((...we're going to have to speed up events.))
The screened door slid open, and tired blue eyes fixed on the form of her little brother. Senju Touka's usually well-kept long, wavy hair had knots here and there - it would be quite painful later during brushing - and she was still in her sleeping yukata. There was a soft yawn, as she covered her mouth with her hand, before she asked of her brother: "Otouto...what is it...?"
Haru raised an eyebrow.
What is it...?
"Ane, you do know it's noon right...?"
To this, his sister's eyes suddenly widened in horror, and disbelieving, she rushed to find her pocketwatch...only to discover that Haru had been quite correct. But, ignoring her hysterics and even throughout his sister's frantic search for a timepiece, Haru invited himself into his sister's room, dragging Rhaim along, and continued speaking, unperturbed. He did drop his voice though, so that only she would be able to clearly hear, and those in the room or at its threshold.
"See, ane. These three need our help to find...ehm..." Here he turned to Tairu. "A flag, was it, Hyuuga?" He turned his attention back to Touka. "Anyways, ane, apparently our uncle is setting the Genin Exams...and they need to find that on the estate grounds. You see, there was a bit of a misunderstanding, and I-..." He gestured at the boy he was holding. "So...can you patch this guy up here...?"
000 fast forward 000
After Rhaim had been healed with the Shosen technique, Touka had sent the four ahead while she gets ready. His ane claimed she would be able to track her brother anywhere on the compound without effort - that much was true, due to the seal that was placed on Touka's shoulder, and the base of Haru's neck, so they hurried along. She was correct: it was safer to go the direct route, because running into servants would always be better than into other kinsmen.
But, thought Haru dryly as they hurried along the corridors to the main house's reception hall ...isn't this a little too 'direct'...?

Hp: 1210 | Cp: 3250 | MHp: 1200 Theme Song: Celtic River - The Warlord's FifeSince Yokou merely gave him a suspicious look, he sighed and took to observing every corner of the statue, wincing as the blinding light from the accursed object threatened to take with it his vision for good once and for all...and perhaps his medical condition would not have been able to heal even something like that. Grimacing, Zephyr searched everywhere for a seal, wondering if perhaps there was some possibility his clan started making invisible seals...and then very delicately knocked on the statue.
Yep, solid.
So then, why does something just seem...off...? He didn't know...something just seemed wrong! He grew up surrounded by...well, things made of different kinds of metal... It seems to be the right color, the right shade for the particular amount of gold that goes into the statue (think, think! - he told himself here). The clan would never make a statue solidly out of nothing but gold, because such a statue would not stand and will easily bend to the elements...especially to the violent physical strength of his family!
But it looks to be like the other statues, about the same amount of gold that would usually go into sculpting...
He didn't notice, as Yokou's attention seemed to grow suspicious too the more carefully he analyzed the statue, and she too frowned, and pressed a finger delicately to the statue's forehead. And Zephyr thought more at this: what was wrong...? Something about the statue just seemed...not quite so right...
That was about when the surprised cry of a newcomer took hold of his attention.
Yokou moved her finger, and delicately scratched at the surface of the statue with her manicured nail...
Haru's jaw dropped.

