Gia’s magic retraced itself back to her body after it had placed an unseen barrier over her party mates. Something was going on inside of her body when her magic had returned, or what was left of it after the mass spell was cast. Gia’s hand would move while her body was in its comatose state, something was reacting inside almost like an innate defense had begun taking something from the pouch she carried. A vial would be taken out to pour some sort of potion into her mouth, but what was poured would boost her body for the duration of time to allow her movement of both magic and strength. A temporary thing, but with a cost; she had accepted this cost.
Gia woke up at this time as her eyes were glowing stronger than before seeming to instantly stand up taking her right hand to her sword. There was no words spoken from her lips at all, it was like she was completely controlled by her own magic. The elements had full control of her body because of the potion; she was stuck only as a spirit within the body having to react with it. The long sword on her back would be removed from its sheathe as she stood there. It appeared her body was now a weapon, least that’s how the potion reacted in her when it seemed all was at a loss. She took that risk when she looked at the creatures that the elf had created, least the creature that called herself Ramiel’s mother. Gia’s sword though seemed to begin to glow brightly but with a holy element. Her body and the sword she carried had begun to react in unison using both magic and energy at the same time.

Sintariun flinched when the thorns scraped her skin and easily pierced it but held her ground glaring at the elf. Hearing something, the elf looked to her right and smiled at seeing Damon and heard him. Nodding, the elf looked at her dagger and unsheathed it, the blade seem to glow with glee at being unleashed.
Suddenly a gray beast appeared before the elf. Sintariun lashed out and slit the creature's throat without thinking and watched as black blood oozed from the wound and onto her blade. Backing away, Sintariun thought on something and jumped into the air turning into a hawk once more to go right over the undead elf and suddenly changing into a panther with her claws exposed and fangs beared. Roaring as she dropped, the elf targeted the female's arms so she couldn't summon more monsters.

Seirei was a bit closer to the front and was fighting off the creatures as he retreated back towards Liah. He winced in pain as he turned to mist and appeared beside Liah. He blocked the incoming attacks with his blades and his body. He cut back several of them and tried to ignore the stab wound in his side. It'd been some time since he'd been bleeding and it was not a pleasant feeling. "Need some help?" he grumbled, clearly in pain as he clashed with several more creatures. For every four of the beasts he pushed back or killed, another sliced him or stabbed him, most of them on his lower torso and his legs.

Liah was so scared she couldn't find her voice. Managing to nod, a creature lunged forward and slashed at her. Without thinking, she lashed out at it with her dagger, slicing its head with a clean cut. The creature shrieked and fell, exploding into dark mist once more. "Th...thanks." She said to Seirei after a moment. Another beast swiped at her with a long claw. This time, she wasn't fast enough to evade and she felt a burning pain in her leg. Quickly, before it could attack again, she stabbed it with the dagger. "Are...are they poisonous?" She asked, wincing at the pain in her leg.
Damon watched the Elf transform, first into a hawk, and then into a panther. 'The shield!' he called out, hoping it would warn her. Another beast attack and he immediately extinguished the creature with a swipe of his claw.

The darklings got right back up when they landed trying to break the elf’s shield once more, but before they could reach the undead elf they vanished. Sari hadn’t wanted the elf to attack them directly, but it didn’t matter now; what mattered were the beasts coming towards her. She made what looked to be a ribbon of dark matter appear around one of the beast’s neck and then tighten until it decapitated it. She found her next target and made a very small shield in its chest and then made it grow bigger until it completely squished the beast’s organs and died of internal bleeding. She used the spell she had used on the cockroaches, leaving a beast impaled on a black spike. She wasn’t using anything too powerful since she did want to waste a lot of energy on the creatures. While she fought, Sari tried to think of possible weaknesses that the undead elf had. None seemed obvious to Sari, but she didn’t know much about the elf or zombies either.

Two arrows would fly, one soaring right past Seirei's right ear and the other flying through a hole formed by the wind blowing through Liah's hair. Each of the arrows would strike two shadow creatures, felling them almost instantly. In the distance, Jason could be seen, already drawing another arrow as it aimed it to his right and released it sending it straight into the chest of one of the beasts but also managing to get the arrow to impale the one behind it. "Vun dra muja uv..." Jason muttered as he looked back to see one of the creatures coming from behind. Fortunately another was coming at him from the front and having been in one of these kinds of situations once, Jason waited as a smile would grow on his face. Quickly Jason would duck as the one from behind would thrust forwards into the creature in front of Jason while the other cut down into the one behind Jason. As both fell, Jason then headed towards Seirei and Liah, loading another arrow into his bow, panting. "Well now, I guess I was a bit late to the party... What I miss?"

