❣ Ren frowned, "I'm sorry, that would be my fault, earlier when I came out of the den I smelled something strange, so I went looking for it, it turns out it was humans and the staff one of them had hid their smell, when one of them captured me I heard Buttercup and knew what to do, I don't know how, but I did, so I killed the humans and broke the staff. Oh and uh, if you don't mind my asking, how did you get so big?!" she giggles. ❣

Buttercup woke up. She saw Cloud's bad temper and remembered that she forgot to thank him, "How stupid I was, I know Ren was not the only one that helped me," buttercup runs over to where Cloud is sulking, she gently nuzzles him and speaks softly..Cloud? Cloud I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to thank you for your help, you really did help me, you were the one that brought me back to my body...Cloud I'm really sorry I didn't thank you sonner..." Buttercup whines and lays on the ground in shame.

The white crow swoops by and pecks Ren and Cloud in a friendly greeting, then finds a perch on a rock and lays down to take a nap.

When buttercup saw that Cloud was ignoring her, she stumbled back into the den and found her dark hidden corner and curled up in a ball, tears falling to the ground as she again stirred up old guilt and added new ones with it.

Buttercup didn't hear Ren, she wouldn't be able to hear anyone at this point, she had retreated into herself; her eyes were unfocused and staring off into the distance

Buttercup was in the darkness, it was getting closer, threatening to overwhelm her, but something bumped her, bringing her back to reality. Buttercup blinked as her eyes refocused to the den and its surroundings. Ren was laying next to her, giving her a questioning look."Wha....what happened, did I fall asleep? What were you asking me Ren , I dont remember...."

Buttercup looked at Ren, confused...she looked down and saw water droplets on the ground, like tears. But she doesn't remember crying.."I don't know whats wrong Ren, I don't even know why I'm sitting here, Whats happening to me?" Buttercup startewd freaking out, wondering what else happened and why she couldn't remember anything.

Cloud was deep in thought as he mulled over Buttercup's appology. Then he sighed and went in after her. "I forgive you," he said simply. He went inside and sat down in front of her. "You probably retreated into darkness," he said in answer to her question about what was happening to her.