Rhaim was given no time to protest the barging into the Senju womans room when she had clearly not gotten up for the day yet. He had the unpleasent memories of walking in on his sisters before they were ready for the outside world to see them. The young boy subconciously rubbed the back of his head trying to forget about the massive pain that such an act had caused him. To his suprise though Touka didn't seem all that distressed and even went through with mending his injury without asking a single question about who they were or why they were posing as her family. Though Haru had given an explanation, it wasn't a very good one that even the absent minded Nara would have bought. Then again he was apparently dumb enough to carry out the foolhardy ploy.
When they were done treating him and on the move to the "flag" he couldn't help but try to walk slower. He silently prayed for an oppotunity to present itself for him to get away from Haru. Eventually he would discover that Tairu and lied to him and when that happened it would only lead to very bad things. Plus the weak Henge that the children were using were probably far less effective than just hiding.
He was still hoping for a chance to run away when he realised that he was now standing before the very family that he had used earlier to sneak into the compound. He knew that they knew Tairu and would probably even recognize both Rhaim and Tenma as well. The fact that they were in a Henge likely wouldn't help when faced with... YOKOU!? For the first time the young boy got a good look at the woman that had paid for his meal earlier. Now not only was he face to face with rather powerful and intuitive shinobi, but he owed one of them money. What was even worse was that she and her family were standing around a rather gawdy statue of a topless man. It was the very statue that they were supposed to retrieve and yet here was some of the main Senju family standing right over it. There was no way that they could get a hold of the thing unless they got the rest of the Senju out of the room first.
He stayed silent and lowered his face to the ground hoping that his racing heart wasn't near as loud as he thought it was. His hands were at his sides, his feet even beneath his shoulder, and his eyes as wide as they had ever been. The boy's mind raced as he tried to come up with some logical way for them to be left alone in the room. His first thought was to do something to get all of their attention and then run out of the room so that Tenma and Tairu could snatch the statue. However considering his previous success with that technique he remained still waiting to see what sort of opportunity would present itself.

It was odd, almost embarrassing, walking in on the female Senju before she was prepared for visitors. Tenma could relate in the sense that she hated being out in public without her hair being brushed and wearing proper clothing. Sure, there were no qualms about whether or not she was wearing makeup, because as far as she was concerned she was too young and there really was no need, but none the less she understood. However, as Tenma thought back to Ame, there weren’t many occasions where she had been called upon before she was prepared. While in the female’s room Tenma remained quiet, though she knew the two Senju were well aware the three weren’t of their clan. Then again, it made sense in the disguised girl’s mind. As Touka healed Rhiam, though his injuries weren’t serious Tenma could see why the boy wanted to have him healed as an apology, Tenma practiced Ryuko’s voice under her breath. Particularly she focused on saying “It’s the affairs of the ANBU.” as convincingly as she could muster. Content with the overall sound of the voice Tenma waited in silence as she began to feel familiar with her new form. ~Time Skip~ Walking through the Senju compound was almost unnerving as the small group travelled along one of the most direct routes. Tenma felt confident that she could pass by a maid with little compromising, but she knew they held no such hopes if they stumbled across a legitimate clansman. As these thoughts tumbled around in her mind the girl noted something as they entered the reception hall in the main house – the statue. Though it was sitting right there Tenma noted that almost the entire group that had assisted in sneaking them in was in the room…seemingly fascinated with the mass of gold as well. Though Tenma didn’t know what arrangements Tairu had made with the group she knew it wouldn’t be wise to simply snatch the statue up with them standing there. Especially since they knew she wasn’t Ryuko. Since the Senju Haru had consented to assisting the group Tenma decided that she needed to keep open communication with him about what was going on. After all, it was bad enough that they had snuck in, but if he believed they had lied to him in order to steal a statue then all hell would break loose. Without drawing attention to herself Tenma, or Ryuko, leaned down to speak to Haru. That was one thing she would miss – standing as tall as she was. There was no denying it, Tenma in actuality was short…she hadn’t even managed to break four feet yet. “Master Haru,” Her voice was low as not to alert the others around them. “That is the flag we were sent to find.” A slight inclination of her head towards the statue made sure the boy knew what she was talking about. Hopefully she had approached the situation appropriately, but now only time would tell. CP: 29/30 Genin Exams

This wouldn't be right even if I was in my own home but in an entirely different clans home? This is outrageous. Tairu refused to look into the room faced the door as Haru talked to him. "Yes, we have to capture a flag."Tairu told him. *fast forward* As Tairu walked through the corriders of the Senju compound he couldn't help but notice how similar it's construction and furnishing was to the Hyuuga compound. Everything is similar to our (the Hyuuga Compund) house; especially that golden statue in the center of the main hall. Wait, golden statue? That's our target! Tair felt elated untill he heard Tenma seak. No, don't tell him that we are trying to steal a gold statue! he screamed inside his head. Wait, Zephyr-sama i here, he'll back us up if anything goes wrong! he shifted nervously as he waited for the situation to unfold. "Got a problem, bean? It's my bloody house!" Countered Zephyr.
"-don't call me a bean! I'll grow just to spite you!"

