We have lots of extra pumpkins that didn't get turned into Jack o Lanterns. It would be a shame for them to go to waste..

I made pumpkin soup once, in the pumpkin. It looked great but boy was it awful no one liked it. Never tried it again. Till this day it is a holiday joke.

I don't think I've ever had pumpkin soup but I've had lots of other things made from pumpkin that turned out yummy! I guess it all depends on if the recipe works or not. razz
