Zsaria will follow Rå if you'd like, since of the two captains I think she's less likely to try and murder him. She's clever and fast, and committed to honor above anything else. She could be a second in command, there'd certainly be reason he wouldn't trust her completely being female.

Brief Personality: Skada is a very serious lioness who can come off as being quite the b***h. She cannot tolerate stupidity or insolence and when faced with either type of behavior her anger reaches cataclysmic proportions. Skada prefers her own company over those of others and does not socialize with males unless she absolutely has to. (The only male she will tolerate is Aesir and only because he is Warlord). If she does have to be in the company of others, she prefers to be in the company of other females. Skada does not partake in mint and berries and finds lions who use the stuff weak and lacking in self-control. The saddest thing about Skada is that she was not always this way. There was a time when she was happy and kind and generous, but when her dearest friend was ripped from her life, something twisted in Skada - and continues to twist and fray to this very day.
Brief History: Skada was born to a Reaver lion and a Freeborn lioness. Her father died during a Viking while her mother lived to an old age, passing away just recently. In her younger years Skada wanted nothing more than to be a Lawspeaker, finding the importance of keeping traditions and the histories of the pride to be utterly fascinating. Skada was not a born fighter and took after her bard mother. Skada hungered for knowledge and loved to learn. She became fast friends with another young lioness Freeborn named Anja. Skada was happy and carefree with a strong love for her pride, but things would not always be this way.

Anja, Skada's dearest friend (and some would say that Skada's feelings for Anja may have been a bit more than mere friendship) was eventually mated to a lion named Kondo -- a lion who was quickly rising through the ranks to Captain. Skada knew that Kondo wasn't the nicest lion even though Anja took it all in stride. It wasn't until Anja gave birth to a son and two daughters that Skada knew something was wrong. Anja would never admit that Kondo had killed their daughters, instead explaining their deaths by calling them 'drowning accidents'. Skada knew that Anja was terrified of Kondo, and it surprised Skada when Anja became more militant and joined the ranks of the Reavers with their remaining son.

When Kondo returned to the pride alone after a viking that he'd taken his mate and son on, Skada knew that Anja was dead by Kondo's paw. Skada despises the lion with every fiber of her being, though she's never outright accused Kondo of killing Anja. From that moment on, Skada changed from the sweet and carefree lioness to the fierce and furious lioness she is now. Given half a chance, she'd kill Kondo, but part of her feels that Anja would never approve of Skada being a cold-blooded murderer.


Just a note: At some point when she's a bit older I'd like to see her seriously wounded (crippled, blinded, etc.) so that she could get into being a Lawspeaker.

Mopani is kind of boggled at the idea that she's supposed to be a slave now, so RP with anyone that can enlighten her on what that means (via a kind explanation or whopping her upside the head) would be awesome.
