Wait was there a change in the experience system? Z, a level 2, has 76/110. Other level 2s seem to be going from X/60. Did we half(ish) the experience required to level up? Cause that would be really nice to know.

Wow, Z, have you been gone to? They changed that over a month ago, check the announcements. Yours should be like 26/70 and level 3 I think.

Do we still do a 10/10 inventing technique with intelligence training? If not, can a crew member give me an exercise to invent it?
Kawaii no jutsu [Cuteness Technique]
The user of this technique has perfected pulling at people's heart strings by using cute looks and adorable faces. They use their genjutsu to accent cute features such as watery eyes, pouty lips, sakura pinks cheeks and soft baby like giggles. It's a combination of sight and sound that allows the user to put on that adorable act in order to get what they want.
Cp Cost: 10 + 2 per holding post
Damage: None.
Requirement: Charisma 20, Genjutsu 15
Avoid: Sense
Special: + Intel Mod to Persuade, Seduce, and Lie
Needs to be Invented: By Yamanaka Hanabira

some questions i should probably know the answer to but i don't.
When inventing a technique do you have to met the requirement to learn it?
and shouldn't training made by members that pass the crew approval be added to the training thread in the game system forum?
Also training a pet in trick. Any suggestions?

Thanks Zu, but I think i worded my question wrong
In order to invent a ninjutsu do you have to have the requirements already done
If i were going to invent the trick Hario Jizo
would i need the requirements done before I can invent it?

You have to meet the requirements = You can Learn Technique
