know before he became a sailor scout he was a delusional boy who admired the sailor scout as hero's. he wanted to be just like them so he made a costume and went out to fight demons. he then realized how hard it was to fight without magical powers but then something awaken in him that gave him the power to control water. he defeated the demon. he realized though he truly was not a sailor scout and this power is something different. but he still fights with his no found powers for justice,

weakness: since his costume is not a real sailor scout armor it has no protectiveness or flexibility so it only hurts is fighting ability.

before he became a sailor scout he was the worlds best mercenary. one job he was facing demons and and was overwhelmed. he then found the power to transform into a sailor scout. he then destroyed the demon and saw his rediclus outfit. he swore to never use his power again. one day a cloaked figure came and asked him to join sailor gaia and her scouts. at first he refused but then the man offered $200000000000000000000000000000 to do the job. he had a short relations with sailor gaia but it was ended after she found out he was only doing it for the money.

weakness he is embarrassed to wear this outfit so he prefers to stay in the back.
