Rosemary stood there in front of her friend, amazed to hear Hanaka admit to actually liking her brother.
"That's the first I've heard of anyone saying that about him. I've tried for so long to get him to open up...." She said, for once not actually sounding clueless though that tone soon faded. "Oh my bones and squeaky toys! I never would have thought that could have happened! You should tell him!"
Mercutio stopped in his steps and turned around, noticing something very interesting that had probably been dropped from one of the drawers the humans were looking in. He pawed at it, thinking of giving it to someone for the holidays. Setting the orange down, he scooped it up and raced out of the kitchen to hide it.
"That would be rather unfortunate." Freya said, laughing at Dice. She heard Faith's question and was about to answer but her whole attention centered onto the small blue pup that stood next to her that had just said his first word.
"Oh my god Dice! Our son said his first word!" She turned at once and began to lick Casper excitedly.
Aura waddled after Casper and noticed her mommy licking him. Frowning she looked at her daddy and yelped at him for equal attention.
"Da-da!" She squeaked, rolling over to him.

[&&When The Pain Comes]
Faith, astonished at the moonlit's words and Freya's response, nearly fainted. Before her sat her baby! What happened to the little puppy she came in with what seemed a few days ago? He had mated and had PUPPIES. Her head spun when the second puppy said 'da-da', looking directly at Dice. She wanted to say something, assuming she could speak, but was at a loss of words.
Dice's eyes widened as Casper spoke, soon followed by more shock when Aura spoke. "They're talking, love! Oh my!" Dice grabbed Aura's scruff, quickly putting her back down, and licked her nose. "My daughter said daddy!" Dice stood up, spinning around and sitting back down. "This is awesome! Now Dakota needs to talk!"
Casper grinned at his momma's response and began to chant softly, "Mommy, mommy, mommy!" He liked that this pleased his momma.
Frustrated with the lack of attention, Dakota decided to speak, too. He barked real loud, "YOU'RE IT!"
Hanaka smiled and shook her head. "Nah. I think that's up to... the guy and stuff. Y'know. Traditio." She removed her paw, surprised at the lack of teasing involved. She thought for a moment and looked at Rosemary, "You're still going to be my best friend, even though you're bigger than me, right?"

"It may be in my family nature to poke fun at others, but I wouldn't just abandon our friendship because I had a major growth sprout." Rosemary said with a laugh, pawing at Hanaka's nose. "Remember, I said we'd stick together no matter what."
Rosemary wagged her tail and looked at her large paws compared to Hanaka's. This was interesting. She couldn't wait to see Lucetta.
"Oh Casper, you are such a goof!" She said as she continued to lick and nudge her nose against the pup. Freya looked up from Casper and nearly fell over at Dakota's first word or rather words.
"You're it?" She laughed. "He's a natural born tag player!"
She walked over to Dakota and began to lick him gently, giving him his deserved attention. "Aw...the three of you are so adorable!"
"Da-da!" She yelped again, her voice sweet and gentle and carrying a soft hint of an accent. Aura watched her father spinning around and attempted to do the same but stumbled on her small paws and fell over onto her back, her paws sticking straight in the air. She wagged her tail and stared up at everyone that seemed bigger from this position.
"Whoa..."
Mercutio walked slowly back into the kitchen with his head held high and a smug smirk on his face. His tail wagged slightly as he walked and he looked away from his sister and Hanaka; trying to appear his tough self once again.

Dice nearly fell over laughing, "He's learned well, my dear!" Dice watched little Aura fall over and chuckled at her exclamation. "Whoa is right, princess." He smiled at the little puppy, licked her, and watched Freya giving attention to Dakota. He sat back muttering the very words Aura had, "Whoa." It had hit him with small impact previously that he had a mate and a family, but it was hitting him real hard right then. And that metal bat of reality kept swinging with the pups growing up already, and saying their first words.
Dakota held his head up high, proud of himself. Apparently his words amused both his parents and he liked making people or moonlits laugh. He licked his mommy back and wagged his tail. "Tag?" he asked, wanting to play with his family.
Casper followed his momma next to Dakota, putting both his paws in the air and waddling in a semi-circle. He obviously picked up on the circus talent his mother had. "Spinny!"
Hanaka appreciated the reassurance and smiled at Rosemary, "Good." She caught a glimpse of Mercutio coming over, "Quick, Rosemary, do I tell him now or later or at all?" She asked hastily, becoming incredibly nervous.

