Cavalier of the Night☪ As one of the beams from his first attack comes, she moves her shield in the way to block it, remaining unscathed. She chuckles and feels almost insulted that a beast such as himself was making a comment about her skills. "Child... you know nothing of my power!" Looking at her shield, she realizes that she can't continue to block forever, but that she can also parry. When he releases his spherical attacks, she charges her lance and thrusts forward, "DEMON DISASTER!!!" This attack was a far stronger version of her Damaging pierce, this time sending an energy wave of purple matter at the sphere, causing it to blow up before even reaching her. She continued to charge energy in her core as she taunted the digimon with her attacks. "Come now, surely you can do better than that." She would say, somehow managing to levitate for a brief amount of time.------------------------------ [] As the Musyamon are cut down, those that remain seem to grow stronger with the strength of their fallen comrades. "KILL THEM ALL!!!" They would each say. A group of Musyamon (3) would target the Imperialdramon (Fudge) "WHITE BIRD SWORD!!!" Their swords would glow with a white fire and then lash out, sending an attack that took the form of three dragons, circling and winding through the air as they sought to devour the Imperialdramon(fudge). The Musyamon were powerless against this new foe. Without even putting up an effort, a large number of Musyamon were disseminated by the ShadowSeraphimon's powerful attack. Only a few more remained, including the ones that were already attacking the Imperialdramon (fudge).(Total: 5 Musyamon *please include the amount that you killed in somewhere in your post)

Kazu awoke. Groggy and unfocused he scanned his surroundings. There was a huge crater about 2 metres to his left. (Casued by ShadowSeraphimon) He looked himself over and was surprised to see that the various cuts and bruised he had sustained during the water memory battle had vanished. Veemon, lying across his legs, was also wound-free.
"Is... Is that the power of Bio-Merging?" He asked no-one in particular. He tapped Veemon on he head expecting him to wake up. He didn't. Another few taps and Veemon let out a snore and turned over.
"He's sleepy!" came a voice from Kazu's D-Arc.
The baby Chibomon was peering through the screen at Veemon. A gentle hand scooped up the baby digimon and a pirate hat appeared.
"Hey Kazu." It was Mermaimon "We thought we'd lost you for a minute there. Everything went white then next thing we know you and Veemon are sleeping like babies against this tree!"
Kazu chuckled at this revelation. His stomach growled deeply and his head spun for a few seconds.
"Master! You and Veemon must eat. If not you'll not be able to fight anymore." IceLeomon chimed in.
Kazu shook his head.
"Would that really be such a bad thing?"
He stared at the sky for a few moments remembering the look on ChaosWargreymon's face. The words he had spoken... So loyal to his Tamer, willing to fight to the death for his beleifs... Was he doing that to his friends?
A flash of light alerted him to IceLeomon's relaisation. The muscular lion-man digimon scooped up Kazu and Veemon and swiftly carried them to the ruins of the base.
"Master, remain here and find food. Prepare a bag for travel and I'll go and aid our friends... It appears that Alex child has turned again."
Kazu groaned. Not again!
"Ok go... I can't stop you, but if you go down... I'll never forgive you ok? I want you to have your own thoughts and feelings, not to just readily accept my views and beleifs... Ok?"
IceLeomon nodded as ribbons of light surrounded him.
"IceLeomon digivolve to... BanchoLeomon!"
Kazu began foraging in the trashed fridge and cupboards for food.
"BanchoLeomon will finish this in one fell swoop! RAAAAAAAHH!
Kazu felt a tug. He knew things needed to end quickly... He'd grant BanchoLeomon the power he needed for now... Then to eat.
"BanchoLemon... Burst Mode Activate!!!"
Both Kazu and BanchoLeomon burst into an orange flame.
"Quickly... I can't... Keep this up..." Kazu spluttered.
A quick nod from BanchoLeomon and he was gone, hopping and skipping over rubble and debris. After making it to the entrance BanchoLeomon saw a few things. First Lance and his partner engaged in combat against a ChaosGallantmon. Secondly, Kutay and an Imperialdramon fighting a group of Musyamon. Finally he saw the dreaded ShadowSeraphimon floating in the air, obliterating digimon. Re-focusing himself he focused on the 5 remaining Musyamon.
As he moved BanchoLeomon said nothing, attempting to sneak upon the digimon attacking Kutay. In one sweeping bound he crossed the battlefield. His aura shrank away from covering his whole form and concentrated in his right fist. He launched himself into the air. The group were foolishly close together. Clever for making their attack on Imperialdramon stronger but foolish in terms of group stability.
"BanchoLeomon does not approve!"
The Gangleader digimon drew back his fist and threw it forward with all his force. The attack connected to the back of the center Musyamon's head obliterating it. It didn't end there, BanchoLeomon's fist collided with the ground. The concentrated Digi-Soul surrounding his fist detonated engulfing the immediate area of around 10 meters.
Kazu sighed and released the aura surrounding him. BanchoLeomon had dealt with the first problem quickly and effectivly. Kazu now focused on crawling around collecting food. He found some water bottles, cracking them open he drank 2 full ones and gave Veemon a drink. Despite being out cold the dragonic digimon could still swallow. A bit more foraging found Kazu some energy bars and ration packs. He had 2 bars and a ration pack before he felt somewhat full. He managed to feed Veemon about the same amount of food too. He put the remaining food and water into a backpack and did some final food hunting. Some crips. Nice. Quickly eating the crisps, Kazu slung Veemon onto his back and snuck his way quietly through the trashed building to what used to be the entrance.
BanchoLeomon emerged from the bright orange orb of power smoking. His sword dripped with the data of two Muysamon that had survived the intense burning of his attack. He stepped forward and nodded at Kutay and his Imperialdramon. Turning to face ShadowSeraphimon, BanchoLeomon said a simple sentence.
"BanchoLeomon is taking Kazu and following the Dark Tamer."
BanchoLeomon dashed back over to Kazu and lifted him into his arms. Kazu swung Veemon around so he was holding him tightly. He looked up at Alex in his new form and yelled at him.
"Hey! Alex, Jax! Whoever you are right now I don't care! We've got a memory to secure. We have been entrusted by the Royal Knights to protect the Digital World. And I for one will not be the one to fail them!"
Finished with his rant, Kazu awaited a reply from him.
In the back of his mind he thought of Lance and his current battle. There was nothing he could do... Lance was tough, but was the other Tamer even tougher. Probably, though Kazu didn't want to admit it. He closed his eyes and prayed that Lance would pull through.
"So Alex? Jax? ShadowSeraphimon? And you to Kutay, Lance. Will you come with me... Will you help me to save this world!?"
((OOC: This should wrap things up here. Only remaining conflicts are Lance vs ChaosGallantmon, and whatever's going on with Alex. Now the Musayamon have been totalled us three can leave, however I'm pretty sure Lance has to finish his fight sweatdrop At least we can move onto the final stage now! ))

