I've been wondering if new applications for arrancar are being accepted now that the leadership has been passed on to a new person. I have an excellent idea for a character that is linked to my shinigami. Hopefully someone can let me know that Las Noches is still open to new faces and I can go ahead and create a mule account for a new character. sweatdrop

In Character Announcement:
Torrik has given me permission to take 3rd Espada rank until he returns, this will only be temporary as Ishi will then become Torriks Fraccion when he becomes active again. The reason he hasn't been active is because his account has been hacked (notice the chicken mask?) and is still being sorted out. So for now, both parties have agree for the temporary switch and I hope that the ranks in Las Noches can be changed so that everyone can see the switch (and to make it official.)
Ishi Riki, 3rd Espada. Kind of like in the anime when Grimmjow lost his rank because he lost his arm... Torrik and I will come up with a reason why she took his rank.