Haru gasped, horrified. "You're admitting to it!?"
Zephyr scowled. "That WASN'T what I was referring to!!!!"

Somewhere along the line, the shouting match turned physical: Zephyr had his hands on Haru's cheeks and roughly pulled, stretching them, while the little boy aimed violently dangerous kicks for his uncle's abdomen... That was when Haru broke free, and instead of where the two formerly stood a moment before, was a giant dust cloud, the sounds of flying fists contacting flesh, and - here the onlookers could very possibly notice too angry red veins throbbing on the same said dust cloud.

Rhaim's head had raised slightly at the commotion that was beginning between the two Senju. His eyes went back to their normal squinted state when he understood that the older one had apparently been fooling around to have the child that stood before them. What was worse about that whole incident was the fact that Yokou must have been cheating on Zepyher as well since Rhaim had seen her with a different child earlier. Clearly the love world of the shinobi was a very dangerous and complicated one with no rules or fair play. His only hope at that point was that the two would take their fight outside of the room and leave the three children almost completely alone to deal with the statue. Unfortuneately such a thing did not occur.
Fortuneately the two did start a fight that seemed to take the complete and undidvided attention of them both away from the poorly hidden academy students and the statue that they were all likely drooling over. Rhaim geared his attention and movements towards the statue. He was banking on the train of thought that if Tairu knew the family well enough to get them into the compound then perhaps Yokou and the illegitimate son would not take notice to his actions.
The Nara darted to the statue and placed one hand around the waist of the statue and the other gripping the behind the head. He turned his body to face back towards Tenma and Tairu and proceeded to tug on it and run back towards the door.

...the brawl quickly grew worse, and somewhere along the line, the cloud of dust had rolled Rhaim's way. There was a sharp, angry clang, and something silver went flying into the air and landing with a dull clutter on the ground.
A bracelet?
There was another terrible sound of denting metal, and a broken piece of silver jewelry seemed to have fallen to the ground where the dust ball was only moments before. However, to this, Yokou aside gave a sharp gasp, and sure enough, in the next moment, Senju Zephyr had escaped the cloud of dust and kicked the statue right off its plaque with destructive strength.
He had regained control of his chakra.
The statue flew into the air, spinning somersaults.

Rhaim found that the statue did not budge an inch when he made an effort to move it from it's location. The boy was now stuck was the knowledge that there was a fight in front of the statue but that the statue was also seemingly bolted to the ground. Since strength was definately not the boy's forte there was no way that he was going to be able to remove it from whatever was holding it in place. Just as he was beginning a sigh at how hopeless the scene seemed there was a loud clank of metal followed by a second ring of metal. The Nara watched as the statue flew up over the back of his head and in front of his eyes. Now the statue was no longer stuck and therefore they had a hope of removing the item. However there was the small situation of the huge hunk of metal slamming into Tairu and Tenma. This new development was just as unsettling as the previous dilemma that he had encountered.
The boy hurled his body out towards the statue as it flew at the other two students. He latched on to the object in suprisingly the same manner as he had grabbed it earlier. As his body came back in line with the ground he tucked into his shoulder, allowing it to make contact with the floor first and continuing to roll forward over his head. He ended flat on his back with his feet outsretched and one in front of both Tenma and Tairu. The statue rested securely and somewhat safely on his chest though the boy found he was unable to lift and carry it on his own. If he did have to move it by himself he'd be dragging it. The Nara child tilted his head up at his two comrades, his Henge completely dispersed by the action.
"A little help."