As the attacks were all blocked Ult.Chaosmon started to huff and puff, '' We can't hold out much longer... Ult.Chaosmon charge! ''. With all plans cut short Ult.Chaosmon charges at full speed towards Chaosgallantmon as his data starts to rip apart from the battle.
(With you blocking what Digimon wouldn't get tired XD)

Cavalier of the Night☪ "Come at me you fool.... come and face death for it is hungry for your soul!" ChaosGallantmon began to laugh histerically and through her shield away and dispersed her lance. "CHAAAAOOOOOOSSSSSS!!!! SHOT!!!!" Holding her hands in front of her glowing chest, she would shoot a powerful beam of energy in the form of a destructive wave that would hit the UltimateChaosmon as it would charge into her.
This attack would be much stronger than anything else she could muster because of how long she had been charging instead of attacking. Once the blast would hit, a massive explosion of dirt, dust, and debris would cover the field where they stood. Due to it's strength, the blast would extend past UltimateChaosmon and wreck havoc on what remained of the Royal Knights' base. In the midsts of all the dust, the ChaosGallantmon would laugh as she was no longer a normal ChaosGallantmon, but now ChaosGallantmon core mode. The chaotic energy released from her Chaos Shot would spark off her armor causing her to glow a bright blue color. Her long cape would blow in the wind of her attack as he gazed at the effects of her attack on the behemoth of a digimon.------------------------------ [] Crushed by the attacks from the opposing digimon, the Muysamon would all fall and return to the dust from which they were created. As if by magic or some unseen force, it would appear that they way to Endless Mountain was opened. This was not due to Marcus or Zanbamon, but some unseen force that wished to challenge the tamers.((You guys can move on now, trial is complete.
@Lance: Not saying that this fight was necessary to you moving on, I just wanted to play with ya and see how far you've come.))

Ult.Chaosmon was shot down from the powerful attack, '' Ult.Chaosmon! ''. Lance races towards the giant mess seeing as he Ult.Chaosmon reveterted to a Digiegg and disappers, ''Damn you... ''. Lance starts to cry a little as the Digiegg disappers. Lance storms out and heads towards Toy Tama Town.

