Dan had not notice Lisa feeling like a fool and smiled warmly. "After breakfast should be fine. Then I will leave myself in your capable hands." Dan said warmly as he took her hands in his and pulled them up to his mouth to kiss them on her knuckles while he continued to look into her eyes.

Lisa smiled up at him, her eyes dancing in the light of the lamps which had come on while she was preoccupied with Dan. "It's a date then." She said with a smile and a playful wink. She leaned forward and lay her head against his shoulder, with her face turned away from Mindy and her sister. Her lips touched a bear bit of skin beside his collar. Her hands tightened over his. After a moment of contemplation she sat up and looked back at him. She thought about all the things that they didn't do. They hadn't talked over Jay's business, the two of them hadn't learned to dance, they hadn't gone over the plans for the next day. But she had a feeling it would all work out in the end. "Well then." she said softly, "This is good night, is it?"

Jay had laid back while letting the two talk and finally looked up enough to answer Dan. "I'm sorry guys, I'm walking out of here dark and early. I've got to have these boxes unpacked and set up by the time the show opens. On top of that get into my costume as well." she said with a tired yawn. "They've asked vendors to make an effort to come in costume so I've got it where tomarows will be fairly easy to get into. It's the next days that's going to be a couple hours to get into. And the makeup...." She did not finish as she laid back and reachedup to grab one of the pillows to put under her head to get comfortable. While she got her head comfortable in the pillow her eyes closed and tried to keep her ears on teh conversation. Muttering to the two she said half in jest and half alseep, "Perminate will last about 3 to 6 months if you hair takes to the dye, if not it'll turn it bright green and last the rest of your life as a reminder of makin certain to test a strand of hair first."

Dan chuckled as Jay tiredly begin to chatter as her head hit the pillow. Wither her and Mindy here the next few days certainly were going to be interesting. "I am afraid it is. but I pray that your sleep is peaceful and befoe you know it we shall meet again for another fun and memorable day." Dan said as he leaned forward and kissed Lisa's cheek softly. "Till then I bid you good night fair lady."

Lisa's eyes went from her grumbling sister to Dan who was now saying his final good night wishes. She looked up at him smiling contently. She listened to everything he said, his words seemed almost poetic. His lips touched her cheek which made her heart run a great race in her chest. Color immediately filled her cheeks leaving her blushing. "Oh, um, yes, good night." She said leaning forward and hugging him. "Then I pray for tomorrow to come soon so that we can be together once more." She whispered into his ear. "Till then, good night, and sweet dreams." She let her lips touch his neck ever so slightly before she sat up again. "Would you like me to see you to the door?" She asked and climbed off the bed. She stood now beside it waiting for Dan.

"It is not necessary but it would be kind of you non the less." Dan said as he rose to greet Lisa and they walked to the door together happily. At the door Dan found himself not wanting to leave Lisa even if they were to meet early tomorrow but he knew it had to happen. If nothing else poor Lisa was going to be crowded enough with those two in there. "Thank you for the fun tonight. I look forward to our next meeting."

Lisa trailed along beside Dan as they made their way non to quickly to the door. She entwined her fingers between his and smiled up at him. She could feel his hesitation as an energy pulsing though him. She stepped close so the front of their shirts touched, and she lay her head against his shoulder. "The night will go fast Dan." She assured him. "We will be together again soon. Thank you for an enjoyable day. I am so happy to have you here with me. I would have it no other way, thank you so much for coming. See you in the morning she said and slipped her arms from his hands to wrap around him. After a couple seconds she stepped back, not wanting to restrain him from leaving. "Good night." She said in a softer tone.

Dan smiled goofily as he stepped back from Lisa into the hallway and continued to walk backward till he reached the door to his room and he reached into his pocket to take out his key card before kissing his hand and waving it as though tossing Lisa a kiss. He swiped the card through the door making the audible click seem loud in the hallway.
"Till tomorrow then my lady, good night." Dan said as he opened his door and slowly slipped into it as he watched Lisa till the door hid her from his sight. He sighed as though the energy he felt with her had suddenly left his body. He moved to the bed and fell to the comfortable mattress as he recapped the days events in his head. He wanted to get to sleep so he could feel that energy from Lisa again and they could share another day together.

