next round.))

Isamu hurried to the physics classroom. He had gotten distracted by Rose and had hurried back to the school from the cafe' as quickly as he could. But of course he couldn't go directly to the class because he had to stop by his dorm room to pick his cat up.

He entered the classroom with the animal lounging around his neck. There was no way on Earth that he was going to leave it alone in his dorm all day. The poor animal would go crazy, and Isamu knew what it was like to be all caged up. It was quite the horrible feeling....

"Sorry im late...." he mumbled as he stepped into the classroom, and just in time to hear what the assignment for the day was.

"Yes, Kamil, we will let you do the timing," Sethrian said, relieved when Veith showed up. He didn't know Jukka or Isamu all that well so he was glad to see at least one other responsible party in the class. "If you need help figuring out how to work it, I will help you."

He picked up the stop watch and handed it over, assuming Kamil would have no idea how to work it, and would inevitably find the buttons bewildering. But it was better than him knocking himself out with one of the balls somehow. And given this was Kamil, that did not seem entirely far fetched.

"Veith, perhaps you can get one of the others to help you with setting up the ramp and cup."

((I wonder if Kamil would be depressed to see how little faith his friends have in him. XD ))

Louis Caros

Louis nodded at the teacher saying the assignment, and already saw that Kamil and Sethrian and their friends were quickly at work. This was something Louis thought he would do well at. Louis went over to where they were working.

"So, Kamil, do you mind if I join your group?" Louis asked. "I'll do anything you guys need."

"Kamil this isn't a guessing game. This is physics." Veith sighed. "We have to use what we learned in this class to find where the ball will land and we'll test to see if we have it right."

Veith glanced at Louis. He seemed like a fairly capable guy. "Why not?" Veith said. "Help me set up the ramp. I'll hold it in place and you can tape it. I've already done the measurements and once we have it set up, we'll roll the ball to calculate velocity."

He just hoped that Kamil could at last manage time keeping.

((Sorry for the lateness. >.< I was computing potions equations. >8D ))

Isamu blushed, obviously highly embarrassed, "Im sorry...." he replied quietly, looking off to the side. His cat, however, was not as patient. It growled and hissed in the teacher's arms, wriggling to get free. Being an f1 savannah cat it was huge, and quite strong. "MROOOOWWWW!!!!" It wailed, then bit onto Silveril's arm and began scratching at it frantically.

(lol, okay! xD )

Kamil Terrace

"Yup! I figured it out." Kamil laughed. "This button is to start and this button is to make everything start all over again. Oh and this button is weird. Oh yeah, and tell me when to stop the watch. I think I completely get what we're doing! Except for the calculations part. I can do everything else, but the whole math and writing, I think I'll need... a guide."

"I'll start whenever you're ready, Veith and Louis!" Kamil said with a grin.

((Well, since it's all business and a lab, I think short posts are good. >8D I don't think we want a detailed description of how the ball rolls down the ramp. XD ))