"I think you should..." Rosemary paused, looking at her brother. He was very much capable of expressing his true attentions when he wanted to and if he did like Hanaka as well, he'd express himself in his own unique way but if what if he didn't feel the same about Hanaka? He was very cruel when he wanted to be and she didn't want to see her hurt. "I think you should ask him if he likes anyone."
Mercutio remembered the orange and trotted off towards it, picking it up and joining Rosemary and Hanaka. He held out the orange for Hanaka and nodded his head, a gesture to tell her to take it if she wanted it.
Aura giggled as her father licked her and she rolled over to her paws to stand once again. Wagging her tail, she looked at Dakota with a devilish gleam and waddled over to him with her tail wagging excitedly.
"TAG!" She cried before lunging at her brothers.
Freya giggled at the three of them and her smile grew even more when she watched Casper do her little trick she liked to do for Dice and Starr. She sat there, surrounded almost by the three and looked up at Dice. She mouthed the words 'I love you' before looking up at Faith, hoping the human wouldn't faint from the look on her face.

Dice smiled at his mate, a sparkle visible in her eyes. It was something that attracted her to him. He mouthed the words right back at her, 'I love you, too'. He watched the three pups, his tail wagging rapidly. They had already learned their parents favorite game to play with one another. One game that contributed to their mating and breeding. "Looks like Dakota's it!" He hollered, bounding over to Aura, grabbing her by the scruff and darting away, chuckling.
Dakota's eyes widened as Aura was suddenly... there. He squealed and huffed an okay. He watched as daddy took grasp of Aura and ran off, declaring him 'it'. He frowned and caught a glimpse of Casper bouding to his momma, hoping she'd take him like daddy did Aura.
Hanaka nodded to Rosemary, softly praying that if ther was a God, he'd give her courage. She saw Mercutio and gave a weak smile, taking the orange offered to her and placing it between her paws. Provided with a surge of courage, Hanaka decided to get it out before she lost it, "Mercy, do you like anyone?" she questioned, mentally cringing for the answer.
Faith just stood there, amazed. She gawked as the family played casually, leaving the poor red one, called Dakota by dice, to be it. She smiled, though. Her mind was slowly, but surely, grasping the whole concept. And she was happy to be a grandmother. She wanted to properly welcome to Freya and giggled when Freya mouthed 'I love you' to Dice and Dice responding with the same words. It was really a sweet match.

Taken aback by the question, he glared at his sister as his mother would do often before looking at Hanaka, softening his gaze.
"I...Flower..." He took a step towards her, his nose just barely touching hers and his eyes sparkled for a brief second with emotion but the look quickly faded away. "I'd rather not admit who I like for fear my heart will just be ripped out yet again. Especially since I've suddenly began to fall in love with flowers." He said, moving away from her.
Rosemary winced as her brother glared at her; reminding her of their mother who had been keeping a safe distance for the time being. She was probably moping and planning something like usual. She listened to Mercutio's response and frowned at him.
"Say wha?"
Aura hung from her father's mouth, giggling uncontrollably and looked around at the things they past.
Freya scooped Casper up by the scruff and trotted away but not too far away that Dakota would not find them. She slipped under the table and laid Casper down, waiting for Dakota to make his move. The family playing together was amazing to her and she smiled, almost laughing at the thought.

Hanaka, uncomfortable with the glare Mercutio shot at Rosemary, sighed. She was kind of picking up that he liked her, with the whole flower vibe, but didn't want to jump to conclusions. "Look, Mercy, I've told you to trust me before, and you did. What happened? You made a new friend, played tag, and actually had fun. You've got to trust me again. You can tell me. I promise." she said, obviously being serious, something she rarely was. "Please, Mercy."
Dakota's eyes widened. He was suddenly alone. It was something he'd never been before. He was either with his siblings or his parents. It was an odd feeling, but he quickly adapted and was up, running toward where he saw mommy go. "Mom- mommy! I get you!" He squealed, catching a glimpse of her and stumbling toward her.
Dice grinned, sort of, holding onto Aura. He slid to a stop by the sliding glass door, watching Dakota in awe. The moonlit had realized he was alone, it was obvious, but was still pushing on. The motion suggested, to Dice, this was going to be a strong little moonlit. He'd be prepared to handle any circumstance.
Casper grinned, climbing on his momma's nose, sitting comfortably. "You be it, not me. I high up." He said with a toothy grin, proud of his tatics.

Mercutio looked at Hanaka, then at Rosemary and then at the chaos that was the kitchen. He could hardly think and his mind was racing. He wanted to say something but yet, he...couldn't? He didn't understand and he just wanted to leave. Hanaka was different from the others...or was he just thinking that because he really felt someting for her and she'd soon betray him. He growled at both Hanaka and Rosemary and turned to the kitchen door.
"I don't see why it matters who I like!" He growled, running off towards the common room
*Mercutio to the Common room*
Rosemary looked after her brother and shook her head.
"He's such a dramatic person. Can't even just say it simply." She sighed and looked at Hanaka. "Well, was that what you were looking for?"
"Da-da, are we hiding?" Aura asked, the accent becoming more profound now.
Freya looked at Dakota and watched how quickly he had adapted to being alone; something other puppies would begin to cry and whimper about. She heard Casper and rolled her eyes.
"You're just going to leave me and let me be it huh? Well, don't worry, I'll get you back for it."
She continued watching Dakota, wondering slightly where Dice and Aura were.

