((Sorry this took so long, I've been pretty busy. Only reason I did the sprites was because that didn't require Internet and was relatively quick ^^;

Btw, you might want to separate the image into the three sprites on your Team Profile? I didn't because I was in a hurry. A vertical format is awkward and you're not guaranteed to always have all three characters in your post.))



Spade's ears twitched at the sound of bickering, and almost rolled his eyes at the Paras's words. Must be a newbie. Spade's own Team wasn't big on the "getting along" and the "teamwork" aspect, and from as far as he's seen, it's pretty true for most team outside of battle. Most Exploration Members wandered around their business on their own.

Before Chase had died Team Azalea was constantly at each other's throats. The Vulpix had been very...proper...and had done his best to instill some of the "getting along" aspects into the team, but never really succeeded. Probably the only thing everyone can connect on was that they were sad for Chase's death- he was a friend, if in an annoying, obnoxious, overbearing way.

The only reason Spade was even with Azalea was because he was still in hiding from the Ice Guild and the leader of Azalea, Atra, had agreed to hide him in exchange for being able to use the Buneary's precious Icicle Plate.

Spade watched some sort of bird-like Pokemon come through the doors then (Despite being a Rescue Team member, he does not have a good idea of the various Pokemon species) and join the two next to him. She looked kind of cute. Wonder what those fluffy wings feel like?

Let's find out.

"Miss, care t'dance with me?" He asked the Swablu, remembering for the first time to revert to the accent that was a part of his disguise.

"Spade." The Buneary offered, and held out his hand for the Swablu to take...somehow. He's not entirely sure how to dance with a bird, but he figured they'd find out as they go. It's not like this place is going to fuss over how they dance. He hopped off his chair and guided Elly out onto the dance floor.

Spade's large fluffy tail began to sway from side to side behind him, and he began to settle into the rythmn.

"Oh, I'm jus' your everyday Exploration Team member. But that's not important, I don't seem ta have caught your name yet beautiful." He asked with a (he hoped) charming smile. Gods it's been ages it seems that he's seen a pretty girl, and the Swablu definitely was pretty, in a cute sort of way.

He's been pretty much completely cooped up in the Team Room since he's joined, especially when members of the Ice Guild -his original guild- began to stay at the palace. And the team doesn't have any pretty girls, trust me. Lilium was old and naggy and annoying like a mother and Katara was...a blob of goo. And her usual form was a body made of swords.

So yeah. Definitely not many pretty girls in his life. Maybe he should go on a mission and see if he could pick up a cute recruit.

Spade grinned widely at her giggle. Score! He congratulated himself mentally as he listened to her talking.

"Well Elly, it is a pleasure t'meet you." He replied, twirling into a bow in sync with the music. He continued to listen with a smile, stepping back into the rhythm of the dance.

"Ah, with such a pretty and smart girl like you, why, I envy your lucky partner." He continued with that grin, a part of him wondering if he was pushing it a bit but the rest of him shoved that aside. Screw caution! Let's see what happens!

"My leader's kinda an idiot as well. More than kinda actually. The entire team is terrible, and I'd leave them in an instant if I could." Actually, that sounded like a great idea. He's sick and tired of Team Azalea, maybe an escape was in order...

Spade couldn't help but chuckle at Bel's expense at Elly's comment and his subsequent look. Ah, looks like there's something between them at the moment.

"I'm glad you're enjoying yourself." He turned his attention back to her with a smile.

"Oh, I'd love to-" He began at Elly's invitation, but very quickly realized that if he avoided his team for a while, it was longer until he would get his Icicle Plate back. Frankly he felt uncomfortable without the relic around his neck, a relic rumoured to have a direct link to Arceus, the Original One. There's something awesome about being able to tap the power of god at will, and losing that ability made one feel rather vulnerable.

"-but I'm afraid I can't. There's some issues I need t'deal with. Thank you for the offer though, I really appreciate it." It was only then that he noticed that she was...blushing? And he began to wonder if maybe she had meant more than just helping him hide from his team...uh...was he doing this whole flirting thing a little too well?

"So, uh-" He stumbled a bit, caught himself, and cleared his throat, totally not helping with the awkwardness. He was enjoying her company and all, but he's never really thought about being together-together with a, well, bird. "Why'd you come to the guild?"

Spade listened to Elly's reasoning for joining an exploration team with some interest. It seems so many peopled joined with this almost...romantic view of the job, and sometimes Spade envied them for it. He himself knew too well the dangers behind exploration, and the sometimes ugly truth. His own father had died in an exploration gone wrong, and his father's team had tried to steal from Spade his only inheritance- the Icicle Plate.

"That sounds really nice. My parents were explorers and I joined because 'o them too." He replied with a fake smile, deciding to leave out the part that they were both dead and the reason he was in a team at all was in his attempt to steal back his rightful inheritance and then go into hiding. The plan had mostly succeeded, except for the part where he found a jerk of a team that would agree to hide him.

He turned to look at what had caught Elly's attention to see a black Elekid flirting with some girls. He chuckled knowingly inwardly at Elly's next comments and made a small bow.

"Of course, after you ma'am." The Buneary gestured for the Swablu to lead them.

If Spade was making Elly blush before, he made her weak in the knees now! Not caring much about Bel anymore,, she returned his kiss for a moment before feeling a light tap on the head. It was Fon! Apparently, the Magby Bel was flirting with had a boyfriend, and Fon had managed to knock Bel unconscious with a quick slash to the back of the head just before the two got into a fight. He needed help dragging him back to the room. Sighing, Elly flew over to him, grabbing an arm, turning to Spade after she did so. "We'll have to continue this again later... Stop by our team room and we can go out sometime!" She stated before leaving, her partners in company.