Tenma found herself in slightly amused shock once the two Senju’s began fighting. It was odd to see two clansmen in a non-training based clash. Between the flying fists and the shouting men the girl hardly noticed when Rhiam went for the statue. With her attention slightly torn between the two events she took a step towards the target before being abruptly stopped by a rumbling cloud of Senju fury and there was no force on Earth that could make her risk her limbs by crossing between them. However, her attention quickly turned as she saw the statue suddenly airborne in her direction, causing her to flinch into a position that would allow her to catch it. As she waited for impact the child was caught slightly off guard when there wasn’t a sudden exiting of air from her lungs as the heavy hunk of metal made contact. Refocusing she saw Rhiam on the ground with the statue intact. A small smile appeared on her lips as she let the Henge go and moved to assist her teammate. With his assistance she helped him lift it off his chest so that they could, hopefully, make a quick getaway. Genin Exams

The corner of her mouth twitched - in frustration - but she ignored that and had gone back to observing the statue. One of the children - Rhaim, that little Nara before - came forth and tried to pry the statue from its stand, but to no avail. Needless to say, he was rather fortunate, because, in the next moment-...
What was that!
Her eyes widened - in horror - as she noticed the broken silver bracelet that clattered onto the polished wooden floor. And then there was another sharp breaking of metal, and another piece of silver jewelry fell. Oh no! That was Sensei's chakra restraints! Sure enough, in the next moment, Zephyr had emerged from the cloud of dust, foot aimed for a high kick (though fortunately he had narrowly missed Haru's head) and instead the Senju head of family's foot contacted with the statue's golden chest, sending it airborne...
That idiot! Though thankfully, the Students managed to catch it without injury...Sensei, Sensei - he might've damaged someone's internal organs like that! Apparently, Zephyr did not seem to learn, and after kicking the statue off into the air, the two were embroiled once more in the cloud of Senju fury. Yokou felt her patience waning, as her brow arched, and her lips thinned: but it was - when - the three Students actually made for the door and out, when she pulled Kusanagi out of its sheath, and stabbed the sword into the cloud.
A moment later, the dust had settled, and Zephyr and Haru (both with their hands in the other's hair or for Haru, clothes) stared with great wariness at the extended blade that had narrowly missed them (or was it on purpose?) both. And indeed Yokou made her words very clear:
"Fighting with an eleven year old child! Have you gone out of your mind! And H-Ha---...?!" But where the statue had once been, Yokou's foot was now stepping on. She peered at it in clear surprise, forgetting her furious speech.

As the two kicked up a cloud of dust Tairu noticed as Rhaim tried to take the statue but failed in his attempt. It was then that a metal cling and then the sound of splintering wood that brought Tairu's attention back to the fight. Tairu set himself up to catch the statue but Rhaim stepped up and took action. With the Statue now in Rhaim's possesion Tairu knew that it was now time evac that statue. He looked to the door and back to Zephyr-sama. "Zephyr-sama, we've got the statue and once we get it back to Proctor Senju I promise that it will be destroyed just like you wished." The three were all staring now intently at the trap door. Yokou hesitated for a long moment, and then closed her eyes, the veins of the Byakugan appearing around her eyes. But after a long moment, her doujutsu faded, and she opened her eyes, gently shaking her head.
"Quite well-done your clan's Fuuin, Sensei." She said, pausing slightly. "To counter both the Uchiha line's Doujutsu and the Byakugan..." She gently traced a finger over the trap door, which the statue's base was formerly lodged firmly in. There was a barrier of natural chakra sustained by a seal. Thus making it impossible to know for certain what lies within this...cellar. She could see around it, but the fudas within the space underneath the ground blocked clear view of its immediate contents.
"I...think...something's in there." She said, slowly, hesitantly.
"Haru, go on." Said Zephyr. "Help the brats out."
The golden-haired boy frowned. "But-..."
"They're going to be our village's next generation of shinobi." Replied his uncle, as matter-of-factedly. "Since the proctor is a damn sadist, it's the least we can do."
"...all right." Muttered the boy. "But whatever happens, is so not my fault."
Yokou looked to Zephyr, and then to Saito. "Well..." She said. "Are we ready?"