Lisa watched Dan retreat into his room. She cupped her hand below her lips and kissed into the air, then she blew the kiss in his direction. This was much like what Dan had done to her, and she returned it eagerly. She stood in the doorway now and watched Dan disappear into his room. She waited there for a couple seconds more before stepping into her room and closing the door behind her. She twisted the lock on the door, and fastened the chain. This was more habit than anything. She knew they needed a card key to get into the rooms, but anyone could make a key, couldn't they? There was a pile of cards down in the lobby, they just had to scan them with the right information, and they were in.
Lisa walked over to the mirror, she placed her hands to her cheeks. They felt warm, in fact her whole body felt warm. Dan did this to her, he made her heart flutter. She sighed, a dream filled sigh. She quickly brushed her teeth and finished her other activities before she returned to her bed. She plopped down in her bed, making her hair fall back over her pillow. She lifted up the second pillow and hugged it to her chest. She lay like that for a moment remembering what had happened today, imagining what would happen tomorrow, and dreaming of the future. Finally she pulled the blankets up to her chin and looked over at her sister and Mindy. "Well night you two, I think I'm going to bed." She said smiling. "Good night, and good luck with the store tomorrow!" She said with a soft, silly laugh. "Good night." She said again and closed her eyes.
"Good night." Mindy said smiling at Lisa. It did her heart good to see her so happy. "We'd best be getting to bed too, hm Jay?" She said nudging Jay with her elbow.

Jay tried to stay focused on the conversation but found herself closing her eyes and hearing everything as if they were in a tunnel. After what seemed like hours she heard Lisa say something about going to bed and then Mindy asking her something while nudging her a bit. Openin one of her eyes she managed to open the other after blinking groggily a few times and then her eyes crossed for a second before focusing on her friend and asking, "Huh? Were you talkin to me? Is it time to get moving already?"

Mindy looked away from Lisa, who already it seemed was settling into a calm and peaceful sleep. "I think we should be getting to bed ourselves Jay." She said and softly nudged her tired friend. "Dan has gone off to his room, and Lisa just lay down to bed." She said softly and began rubbing Jay's shoulder. "We should all be getting to bed. You and I have a big day tomorrow and it starts very early in the morning." She smiled and stood up. She still had to brush her teeth before bed, so she hurried off, as quietly as she could, to do it.

Dan sat up reaching down to his suitcase to grab his toiletries. and made his way to the bathroom. His face looked back at him from within the mirror that easily shown the room around him. He looked down at the things he brought in and opened the small box and took out his toothpaste and toothbrush to brush his teeth. After brushing his teeth he made his way back to his bed and took off his shoes hopping onto the bed. He rolled around to look up at the ceiling realizing how big the bed was. The room was really nice but Dan let himself relax as he turned over and turned the lamp off plunging the room into darkness.

Sleep came easily to the members of the small group. Lisa slept through Mindy and her sister leaving early in the morning with all of the boxes in hand. She even slept through Mindy clumsily falling over her feet a few times, and with a stifled scream, she fell onto the box piles.
Hours passed, and finally the bright sun began to shine over the land. Birds tweeted outside in the cool, damp, and yet still crisp morning air. A chilly breeze blew into the window and made it's way over to Lisa. It's fingers slipped over her skin and reached for her core. She shivered and opened her eyes a slit. It was light in the room, although it faced away from the sunlight. She pulled the blankets up higher over her head and whined unhappily. She cursed her sister for leaving the window open, but that was Jay after all. Weary eyes glanced over at the clock. The bold red numbers read 8:15. She struggled for a moment to remember why this time had meaning, then she remembered. "Dan!" She gasped and jumped from her bed. She had much to do before she saw him again. She had to make sure she looked just perfect for him. But what if he was hungry? She really didn't want to keep him from eating if he was hungry. She knew from her father that if a man was not fed when he was hungry he would become cranky. She didn't want Dan cranky and unfed. She jumped from her bed and ran off to get dressed.

Dan was up early. He wondered if he couldn't go back to bed because he was nervous or excited but it was only 5:38 in the morning and further sleep eluded him. He stared up st the ceiling as though looking at it intently would somehow summon the sandman to his rescue. Soon enough he rationalized he must be up early for some reason or another so he gathered up a change of clothes and got ready for the day even though the sun wasn't even up to greet him yet.
Time passed as he once again clean as can be sat on his bed watching the television in his room. He didn't have anything like those movie channels where he came from so he passed his time watching some kind of comedy. Before he knew it it was nearly 8am and Dan thought to go visit Lisa but he didn't want to seem pushy. He remembered she said 8 to 8:30 which was a bigger gap then he thought last night. Finally he decided to cut the time in half and decided to go to her room at 8:15. That way he didn't seem pushy or to lax. If she still needed time he would understand.
8:15 came and he left his room to walk across the hall. His stomach was feeling s little funny but he raised his hand up and let it fall onto her door several times as the echoes of his knock echoed into her room.

Lisa had hurried and begun to undress at the time when there was a knock at the door. She was just about to jump in the shower. She glanced at the door, who could it be? Could Jay have forgotten something in the early morning? Without another thought she grabbed the large towel hanging on the rack and wrapped it around herself. She half jogged to the door. She looked down and checked the towel before opening the door. "Did you forget something- Dan..." She felt her face growing red. "Um, would you like to come in? I um, have a couple things to do, but if you stay in the other room it should be fine." She said completely flustered. She didn't know what else to do.