Kazu, still in BanchoLeomon's arms watched as a path appeared before them.
"What is--"
He was cut off by ChaosGallantmon's mighty attack. He watched heartbroken as the base he had been a part of for so long finally succumbed to external forces and was washed away by a cloud of dirt and debris...
Looking away from the base, from his friends, from his memories Kazu spoke, loud enough for all to hear...
"I'm going... Something or someone wants to test us. And I'm going to have a word with them!"
Patting BanchoLeomon on the shoulder Kazu, still holding the sleeping Veemon, took off towards the endless mountains. As he passed each memer of his team he said something to them...
"Kutay, see if you can't sort Alex out. He should come to his sences!"
BanchoLeomon bounded across the field until he passed by ShadowSeraphimon
"Alex and Jax! You signed up to save this world. So get that darkness out of your system, get your a** in gear and follow me!"
The trio did a flip over a piece of rubble landing close to Lance.
"Lance, I belive in you! Fight your hardest and, even if you fall... Fight some more and meet us at the Mountain top!!!"
BanchoLeomon, Kazu and the sleeping Veemon reached the glowing path. Kazu gave one last look at the battle and nodded. He knew what he was doing would seem foolish and selfish, but he had total faith in his team members, they would pull through and catch him up. They took of at a flying pace towards the Endless Mountains. Kazu snuggled into his Digimon's arms and rested. The biggest battle of his life was slowly creeping up on him... And he was ready.

xxxx Signaling for Zanbamon to halt his progression, Marcus looked back and whistled at the sight of a massive explosion that he figured was the handy work of Paramiere, "That's why you don't make her mad." Marcus chuckled and decided to stop and admire the sight of another destroyed monolith of memories. "This is getting far too.."
Zanbamon's horse bucked and whined as it picked up a signal. "We've got company approaching quickly!" Zanbamon drew his sword, prepared to fight.
"Nah... they've fought enough, how about we lead them to the final domain... Once there... then we'll kill them." Marcus bellowed out in laughter and turned around. "ONWARD!!! TO ENDLESS MOUNTain!!!"
"YES SIR!!!!" Zanbamon laughed as well and charged into the distance at top speed, leaving a trail of dust in his wake for them to follow.

ShadowSeraphimon turns to finish off the last of the Musyamon, but pauses when he sees another digimon blast them to pieces. "Oh? Interesting..."
The lion-like digimon doesn't seem to be paying attention, so he attempts to have some quick fun with it. ShadowSeraphimon raises his hand to send a shockwave at it, but is cut off by the digimon's rapid movement to a human boy who is a short distance away. "Eh? What now?" The human boy seems to be yelling at him, but the demonic angel-digimon doesn't listen and swings his hand around to aim at the two of them. "Ahahahaha-uh!?" ShadowSeraphimon cringes in pain. He is no longer able to concentrate on his victims, and there seems to be a voice yelling in his head. "Argh..You again! get out of my head!!" ShadowSeraphimon's body starts to glow golden. "Ahhhhhh! Darn you Jax!! Darn yo-!" His form dissipates in a burst of golden light. The blinding light fades to show Alex standing in the same spot the angel digimon had just been. Groggy, he holds his head while trying to make sense of his surroundings. "Oh man. Was that me? What the hell did I do?" Alex can no longer feel Jax's psyche inside his own, and the viral energy he tapped into earlier seems to be gone as well. "I-I didn't know I'd become that." His memory seems to be fine, and sadly, he remembers everything. "I murdered those digimon, and almost tried to kill my comrade again. Suddenly remembering Kazu, he looks around for him. He turns just in time to see Kazu disappearing into a weird portal leading to an unknown destination. Alex tries to catch up, but he finds himself overcome with fatigue. "Darn..it." Before he fully blacks out, Alex tosses the beast digimemory through the portal after Kazu. Though already down, Alex's consciousness flutters a bit. Jax is a killer...So was I...I can never do that again...I'm useless now...Just gotta rest...
A large shadow appears over Alex's fallen body. The figure speaks, and sounds disappointed. "Looks like I got the message too late. Well, nothing for it now. I'll take over. You get some rest kid." A blue cape flutters in the wind as the large figure enters the portal to Endless Mountain.

