Rei's nostrils twitched a little. "He's on his way back." They then twitched again. "With a woman?" He said kinda confused. He knew drakes scent, but not the woman's. All he could tell of her was that she was a woman, by the distinct aroma of pheromones.

Just as he finished saying this in a low voice, Pat ran down from the stairs and spun towards Rei quickly. As he opened his mouth, Rei looked at him. "I already know." He said with a smile. Pat laughed a little and lit a cigarette and sat at the table.

Drake stopped a goos hundred yeards from the hide-out, "Alright, they probablly already know I'm coming back but I'm going to have you stay back here untill I can let them know what's going on, alright?"

"Whatever makes them comfortable. I wouldn't want to intrude." Ivy said polietly.

"Thanks, be back in a minute." Drake smiled then joged forward to the house. He felt their minds swirling with confusion about Ivy so he took a deep breath and stepped inside.
"I'm back guys, but you already knew that. And before you start bombarding me with questions, I'd like to say something." He said quickly as he held his hand up to shush them.
When he saw that they were not going to interrupt them he began again, "I contacted Cliff and he said he couldn't leave as quickly as he'd like, but he sent us someone ahead of him instead. And yes Rei, it is a woman. I'm pretty suer she can help, she seems eager."
Drake waited for their responses before he'd bring Ivy in, he wanted to make sure he had their approval.

Rei and pat both nodded. "Yeah, I agree with alex." Rei said thinking a bit. "But the only thing I can say, Is that if i feel that she's harming holly, or that shes a spy, I'll kill her myself." He said coldly.

Alekssander stood in the corner and let the mysterious woman do her work, but hidden, his left hand was on his whip, at the ready should anything go awry.

Alekssander gave a pleading look at Drake, one that just screamed "I can't listen in, I don't have any telepathical powers, just the link I share with Amelia!" At any rate, he followed Drake and Rei out the door as he sent a message to Amelia.

'Stay in here and keep an eye on Ivy. Don't hesitate to attack if you see her doing something suspicious.'

She nodded, and after the boys left, she sealed the door, stopping any noise from coming through.

Rei's fur stood on end as Drake was telling him of this. "Well, They can try... But I'm not letting them take anyone while I still breathe..." He said gritting his teeth. The thought of being hunted angered him, angered him more then anything else. All he wanted was to take off after them now, but he couldn't do so and risk running past them on their way after the others. He had to help protect holly, or at least until it was safe to move her, Which meant that he had to wait for cliff. "Did you hear what their expecting us to look like?" He asked, his mind thinking up a plan.

"I didn't hear anything about them knowing what we look like in particular, but they do know what groups our powers are in and what levles, so they don't really need to know our faces if one of them can sense abilities." Drake said as he thought hard and stuck one hand in his pocket.
"I hope Cliff gets here soon- I don't know how much longer Holly can wait, let alone us..." He said as his brow creased and he glared at the ground in deep thought of a plan.
"They'll probablly know what I look like- I was one of them once...Heck, I probablly know who they are, but I didn't stick around to chat around. So that can either be good or bad...."

Holly twisted and groaned out. Her face contorted lightly at her mind registered her pains, but she only complained of one, "I thought Rei was going to stay with me..."
Her lips were cracked and voice hoarse from how dry her throat was.

Ivy shushed her and cooed, "He'll be back in a moment, he only left to talk with Drake."

"I hope he comes back soon." Holly pouted childly and then slipped back under into a shallow sleep.

Ivy glanced to Amelia and back to Holly, "Um, excuse me for not knowing your name, but could you get Holly some water and a wet rag? She's particularly thirsty, and I can't really heal thirst..." Ivy gave a little laugh then returned her attention to Holly.

Drake heard the silent conflict inside the house and sighed. "Another point I must make to you two... You should not wory about Ivy, she has pure thoughts. She is only filling in for Cliff at the moment. Right now she is Holly's only hope and I extend some length of trust in her... I think you guys should, too. But I will not attempt to force you into it; you have a right to your own thoughts and beliefs."

Carl stepped slowly towards the back door, though he knew he could not outrun the two if it came down to it. "Well, then, excuse me for not knowing. But I still think I should ask you boys to leave."
"Who says we're going to?" Remus chuckled.
"We believe that you're holding information from us that is very important to our mission." Roman leaned against the bar.
"I'm tellin' ya, lads, I don't know a thing about thems ECs. I'm just an honest man tryin' to make an honest livin'." Carl barked.
"Still don't believe you..." Remus laughed as him and his brother started to advance over the bar.
Carl backed up two more steps through the door to the kitchen and was followed step for step by the two dark and malicious men. Finally Carl found himself in the very back, five feet from the exit to the alley way where Holly, Rei, and Alex had first met up. Carl swallowed hard and audibly this time, knowing he had absolutely no chance. Any weapon that would be worth while against them was out of his reach and he knew they were much stronger than him, even if by themselves.
"Tell us, bartender." Roman growled, his large muscles flexing under his black clothing.
"I don't know anything." Carl repeated, more desperately this time.
"We'll see about that." Remus snarled as he jumped onto Carl and melted into a dark shadow over his body.
Carl screamed in horror as he ripped at his face and spun around and ran into boxes and shelves. Remus removed himself and said in a shadowy voice to his bother, "He knows nothing, mercifully finish him off."
"Gladly." Roman grinned and advanced on the still screaming Carl. He easily picked up the chubby man and squeezed him. Carl grew quite besides gruns and bubblings. Then he fell limp and Roman dropped him to the floor- making sure he was dead by putting a bullet through his skull.

Holly screamed amazingly loud, her eyes wide, blood-shot, and full of tears. "Nooo!" she took another breath and sobbed, "Carl, no!" She surprizingly leaped off of the couch and out of Ivy's grasped and staggared quickly to the door, the swung it open and attempted to run towards the old familiar bar she once called home, "Carl!" she screamed loudly into the night air.

Remus and Roman smiled at eachother, hearing the faint echos of Holly's scream in the far off distance.