Seirei glanced over at Jason as he sliced through a darkling. "Um, the introduction," he said, turning back and stabbing straight through 2 darklings. "The elf is Ramiel's mother ish thing and he's up there fighting with some dragon thing," he added, stepping back to dodge a claw and bumping into Liah. "Sorry," he said, stepping forward with boths swords swinging and still getting sliced as he moved forward. He was starting to bleed a lot more than he'd have liked as he fought.

Liah stumbled forward slightly, missing a creatures attack by inches. "Thanks." She said to Seirei, she would have been cut if he hadn't bumped into her. A faint smile crossed Liah's features as Jason came up to them. She felt almost removed from the situation. "It's good to have some more help." She said thankfully, slashing wildly at a nearby creature. Her breath came in short gasps, not from the exertion, but from her fear. "I really need to learn how to fight." She gasped as another creature cut her arm with a claw. Wincing, she gripped it tightly and watched as the crimson liquid oozed from her arm, dripping onto the ground.

"Don't worry, you'll have practice soon enough when we get back to the town. Just be sure, we won't be able to protect you from all life threatening situations," said Jason as he swung his bow to the side, knocking a creature in the face before kicking it hard to knock it over. "So, you'll have practice with them." Jason pulled back on the string of his bow, launching an arrow into the head of a creature charging him. Jason then turned to Seirei and nodded to him, understanding the problem they were all in. What he didn't see coming was a another creature, this one with a blunt weapon though, and was clubbed hard in the back of the head. Jason fell, almost like he went unconscious right there, and the beast lifted it's club to crush in Jason's head. But almost when it seemed Jason would be harmed, he rolled to th side, suddenly, aware of what hit him and thrust an arrow into the creature's head after the club hit the ground next to him. Jason had a head throbbing headache with blood dripping from the back as he tried to get up onto his feet.

Gia’s eyes had their expressionless look in them as she was still being controlled by the effects of the potion she drank to make sure she could fight. She would slide up near where Liah was taking up the rear flank and smashing aside creatures that came towards where Liah and Damon was. It did appear though that Gia’s own body wasn’t her own, since her right arm wasn’t moving at all. Her left arm was the only arm doing the smashing, with the hilt of the sword before slicing the creature that was swatted away. Her wings couldn’t be summoned, as she was unable to. Gia got hit by one of the creatures in her right arm, which seemed to disable the arm even more; but no screams came as she just kicked the creature aside and sliced the creature with her long sword in recoil. “Stay…near…your…friend…”, Gia could barely speak of her own freedom cause of what she drank but the elements would let her spirit that resided inside her body take hold for a time speak to Liah. It was their way of not taking full possession while basically turning Gia’s body into a fighting machine. Gia’s words meant that Liah should stay extremely close to Damon.

Liah's eyes widened as Jason fell. "Jason..." She breathed as she hurried over to help him up. While she was distracted, Gia's warning made her head snap up. "I...I can't..." She whispered. "He's helping defeat the Elf..." It was almost like a piece of her was fighting on the front lines. Shaking her head, she banished the thought and continued over to help Jason. "Look out!" She exclaimed as a creature headed for the seemingly weak, struggling human on the ground. Before it could attack, Liah's natural reflex action was the throw her knife once more, automatically aiming for the head. The dagger flew true and pierced the dark figure blade first, causing it to shriek and dissipate into a cloud of mist. She watched her only weapon fall to the ground as yet another creature attacked.

Seirei saw a swarm of darklings coming at him but he side stepped them and went to help the others. A powerful swing came down on the next darkling going after Liah who was weaponless. "Get that knife back Liah," he said, spinning back around and blocking a darkling while two others got him in the legs. "Damn it," he muttered as he tried not to drop to his knees. "This is bad," he grumbled as the darklings surrounded them.

"Your telling me," said Jason as he drew the arrow back on the string. Even while he was disoriented, he was still able to let a shot loose to strike the creature behind Seirei, even if the arrow was a bit too close for comfort to Seirei's head. "Thank you Seirei, your quick actions helped me."

"No problem, aside from the blood flowing from my legs," he said in a semi sarcastic tone. A darkling jumped at him from the other side, making him not even notice the arrow by his head. He blocked it but it's weight knocked him onto his knees. Growling in pain he split the creature in two and tried to draw on his powers to heal himself. It hurt just as much as the wounds but at least they weren't bleeding as much. "So, no dying you two," he grumbled as he kept close to Liah while she got her weapon back.
