On school days, I just wear pajama pants and then keep on the shirt AND bra I had on that day. I know I'm weird.
During Summer (now) or weekends, I wear a cami and pajama pants. And during Summer, I wear the same thing for several days until I take a shower or go somewhere.
I shower every 7 days when I have nothing to do. T.T
What kind of Laptop/Computer do you have?
I figured out someone already asked this.

I have a mixure of the two on my bed. Its like a nest^_^

I would probably turn it down.
But if someone offered me to do costume design for a movie or art direction, I would be all over that s**t.