Hanaka, horrified with Mercutio's response, shook her head. "No... that's not." She responded, her voice cracking. As much as she wanted to huddle into a corner and cry, she decided she'd rather help a friend out. Obviously he didn't like her. He probably liked a moonlit prettier than her. She decided she'd have to face it and help her friend out. "I'll be back Rosemary..." Hanaka said in a hushed tone, looking at her adult friend. She turned and ran after Mercutio into the common room.

Casper grinned, "Okay, mommy." He responded, a hint of sarcasm shining through in his voice. He licked his mom's nose, wagging his tail.
Dakota rushed to his momma and put a paw on her, smoothly saying, "You it!" He hollered, bounding off on his own.
Dice smirked and nodded, placing Aura down. "Yep darling. We have to be quiet, now! Mommy's looking for us." He whispered, pushing her behind a chair. He got down low and snuggled Aura behind him, trying to keep her out of view incase they were caught.

Rosemary shook her head and watched Hanaka leave. Love was such a weird thing. She looked at Dice and Freya. Their love was apparent and it didn't seem like it hurt them at all but Mercutio and Hanaka's love was strange to her. She turned away and concentrated on the starry dice family playing tag with one another.
Aura snuggled up beside her daddy, knowing he'd protect her. She quieted herself down and wagged her tail excitedly.
She nudged Casper and smiled.
"Go and hide darling...I'm going to go and find Daddy and Aura kay?"
She barked playfully and began to sniff out her mate, going around the kitchen island. She peeked from around the otherside and caught a glimpse of a red mass of fur lying beside a chair. She began to slowly creep up to him.

Casper smiled at his momma and nodded. Following instruction, Casper darted off to find a hiding place. He found the fridge and smirked. Being his small size, he wiggled his way behind the fridge and hunkered down to listen to his surroundings -- which was rudely interrupted by the buzz coming from the fridge.
Dice smiled and looked at his daughter. When he turned his head back around, Freya was gone. His eyes widened. "Uht oh..." He muttered, frantically looking for Freya.

Hanaka trotted in, not hearing Mercutio due to her distraction. She limped toward Rosemary, a smile forming on her face. It was obvious it was fake, but she played it off with a slight wag of her tail. She finally reached Rosemary and collapsed to the floor, her legs screaming in pain. "That went... horrible. I don't think he even cares."

Mercutio slid into the kitchen hastily, looking arould wide eyed for any sign of Hanaka. He growled, dropping the bell onto the tiled floor and sighed angrily. He spotted her walking towards his sister and was unsure of whether to approach her or not...he sat there and listened to their converstation.
"I'm sorry Hana...are you alright about it?" Rosemary asked, not noticing her brother yet.
Freya continued to stalk Dice, making her way from behind as quietly as possible. She bent low, wiggled her bum in the air for a brief moment before pouncing onto Dice and taking a hold of his ear in her mouth
"I found Ma-ma!" Aura cried, jumping up and down excitedly. "Da, I found Ma!"

Hanaka frowned at Rosemary. "I think I have to. I have a feeling he doesn't like me, like I hoped." She uttered, fighting every will in her to cry. "He probably likes some other prettier moonlit." She concluded, her tail wagging slightly, looking up at Rosemary. "But hey, that's life for you, I suppose. I guess I'm happy he found someone, even if it's not... me." She whispered. "I think I'm going to go outside for a bit. Just to be alone, I guess." She stood up, her legs hissing at her, and trotted out the door.

Dice roared in laughter. With a mixture of Freya's surprise pounce and Aura's claiming to have found her momma, he couldn't stop. "Love, you scared me!" he hollered, still laughing. He licked Freya's nose. "I'm it, I suppose."

"It's not like him to do something like this..." Rosemary stated. She nodded her head, though never being in love before herself, understood that Hana needed her space for the time being. She watched Hanaka leave and finally noticed Mercutio. For the first time in her life, a little of her mother showed itself and she growled at him.
"Look what you've done!"
"You don't understand Rosemary!" Mercutio snapped back at her. He picked up the bell. "But I'm not about to lose her because I'm afraid...." He raced towards the back door, not hearing anything else but his mind repeating over and over that he could not lose her....
*Mercutio follows his heart to the back porch*
"Yes," She nipped at his ear and rolled off of him. "You're it... Run little Aura!" Freya giggled and turned to hide, hoping her daughter followed as well.
"Well...Da...bye!" Aura cried, running -sliding actually- off to find a hiding place behind Rosemary.
