(okie dokie!)
she felt him wrap hisarms around her.He was so warm compared to herself.She felt so safe in his embrace.Suddenly all that security faded.She could feel them falling.It was a sickening feeling inside her stomach.She closed her eyes and held on tightly to him.Her heart wasracing a mile a mintue as they fell.Then there was a small jerk, and the sickening feeling was gone.She opened one eye, and then the other.Hatsu looked up at Hayate.He was teasing her."I wasn't scared.I found it to be most enjoyable."Her heart was still lpounding but not as bad.She rested her head against his chest as they flew over the land and to an unknown destination.

Ryuu walked into Serine cliff with Roxy. He was still a little red from a few seconds ago. He sat down at the tree he usually sat down in. The marks he etched into the bark was still there. He smiled as he sat down and waited to Roxy to look around and get comfortable. He looked around and saw nothing else different. He smiled as he felt like this was his home. Nothing seemed to have change.

Roxy followed Ryuu and curiously looked around, a child-like expression on her face. "Wow.." She walked over to the tree and touched it. She could just feel all of the energy that had been around it previously. "This place...it brings me joy." She smiled down at Ryuu and sat down beside him, still looking around at the new area. She looked at the tree and pointed to one of the marks. "This has your energy imprinted in it." She traced it with her pointer finger and looked at him with curiosity in her misty gray eyes. "What are these marks for?"

"Hmmm. Well they are the marks of the friends I've made!" He smiled and then slashed in two more for Roxy and Morrigan. He smiled then said, "You like it here? I like it as my hideout and resting place!" He watched her carefully as she walked around. He saw the edge breaking off. He got his hands ready just in case the edge broke off. He didn't want Roxy hurt. His water was ready for anything.

Roxy smiled. "Wow, marking the expansions of your heart on a tree....that's wonderful!" She skipped to the edge and slightly looked over it, the color draining from her face. "Oh, wow....we are so high up." She scooted back a couple of inches as she felt the ground shake a little bit underneath herself. "Oh my..." She moved to take a step, but froze in fear as the ground beneath her slowly began to break away. 'The ground reeeaaaalllly doesn't like me today...' Was her last thought before fear gripped her systems.

Ryuu quickly splashed the water but it didn't work as well as planned. The water missed grabbing her. He quickly put his feet against the tree and lurched off it nearly making him fall of the cliff. He grabbed her hand and then felt the shock in his hand. He started to bring her up little by little and then he finally took her up. They both layed on the ground tired. Ryuu asked, "Are you ok?"

All color had officially drained out of her face. Her chest heaved with ragged breaths and she was holding on to Ryuu's hand as if her life depended on it. And knowing her it very possibly could. "Oh my gosh...that was SO scary!" She cried. She sat up and pounded the ground beneath them, making sure it wouldn't be breaking under them any time soon. She sighed when she was assured it was as sturdy as a rock. She glanced over at Ryuu as he sat up and lunged herself at him, burying her face in his chest. "That's the second time you've saved me today! Thank you so much Yuu-kun!!" She blinked for a second and then smiled into his chest. "That's it!" She glanced up and looked into his eyes. "I'm going to call you Yuu-kun!"

Ryuu smiled and blushed as he said, "I'm glad you're fine! Yuu-kun huh?" He smiled and said, "I guess I like that! I'll just call you Roxy ok?" He smiled as he thought, Now i'm pretty sure I like her... He tried standing up and he could because of quick lunge he was a little bit tired and hasty so he sat down a little bit more. He looked over and Roxy and said, "You ok at least?"

MOrrigan had followed the two but on a low radar so they hadnt noticed her. At the cliff she leaned on a tree behind them nad watched, she saw Roxy almost fall and ryuu save her, and how she clung to his chest and held his hand. she smiled to herself, and whispered a quick incantation, "love is blind love is true help these two find the truth." a pink glow slipt from her fingures and into the the air abov there heads. she smiled taking one las drag form her cgarette ands tubbed it out on the floor, and turned and walkd off

Nataki plucked a feather from her midnight black wings and let the wind carry it away as she held her shining daggers that were as sharp as the vampire fangs that lingered in her mouth."I am sorry,Rikka.I truly am."Her long coal colored hair flowed with the wind as her pale skin shone in the moonlight.The long blood colored dress tha covered her draped onto the ground as she stood upon the rocky cliff.

Roxy giggled and blushed lightly. "I'm glad you like it!! I love giving all of my friends nicknames! It's kind of like your marks on the tree....I'm adding a little bit of myself to everyone." She smiled brightly and nodded. "I'm fine." She looked over him worriedly. "But, are you ok?" She touched his chest lightly and glanced down his body, looking for any indication of wounds. "You look ok, but you seem a little injured." She kneeled down and touched his leg slightly. "Did that lunge put a lot of strain on your legs."

Ryuu felt the light touch that Roxy had and he started to blush again and so he put his head down for a moment to make it look like he was examining it. He then said, "Nah! This is nothing! Quick reflexes are from my organization. He wondered what it was like for the organization before he came. He sat down next to the tree and saw the sun blazing in the sky. He loved the sun and the place itself.

Roxy stared at him with a look of concern on her face. "Well....ok then." She laid down on her back and pointed at a cloud in the sky. "Oh, that cloud looks like a cloud!" She luaghed and sighed. This place really did bring her joy. She had no idea why. The peacefulness and the love that radiated from everything in the area filled her senses. The birds, the plants, the sky...everything just sent out wonderful feeling waves. Especially the big one that Yuu-chan seemed to really like. "It seems that this place calms you...."

"Yeah I guess!" He smiled and layed his head back and then turned his head over to Roxy and then asked, "You like it or love it? What do you like about this place?" He took out his gun and played around with it. He then looked over at Roxy again and wondered what she was thinking about. He smiled and said, "This is like my own special place! This is also i train a little bit once in awhile.

Roxy shrugged her head and pointed to the same cloud. " Now THAT cloud looks like a heart. "She smiled at Ryuu and winked. "What do you see?" She entangled her hands in the green, lush grass and laughed. "Well, I love it. It brings me joy. The energy it emanates....it fills my heart with happiness." She looked back up at the sky. "Well, I don't really know. This is the first time I've ever been here before....but I feel like I've lived here my whole life. Like this place was encoded into my DNA or something...."
