 Lunaria anne Farrell Lunaria nodded and ran she held her left hand out along the wall. Her mind retracing the texture in her mind comitting it to memory. She ran to what she hoped was the infirmary. She emerged through the door, saluted quickly.
"Private Lunaria, special opps, reporting." She said going straight into at ease.

 Rinie froze in her spot. "You don't work here." She said looking at a group. She started to cry as she back away.
"Come on little girl. It's not safe for you here. So please come with us."
Rinie shook her head. "No. No." She started to shake as she slowly backed herself away turn by turn. 'I can't let them go any farther.' She thought. 'But I feel like I have to runaway.' She gritted her teeth. 'I can't run! I'm a soldier! But I am just six!' She turned tail and ran, well wheeled away.
"Catch her!"
'I can believe this. Brothers and sisters will be mad at me...' "Ep!" Rinie looked back her eyes as wide as she could get them. "No!" She screamed so loud that the building shook.

 Dr. Akiko Takahashi Akiko gave some orders to the other medics and ran out the door when the whole place shook. The source seemed to be just around the corner.. "Rinie are you alright..?" She threw a few of her shurikens at the enemy soldiers giving them a bit of a shock as she pushed Rinie into the makeshift Infirmary for those that were wounded. She then bolted the door and told the soldiers that were in the room that weren't wounded badly to move the bookshelves in front of the door after she locked it. "Do not let the enemy in. Your comrades lives depend on it!

Derek arrived on the scene later. He looked aboout the hallway and his mind went to work at piecing together what had happened using some skid marks and cracks in the wall as clues. When he was for sure of what happened here he kneeled down to where some bodies should have been. Instead he found shurikens that looked as if they've been tossed about, no blood in sigfht. Picking up the discarded shurikens he moved into a dark corner and keyed his radio.
"Victor 2, this is Victor 9 actual. What's your status and where's the new- the Doc?"
"Victor 9 actual, this Victor 2 actual. We're down. All of us are wounded in some way, Doctor Akiko ordered that we stay in the classroom nearest our previous position, and board the door up with bookshelves. We've got the doctor with us, and Rinie is also secured. Rico is still out and about."
"Stay put. I'm coming to you. And we have a problem. I'll update you when I get there. Victor 9 actual out." Derek turned his radio down and slowly creeped out of his hiding place before moving quickly to the room Victor 2 was located in. His HUDs map helped a lot, and so did the homing beacon inside each man in the Victor 2 detachment. He was about to knock when a single shot rang out from down the hall and caught him in his calf. Derek swore sharply before letting loose all 50 rounds down the way the shot had come from, limping away as he did so. "Victor Alpha, this is Victor 9 actual. I'm hit. My leg's been hit! Don't know the damages, but it hurts like hell. Victor 2 you stay in that room! Especially you Akiko. Tango's right outside your door." He peeked around the corner and quickly pulled his head back as a burst of fire came his way. "There's ten of them. I'm retreating to another position. Victor 9 actual out." And with that Derek reloaded his weapon and sent some rounds towards his enemy before quickly limping away from them and towards a broom closet, locking himself inside to asses his situation.

Dr. Akiko Takahashi Akiko overheard everything that Derek had said, and she recognized his voice. She made no intention of staying put as she noticed the ventalation shaft was just large enough for her to fit in.. Luckily it was too small for just about all the soldiers she had seen earlier. She told the soldier that had the radio to tell Derek that she was stealthily on her way and to direct her on another frequency... She then told Rinie to help them patch up the wounded by after the medics cleaned them up to wrap up the wounds with bandages like some of the other were doing. Then she hoisted herself up into the ventilation shaft. She took an extra radio and put an ear bud on that way she could hear where he was.

Rinie looked at Akiko. "I don't know..." She said. She looked around at all the others in the room. She put her head down. 'I'm weak...' She sighed as she watched Akiko. "Good luck."

