Make it, and if it looks good i'll approve it @Blood Neko- What do you mean by "Former chuunin"? Is that missing nin, because if it is were not accepting any of those right now. And if you want Ice, you have to apply for the Hyoton ability Well, I stated in the bio that my character had "decided to retire from being a ninja, due to her health conditions". [Edit] well first off you have to start as an academy student unless you're picked as an auto-rank shinobi for a village by the Kage of that village or you apply for the position in the auto-rank tryouts topic also keep in mind that as an academy student you're allowed to know only the three starting jutsu given in the profile skeleton