The world spun, and as he felt something crush him he knew he was screwed. Christian had been in what might be called a coma of some sort, but wasn't sure how he ended up in a semi-permanent sleep. Now he'd been dozing off, but this time when he finally slept he had dreams of being in some stupid camp accompanied by people wearing purple shirts, and having armor. Maybe it was a dream, but when he woke up he found himself wearing a purple shirt, jeans, and having a wrist-band that was to heavy to be one. Yeah he was able to withstand the weight, but it wasn't the normal weight of a wrist-band. Maybe he was still dreaming. But before he rethought it he heard a woman's voice say. Pathetic humans...
Not a dream he thought trying to get up from the the steal ceiling holder being on top of him. He tried again pushing it off, and weirdly he had the strength to. He then got up dusting himself off, from the dust. He looked around noticing the eggs sitting there. He thought weirdly that maybe a chicken crapped them out before dying. But then again he didn't expect a chicken to do that. He reached into his pocket, and found what might have been a cellphone that had Christian high-lighted in the corner. Whoa! He didn't even remember the name. Maybe it was his? Whatever, but he found a piece of paper saying Endless Mountain. But it was written in some sort of language that surprisingly he couldn't remember how he knew it.
Things officially got weird cause on one side of the wall it said Royal Knights in English. Crazy he thought getting up, and scrolling through his phone like device. He sighed noticing it was like a cave here, but it should have collapsed before hand. He sighed again seeing a small hole to crawl through, so he did. He found a way through it, and saw light.
Around him as he exited the now see-able building that collapsed, he saw streams of data traveling around. Weird he thought again seeing an icon appear on his phone-thingy. It said Endless mountain, like the note said but in a different language. Maybe Spanish he thought... He then clicked the okay button feeling a hazy shock throughout his body warping him some where else.

