ProtoXtreme Konako. From the first day I joined this guild five years ago, I knew I was going to stay. If you don't know right now, then I'll tell you there isn't much hope. It's all about the strength of will, whether or not you are willing to put the work in and read. Former Crewsmember Istian once said mastering the System is not impossible as long as you have eyes.
In return, it will be very rewarding and fun, and that we do promise. We already made the best offers we could, if you ever need help, any of us will be around to answer questions. And the best thing is that here in Wotn not just the mods do that, every member takes care of each other. I'll like to think of this more as a family rather.
However much we'll always love a new member, if in the long term you won't be a regular, I see no need to get our hopes up. That is all I will have to say on the matter. I'm sorry I came off wrong then. If I do stay (and I decided to do so) I most likely will be a regular. I think my issue was that I was going to use my main role-play character the first time through. That would not work to well because it would require my GF (yes I'm homo) to go through the guild first... and it would most likely be too complicated for her without me guiding her. Plus since my main RPC is such a specific character (See my profile if you want) it would not be a good idea to do her first and all

Konako_Akari I figured out what to do! I'll go through it with my character's older sister! That way I can figure things out better with her. I have a question... Do I submit my custom clan and kekkei genkai first? and would other members then be able to create characters belonging to the clan and with the kekkei genkai? Or would I be able to control the clan and all since I came up with it? I'm really concerned about that.... I spent ages coming up with this clan and all You can make it private and require your permission for them to be in the clan.

I'm glad you decided to do so. Course our situations differentiate a lot too, as I didn't have a character already in mind at the time I joined. =3
Nice to meet you, I'm Ren, but everyone around here calls me Proto. It kind of stuck, so I don't mind if you call me that too. I'm one of the Kages here and currently is sadly of the old geezer generation.
Also do not worry, your girlfriend can also ask us questions anytime too. =) Wotn's one big family.

As for clans, I suggest you look at some existing ones for ideas on how stats and Jutsu writing works. We're open to questions. It's not recommended to make a clan off the bat, as it's a bit hard without any d20 training (so most people go through the Academy and mid-way feels confident enough to write up a clan).

Oh wait! it says if i become inactive my clan/jutsu/character become the property of the guild. Is there anyway to stop that from happening?

Good. You can do the hard way too (I did, lolz). xD
This Naruto rp is set ~1000 years after the canon. So we don't really remember about the canon characters, unless you're Konoha or Kiri with strong oral traditions. Course some things get exaggerated (like Maito Gai is actually a very handsome man - cough -).

Ok I'm gonna tell you a bit about my clan here, I am wondering what you guys think
Clan Name: Akari
Kekkei Genkai: Raito furu’u
Offensive Or Defensive: mostly defensive
How Do They Activate It: varies (see jutsu)
How Is It Used: The Akari clan have the unique ability to merge lighting wind and water together to control light. This has a very wide variety of uses. Most of which are used to confuse, remain undetected, distract, Or other non harmful uses. Sunburing someone to death doesn’t work very well.
Abilities: Creation of light. Creation of absence of light (darkness) manipulation of light to create mirages or images of something. Seeing ultraviolet light. Using x-rays
Appearance: When it comes to the users body the normal version causes no phicial changes however the Dou-Jutsu exclusive to clan members have that they view as going along with the kekkai genkai turns the pupils a glowing yellow color
Background: the Akari Clan are known for their unique ability to manipulate light. This is a kekkei genkai unique to them, They basicly lived in the land of fire since before kanoha. they have one clan leader but the title is passed by vote. Despite this it is usuely passed on to a child of the last clan leader.
Clan members are born with three types of chakra. they can use these for the kekkei genkai from early childhood. This does NOT however mean that they can use all three types for anything else. They have to learn that the same way the rest do.
One interesting thing is that while all clan members have lightning wind and water as their three chakras the order in which they have them changes from member to member.
Dou-Jutsu:
Raitogan: basic level – Allows clan member to see ultraviolet light (clan members learn this level from their elders when they graduate from the academy or gain aprentiship in a trade)
next level-- Alows users to see infrared light
final level -- Alows users to see X-ray style. (no I dont mean x-ray as in seeing through walls I mean Like normal real wold x-ray
Note: One serious drawback of Raitogan is that it can not be used at the same time as any other jutsu. (with the exeption of tai jutsu)
When it comes to gen-jutsu clan members have Limited to none (lots of the clan's jutsu may seem like gen jutsu but they are not. Thus those who sence genjutsu cannot sence these, as they are not in the mind of the opponent but actually created using real natural forces. The flip side of this is that the mirages or manipulations can only effect one sence, sight. They can create the image of something but not the sound smell or feel)
There is a gene that runs through the family occasionally manifesting itself that causes some clan members to be born without certain limbs (this appears almost exclusively in female clan members)
if clan members do not decide to before ninja they most often end up working in mines as their Dou-Jutsu is handy in identifying rocks, or in hospitals where their Dou-Jutsu also helps. Likewise clan member often become medical ninja)
