It basically means that if you fall inactive, we can move your characters in a way so that they fall out of the RP naturally (eg. hospital stay, moving away... etc.) and similarly, that we can use your clan for NPC stuff like mission allies, hospital NPCs, academy teachers and so on. (Unless you state that your clan is exclusive or going extinct of something. We still play by in game canon smile ) oh! ok. (they'll be exclusive)

Pretty much what Kouri said. Since you also explicitly stated you don't want your character, the Head of Family, being moved in any way, shape or form then he or she also remains so as clan leader officially.
The guild property thing if you are gone for an excessive length of time (say, like half a year or even a year) then it's really to make it so that if other members are interested in joining, they will still be able to without having to wonder and debate if you'll ever return or not. We try to encourage people to post absence leaves, but not everyone does so or remember to do so. But hopefully, once that becomes more habitual, there won't be any issues over publicizing clans. Actually, I never even seen anyone take issue for the last five years, so for the most part you can consider that we'll even wait up to a 3/4s a year (in the case of no officially written absence leave in that absence thread) before making your clan available for other members to join if they are interested.
In essence, you benefit too on top of getting the clan back when you're officially back and requests so, for we're getting you clan members too even in the duration you were gone.

Ummmmmm I have to go look up something, but I am fairly certain that there are already light/darkness kekkai genkai.Eh, took longer than 5 min, not motivated enough yet. SPELLING ERRORSFirst of all...I never said anything about their eyes being exceptionally beautiful. Second of all... Why must you make fun of me like that? it really hurts... Now about your spelling errors comment. I, unlike you was born with dyslexia and severe learning disabilies in spelling and grammar I slaved my butt away Eftery day after school through first and second grade while all my fellow classmates went home and eventually because of my analytical abilities, and the fact that my dyslexia was not as severe as some, was able to overcome it enough to have a 9th grade reading level in 6th (because that was how high the test went.) However it still shows itself in the form of me occasionally skipping words when I'm reading and my mind filling in the gaps.. My point? Sometimes when going through my posts for grammatical errors I simply don't see them! My issues with spelling and grammar however I was not able to overcome. I've worked for years much harder the most people ever have to to slowly painstakingly Improve my spelling and grammar till it reached a point like now where you can actually read it. Actually, my spelling is worse then on screen because I use a built in spell check. If that does not have the correct spelling or misses something then I'm out of luck So its not that I'm lazy. please do not write me off for a few spelling errors. As long as you can read what I post and until you have spent the same amount of time and effort I have on spelling Please do not make comments on my spelling.

I meant my own eyes deary, but thank you for vastly misinterpreting the point of my post, because courtesy of your little rant I like to point out one of my favorite little tidbits of knowledge for you. I didn't know that dyslexia prevented you from seeing the little red lines under the words in spell check. The fact that you did not use one, or rather do not use one on a regular basis leads me to believe that you may in fact be lazy. If I had a nickle for every person I heard give me that excuse I would be strolling down to Popeyes for some chicken right now with that money, but I don't, so how about instead of making excuses, you make improvements. Better yourself by investing in mozilla firefox and fixing your spelling errors so that nobody ever has to hear your sob story. Yeah, I'm a p***k, an a**, what have you, but I hate it when people make excuses for themselves, especially something with as simple of a solution as this. I have my own physical problems, and I'm in the military performing just as well as most, and better than some. You could go about life without anybody ever knowing you were dyslexic if you just tried.

Believe it or not, I do know where Hiro is. 3nodding Both Profile-wise ((Taki Shinobi Scroll in the Guild Archives)) and Rp-Wise, where we left him before the Time Skip was Suna. After the time skip, I'm clueless. xp

I believe I do have that picture floating around. The funny thing is, there is a copy of it in the art subforum. Anyway, I'll take a look around. Any suggestions as to where I should land Hiro? I don't plan on actually going full time-skip, since its much too far gone.

If you'd like, you can have Hiro come back to Taki via Aisugakure. That seems to be the go-to for anyone wanting to Join as Taki shinobi. They just head on down from Aisu. XD
OR, if you'd like, you can have Naka try and hunt him down. Currently, she's hunting Amadeus, Kusari, and Arya, but if I add one more to that list... it only gives me more to do. *lol*