A blur of blue fur slows to a stop in front of the cratered mass of land that use to be the Royal Knights' base. It seems that dawn is approaching as beams of golden light barely pierce the tress surrounding the area. Alex climbs off of his companion, and surveys the scene. A light breeze kicks up dust, forming mini tornadoes in the piles of debris. Alex can smell a slightly chalky scent as it drifts toward his nose. The brown-skinned boy scratches his head and sighs before speaking to the large beast digimon next to him. "Well, this is quite the mess huh?"
The large smilodon digimon looks at Alex and grins before being enveloped in golden light, and shrinking into his rookie form, Terriermon. The small, rabbit-like digimon chuckles before answering and hops onto Alex's shoulder. "There's no way we'll be able to find your stuff, or what's left of it." Terriermon lifts a paw to cover his eyes from the rising digi-Sun as he peers closer at everything. "Yep, your stuff is MIA."
Alex, in turn puts his hands on his hips and pouts in mock depression. "Ahwww, and I had left souvenirs in there for my bro." He hangs his head slightly before walking to where the gate once stood. He lifts the egyptian amulet he always wore from his neck, and lays it down on a sturdy looking slab that definitely wasn't going anywhere. He also lays down his digivice containing all his other digimon with exception of Terriermon and Kudamon. Straightening up, he turns away. "There. That's the last thing this has taken from me. I'm not sure how long it's been since I prayed on it anyway." Terriermon leans forward on Alex's shoulder and peers into his face; blocking his view of everything else. "What?"
Terriermon asks him curiously "You're not religious anymore?"
Alex's smile returns, and he starts walking forward toward the forest. "Yep, I don't think I need to be anymore. I've learned a new faith."
This confuses Terriermon further as Alex's vague answer irritates him slightly. So he questions Alex again, trying to get a straight answer. "What new faith? I haven't seen a single religious digimon since we got here, and you've never once prayed to the angels."
Alex laughs for a few seconds, causing him to stop walking as he holds his stomach against the intense fit of laughter that seemed to have been building up since they first ever came to the digital world. He finally straightens up and wipes a tear from his eye. "No, not a new religion. A new faith in myself; in you, and everyone else as well. I realized that believing in our friendship and teamwork is more beneficial than believing a god will protect me and save me."
Terriermon's eyes open wide as he is the first to spot the rapid movement heading for them. A flash of blue is seen as a figure flies past them, and lands behind them. Alex, very surprised, spins around while Terriermon holds on tightly. He raises his fists, ready to fight, but sees the blue cape of Ulforceveedramon, and lowers them.
The large holy knight peers down at Alex and Terriermon and addresses them. "Looks like you're off somewhere kid." His golden armor shines bright with the digi-Sun at his back, but sadly, it also makes it hard for Alex to view him.
Alex shades his eyes with his hand as he looks up towards the masked face of the Royal Knight. "I was wondering if I'd ever see you again. What's up?"
Ulforceveedramon recognizes the issue Alex is having and shifts position, so that Alex and Terriermon would not be forced to stare at the digi-Sun. "I was wondering the same thing before I got fired."
Alex, relieved, removes his hand from his eyes and gasps; as does Terriermon. "Fired?! How is that possible?"
"Well, I think it has something to do with this." His form is enveloped in a light blue aura of code, and his form splits into two. While a more dragon-like silhouette of a digimon is shot off in an unknown direction, the second form materializes into the half insect, half dragon composite form of a Paildramon. Though much smaller, he still towers over Alex and Terriermon who still have to look up to view him. "I guess this explains why you're not a true royal knight."
Paildramon sits cross legged on the ground with a thud before speaking through his red helmet. "Yeah, and the problem with that is that their is zero job security. Once they were done with me, they showed me the door without so much as a thank you." The large dragon man digimon looks dejected. Like he's lost his place in the world, which he did figuratively.
Alex and Terriermon see the sorrow on his face and immediately come up with a plan of action. They silently nod, adn begin bossting the blue dragon's ego. "Well, it's their loss then." "They weren't worth your time anyway." "Yeah, you could have done a lot better than being their errand boy." "Mmmhhmm. Why don't you join up with us. We could really use the help of someone like you." "Besides, you're one of the coolest digimon I've ever met."
Their tactic seems to have done the job as Paildramon's eyes alight with self-pride and blushes as if he was actually modest. "I guess I am pretty awesome aren't I?" He leaps up from his sitting position and takes flight hovering above the tree tops. "I think I'll take you up on that offer, but first, I've got some things to do. I'll catch up to you guys when I'm done." He takes off at high speed towards the rising Sun. "Catch ya later kid!"
Terriermon sighs. "Looks like it won't be just us after all."
Alex also sighs and chuckles at Terriermon's comment. "I guess you're right. I would've brought Kudamon too if he hadn't decided that he was personally going to escort Justin here." Alex then stretches his arms and yawns before walking forward into the trees leading away from the ruined base. "Justin will grab the digivice when he arrives, so we don't have to worry about the others."
Terriermon yawns as well. "Yeah, and we already said our goodbyes to them. I'm gonna miss Ghoulmon especially though."
Alex cocks his head to the side, questioning his friend. "Why Ghoulmon? He was such a jerk. He didn't even bother saying goodbye."
Terriermon grins and answers. "Because I miss riding him to get around."
Alex gives a light grin as well. "Well, you've got to make do with me for now. Hey, maybe we could get Paildramon to fly us around?"
The two of them banter on this way until they are lost from site in the dense forest.
Their story seems to now be at an end. No doubt, they will one day return with all new stories to tell their friends, but for now, the tale of Alex, Terriermon, and Paildramon is over.
Two days later~
Alex's digivice has been removed from its resting place. Another boy, about Alex's age, whose face is obscured by the setting digi-Sun smiles in happiness as he walks towards the floating form of Kudamon. "Hey you were right. My brother really did leave this here for me." Kudamon turns the boys attention to the horizon. "Good, we can meet the other digimon later. Right now, the Sun is setting. We should go rest for the night."
The boy nods, and they disappear into the forest as night falls. "I think I'm really going to like it here, Kudamon."

Groans of pain, agony, the thought of death, and shadows of chubby figures circling him, sent a sharp pain through his spine... Maybe it was the feeling of a ton of metal crushing his spine, which made him realize that he was still in the Royal Knights HQ. The the metal against his back was officially killing him, and he felt the spiny hands of an unknown creature grab his dark-blue tunic. Weights of metal were released from his spine, and after half an hour the feeling of his cracking spine ceased. "Jesus..." He miffed as he opened his, instead of wincing from the pain of weights a normal teenager would have died from. Normal didn't define him though, not even as one of his personality traits. His muscular body was beyond that of any human in record, but the only problem was the aspect of his legs. His left leg was underdeveloped at birth, and required a brace. At his current age his leg is fine, but it still affects his speed. He removed himself from his thoughts, and concentrated on the thickening vision of the four visible creatures. He panicked for a second, before realizing it was just Veemon, Guilmon, Gigimon, and Gargomon. "My lord, we've found you after a few months! Are you okay?" Gargomon commented as all four of the Digimon tugged him out of the remaining rubble. "Finding you was hard, and I'm surprised your human body could take so much." Guilmon stated as he indicated that he must have been in a coma of some sort, so his body was supporting itself. "Still hard to believe that you haven't died, no offense my liege."
