Seeing all the confused trainer's... and the odd reoccurances, Sabre felt some unease. But he didn't dare show it. Some sort of illusion? It felt like they were walking in place by this time. Claude noticed too, making him sniff the air, and the ground repeatedly for some sort of clue as to what was going on. However... the man darted his eyes to the side as that.... disappointingly familiar voice sounded out. He hoped she was talking to someone else, but no... it was him alright. Sighing heavily internally again, he just gave a very lackadasical shrug, showing he didn't care... also responding to both questions at once. The Absol looked up to the girl intently, inspecting her, before resuming his investigating.

Flint groaned, this was just great, there was that creepy girl again and they still couldent get up the stairs. why couldent anything even be simple?

Ugh, stairs. Katie hated stairs. She hated stairs in freakishly strange mansions even moreso. "This is ridiculous," she grumbled, and the rattata that she was still carrying around flicked its tail in response. What that was supposed to mean, though, Katie had no clue.
Instead, she looked over at Oyumi and smiled tightly. "A shower does sound nice... and buildings without secret passages and creepy playrooms sound nice too."

When Genesis looked around, she began to notice strange patterns. A Zubat who had flown ahead of its companion reappeared behind it, but there didn't seem to be any sort of Pokémon around that could have teleported it like that (and she knew a Zubat itself couldn't have done it). Next, a trainer marked the side of the wall with an "X," the replica of which began to appear multiple times as they moved on. She stopped.
"Is this... is this a loop?" she wondered disbelievingly, although it would certainly explain the stairs.
Before anyone could reply, the strange, cloaked girl from before reappeared. She was the same one that they had seen when they first got here, and Genesis narrowed her eyes warily. What exactly was going on?

Nyla almost passed by her X because she didn't want to believe it was there as she was running up the stairs. But there it was. This was an endless staircase! And now the mysterious girl was on top of the stairs, taunting them about it. She gritted her teeth and resisted the urge to punch the wall and break some bones in her hand.
"What's this test then? Are you going to give us more braille to decipher?" Nyla said sarcastically.

"Hmm..I wish we could get off of these stairs and see Jiraichi soon then," he replied to Genesis, grimacing at his weary legs. Geez, he really needed to work out more and build up his stamina.
Patrick stared at the at the creepy chick from the beginning. Great, at least she was back to help them. Hmm...Maybe all they needed to do was wish. "Hey guys, maybe if we wish for these stairs to end, we'd get to where they lead to." Chanting that wish wouldn't hurt much...right?

 @ Kayla and Any Shina stopped climbing. "Well, if we aren't going up, there is no sense in wearing ourselves out." Thinking a minute, she asked "do you have any berries or other treats to tempt a pokemon with? I'm all out, but maybe we can try to pacify the pokemon causing this?"

 Kayla stared up the stairs and noticed the ghost girl. This was getting tiresome. She will be all mysterious again and something will happen. It's just a matter of time and what.

Oyumi shifted to playfully elbow the other girl's side, pausing and flicking her eyes to the top of the stairs when the mysterious girl appeared. An illusion? She hadn't even noticed... Or was it less of an illusion and more of bending reality itself? Just how were they going to get out of this?

Keria ran her fingers across the wall trying to find anything out of place. "I'm not sure. Hmm I hope the button isn't berried inside the wall." Moving to the reeling she checked that for a button as well.

Well, at least it hadn't been a 'NO' or a 'SHOVE OFF'. She would take that. Even if he wasn't very talkative and didn't seem to inclined to change the more she was in his company, Arlii was rather grateful he would...deal with her presence. So she turned her gaze towards the Absol that was regarding her. Smiling, she held out a hand for him to sniff. The Zubat hanging from her back squawked in some sort of greeting to the Absol as well. He seemed to be in a less pain-in-the-rear mood now that he'd gotten to fight (and win) against another pokemon.
"Umm...thank you, by the way." Arlii said hesitantly to her reluctant companion.
