He drove pretty quickly, thought he was pretty intense about not breaking the speed limit. He ******** hated cops...
He pulled into her drive way.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Once she had dropped him off she sped to the mall, literally speeding! Though she was sure no cop would stop her cause duh! She was rich! She could like pay him off or something. Smirking at her thoughts she lowered her sunglasses onto her eyes and drove, the air whipping her hair around while she sang to the tune on the radio. Sometimes she just loved being alone!
Reaching the parking lot of the mall she parked and got out, purse in hand. Her heels clicked on the floor as she made her way inside.
Phone vibrating she opened the text and grinned. Things were going too perfect for her.

How will I know the right way to love you? Ryan saw him off at the door. Jay walked down the street and turned a corner onto a different block. Charlie's place wasn't all that far away. It was just a matter of remembering. It had been forever since he had been over there. Or, at least, it felt like it.
Finally, he arrived. He ducked behind a bush as a car came speeding down the road. Jay caught a glimpse of the guy. Charlie's boyfriend. He came out from behind the bushes and strolled up to Charlie. There was that tough girl. Even through her girly exterior, he could still see it in her.
Jay grinned. "Hey, pretty girl. Wazzup?"If the past is the problem,

Landon was still, like, there. He coul still hear, and see and get...suspicious.
He had his foot on the pedal and he knew he should drive off---but if she was meeting up with Jay, on strictly friend matters, wouldn't she have told him?
Landon wasn't the jelous type. He didn't flip out over like, anything---which is why her hiding this didn't make sense.
He told her when he was off to go hang out with girls...and she said something about having plans with the person on the phone---well actually he hd pieced that together.
Wow now he was getting worried.
Landon stuck his head out of the window just for hell's sake.
"Yo! Jay" He called sounding pretty ubeat and normal. "Where's Maddie!?" Yeah where the ******** was Maddie when you needed her?

How will I know the right way to love you?Jay cringed at the sound of Landon's voice. He forgot greeting Charlie and turned around fully to look at the macho guy. Landon was buff alright. He couldn't help thinking that Landon and Maddie would get along just great... If you knew what he meant.
Jay cracked a smile. He couldn't deny the wave of friendliness at the boy's tone when he greeted Jay. "Hey, Lan. Maddie went to the mall. She's doing some shopping with her friends. I wouldn't get in her way. There're probably some sales." Whatever that meant.

She cringed and turned to look at him. "Oh hi--" But then Landon was sticking his head out the window.
Why did Landon care where Maddie was? ... Wait. She was really in no position to be accusing anyone of anything.

Charlie shrugged before going around to Landons side quickly, all on impulse.
"Uhm. I'll give you a call later then, okay?" A kiss to the lips, a peck would be more like it. Then she smiled, her legs trembling as she stood up straight.

Wow his trust level went waaayyy down.
He just didn't want his girl hanging out with a guy alone...and he knew that was kind of bad but he would have been fone with it if it hadn't been a secret.
That was what made him worried. And that reposnse...shes shopping?
Oh so as soon as your chick is occupied you go and meet up with another?
Landon had some pretty interesting times in his day. More often than not he was 'the other man' and this is exactly what he used to do when he went to hook up with girls that had boyfriends!
Ugh!
"Yeah I'll catch ya later, I'll probs just go shave or something." Shave as in his whole body. Weird yeah, for swimmer, no.
He had to save a hell of a lot for fuking meets but hey he wanted top speed so he did what the coach said.
Landon clicked his tongue cutley and drove off.
About five minutes away he pulled over and took out is phone.
He went into his contacts and went straight for 'M'.
Maddie--there it was.
He had like everyone's phone number...no big deal.
Quickly he sent a text.

Charlie bit her bottom lip as Landon took off. She knew that look, just that small fake smile he had flashed Jay. He knew something was up.
"Are you stupid?" She looked at him from across the space that car had left between them.