Derek winced as he applied bandages to his wound. Standing up he used the wall as support. "Victor 9 actual to Victor Alpha. I can't relay messages and our comms may be compromised as is so here's the bad news. The enemy's using head to toe body armor." He pasued hearing a noise right outside the door. "Victor 2 actual is Akiko still with you?"
"Negative, Victor 9. Sorry but she gave orders to a couple of our walking wounded doubling as medics and just left. We've still got a couple of the other VPs though."
As soon as Derek heard "negative" he took off his headset, took it apart, pulled out a transmitter, broke it, then put everything back together. Once he did that, he slowly emerged from the brrom closet and carefully moved down the hall towards the Soldiers rooms. "Victor 9 to Victor Alpha. I'm no longer on your HUD because I removed the transmitter from my headset. And I moved from my previous position to elsewhere, so I suggest you get back to Victor 2 actuals team Dr. Akiko."

Dr. Akiko Takahashi Akiko ignored Derek's suggestion and surprisingly jumped out of the vent just beyond where Derek was shortly after he had made his suggestion. Near the soldier's rooms. How she managed to find him in such a short time, the world may never know, though for the moment she seemed almost ninja-like.. She motioned him to follow her as she went into one of the rooms. It was an empty room with a bead and a desk. And once inside and the door was shut, she said, "Get on the bed, you have to be treated properly." she glanced at his leg. "If you don't you won't stand a chance."

Derek blinked. He found himself staring at the same exact Doctor he was trying to avoid. At the same time they were in an empty room with the door closed. Under different circumstances this would have been a good thing. But at the present he was having none of her orders and immediately limped towards the door, hoping to leave without having to fight her for his freedom.

Dr. Akiko Takahashi Akiko pulled him from the door and tried to get him on the bed, "I would try and sedate you but then the whole team would be out of a good combat leader. Let me fix your wound and then I will let you go.. You'll last longer if you let me do this." She had a serious yet concerned look on her face. "The more you struggle the longer you will be away from the combat."

He looked at her and sat down on the bed. He undid his bandages, shaking his head as he did so. Once undone he ripped the bandages off and thre them to the side showing her that his leg wound was almost healed up. "Under normal circumstances I would have been grateful and approving of your actions. But you don't know me or my past. My life has almost never been normal ever since the men in black suits came to my home and, on my fourth birthday, took me away to a Military facility in Antartica." Derek stared at her for a bit then looked away. "But that's classified...So classified that not even god himself can look behind the red curtain of secrecy."

Dr. Akiko Takahashi Akiko sighed, "Don't worry I won't tell anyone, but when this is all over with I have some questions for you." She was baffled by what he had said, though she hid the look behind a glare on her glasses. "So what's the plan now..?" she asked and then she heard footsteps just beyond the closed door. She pulled out a small throwing knife quietly.

He heard the footsteps as well. Derek also heard muffled voices. The first thing he did was the first thing that popped into his head. The Trainer pointed his weapon at the door and let loose a stream of rounds, punching out a small hole in the door. Once the hole was made Derek through out several non-lethal grenades such as Flashbangs and concussion grenades before throwing out three Incindiary Grenades. When those went off the screams of the dying and aflame individuals echoed throughout the facility and the smoke from the burning bodies set off the fire alarm in the hallway. Not to mention the unmistakable smell of burning human flesh.
After the screams subsided he slowly opened the door and stepped out into the hallway. It was empty save for the bodies. There was only one body that was not caught in the fire from the lethal grenades. The unfortunate man was the one standing in front of the door when Derek lit it up. His vest showed that it had stopped a couple bullets, but the rest penetrated. Not to mention the lucky stray that landed between the man's eyes.
Derek searched the bodies for anything that would give away where they had come from or who they worked for and found nothing. He then looked up at Akiko. "The plan is to keep you, the other scientists and the Soldiers alive and safe. Also to find out who we're dealing with but I already have an idea of who it might be. We still need a prisoner."

Dr. Akiko Takahashi Akiko raised a brow at Derek when he made the small explosions. She stood at the door as Derek searched for clues. When he said that he had an idea on who it was, Akiko raised another brow though this time looked a tad bit impressed. "You don't have to worry about me, I'm quite capable." She stated. She then pulled out a shot injector with sedatives out of her medical kit.. "You can leave the prisoner deal to me, I need you to be a distraction.."

Derek gave her a look. One that, with the proper expressions, could literally make peoplle understand his meaning. In this case: "Who died and made you Queen?"
