"Thanks, I'm still not that good with this thing." Ryukosay said as he saw the kunai buried deep underground. "Its going to take you along time to reach something deep underground like that, you have to look for weak points." Ryukosay said as he studied the ground. 'Thats it, an angle of 45 degrees north-east of that kunai.' Ryukosay thought as he propelled his hand into the sand and soon his whole arm was underground. he grabbed the kunai and gave to tug to get his arm out. "Ummm, I think we have a problem." Ryukosay said laughing nervously as he tried to get his arm out again.

James looked at Ryu that got his arm stuck in the fine sand. He slapped his forehead. James got out a Kunai and dug beside his arm
"Pull and move your arm slowly" James said to Ryukosay. "If you over force it you'll get your arm stuck even more" he said again and he kept moving the sand.
He then dug far enough that Ryu could pull his arm out with the kunai. James moved back.
"Try and pull now" he said as he un-dug the other Kunais, for him to use. They were pretty deep, the got them out ant threw them against a tree. He uncovered about 10 and he became tired. He sighed, he cleaned his face and his hands. Then he walked to the tree and got all the kunais.
"Want some of these?" he asked Ryukosay as he sat beside the tree.

Not noticing the Grimoire’s disliking for her analogy, Sakazuki merely gave a shrug as she looked towards her ‘friend’. “There is nothing left to do here,” she confirmed, but as she walked past the puppeteer, a hand rested upon Lieselotte’s shoulder. “However… Before the day is done, I would like to know more about that girl I fought,” she said, her voice growing surprisingly serious for that moment as the hand then left the white haired kunoichi, the Circe beginning to march off into the direction that she suspected camp to be.
===

Shuku, meanwhile, had found herself looking at the lamb girl in her lap, a hand gently patting one of those curved horns. “How long are you supposed to be out, anyway?” She inquired softly. She had been released from that red and white orb, but she had read in the manual that these girls were to spend the majority of the time within their little orb, right? “I mean, don’t you have to go back into your PokeBall soon?” The term sounded strange, but it was what the dual colored balls were called in the book.
===

It wasn’t long until the rickety noise of the stand being unlocked was heard, the ‘back door’ being opened and the slides being opened from the inside. “You can come inside,” she called out to the girl who seemed to be scouting the perimeter of the stand in search for her back. “Just try not to tear the whole place up looking,” she added with a soft sigh as she finally took a seat over an upside down bucket, her eyes spotting nothing along the lines of a bag within her immediate area.
===

Menace had set a hand to her lips once her they had been properly ‘cleaned’. She attempted to word a response, but her voice failed her. A simple nod soon served as Melona’s response as the girl rose to her feet, the motion causing her skirt to flare up slightly, though the Imohtep quickly pushed it back down before their audience caught a glimpse of anything as she disposed of her tray, soon making her way towards the door with her belongings slung over her shoulder. She still hungered… But it wasn’t for food anymore.
“Where do you intend to go from here, Melona? You aren’t possibly set on following me all day, are you?”
===

Watching as the bone white accessories were conjured, Echidna rose a brow, their purpose eluding her, and as Honehime began her ‘charge’, she declared them to be insignificant for the moment as she moved forward as well, moreso ‘sliding’ than actually walking amongst the sap as her body soon collided with Honehime’s in the charge. With her larger frame, the swordswoman hoped to quickly overtake the brittle looking Kaguya with ease.
===

Neru watched as the dog and it’s owner seemingly departed within an instant. Odd. Perhaps they had some manner of deed to attend to? The singer was just beginning to warm up to the presence of the furry creature too. Her disappointment however, was soon quelled as the waiter approached with a platter full of desserts; their desserts. Tiramisu galore, along with the rich sight of a red velvet cake and Miku’s requested mousse.
===

Pan frowned as she went over V-13’s progress so far. She wasn’t in good shape. Even in her past records, this run seemed to be particularly horrid. If those rounds had been live, then there would’ve been more than just splashes of pain all over her frame… If her ‘frame’ would’ve still been present after taking nearly a dozen armor piercing rounds. She shook her head, then raised her hands back to the keyboard, allowing the preparations for the next stage to be set. Several buttons later, chamber was set, the stage soon looking more like the insides of a warehouse than a battlefield. Again the ‘dummy bots’ were present, these ones however, were armed for both middle and close combat. In the center of the room, was a more delicate dummy… a cotton- stuffed doll. The ‘Hostage’ of this level. With that, she got to messaging V-13 her objectives.
- There are roughly a dozen hostile personnel guarding a single hostage - Rescue the hostage without a single injury coming to it
===

Watching it for several moments, Shouko then set the pastry down upon the soft grass. She would allow the deer to approach when it was ready. Until then, she turned back to her food, finishing her sandwich slice. Perhaps now, she mentally declared, would be the proper time to bear mention to her quarry. “If you don’t mind me asking… Forest Spirit… Is there anywhere in this place where exotic fungi grow? Particularly the edible type.”

 Honehime couldn't have dodged Echidna's charge even if she wanted to. Luckily for her, she had been hoping for a direct collision, that was why she had chosen such a seemingly foolish course of action as a simple headlong charge. Even so, with her own form being so much smaller than Echidna's, there was little chance of her overpowering her teacher. That wasn't her plan. Instead, she had been hoping to grapple with her once more. Now that she was ready and expecting it, she could actually begin trying something, to see if it might work. All she had to do was keep her arms free, that was the most important part. With her bone greaves at the ready, if she could just bring her arms against Echidna's, as if warding off a blow, then she could will her greaves to continue growing, to actually encompass Echidna's wrists, and form an odd set of handcuffs, to limit her options. (25863 words + 165 words = 26028 words) Lieselotte nodded as Sakazuki seemed to agree that there was nothing more to be done in the area. She was just getting ready to follow the Circe when her friend's hand on her shoulder brought her to a halt. At her words, Lieselotte remained silent for a long moment. But finally, she nodded. Sakazuki had stood by her, had stood up to Zenia, fought her and even fought her to a standstill. That was enough for her, she deserved to know. "Very well. I shall tell you what I know of her. But let us return to ze camp first, Iw ant to see if anyzing else out of ze ordinary happened. Which it almost certainly did, oui?" By now, she seemed to have realized that their group was prone to attracting trouble and attention of all kinds. Perhaps that was why she had joined up with them in the first place? (22245 words + 155 words = 22400 words) Katsu snuggled a little deeper into Shuku's lap, rubbing her head slightly back and forth against the Mayonaka's chest. She couldn't actually feel her hand on her horn, but the idea was enough to make her feel all warm and fuzzy. Well, even fuzzier, since she already had a thick wool coating. When Shuku asked if she needed to go back into her PokeBall, she tilted her head back to look at Shuku's face, before giving her head an ambiguous shake. "Well, I don't need to go back in. It's generally convenient for us to stay in, with the exception of a guard or two. But that's you, isn't it, Alpha?" It seemed nothing had been done to change Katsu's viewpoint that Shuku was another of Mei's pokegirls, and the Alpha of her harem. That would certainly be fun to try to explain. And of course, Mei just sat there looking kind of oblivious to it all. She did seem a bit relieved that she wasn't the only one who had never made it to the Academy yet, though. Maybe she wouldn't get in too much trouble, then? (28748 words + 202 words = 28950 words) Zenia had turned away from the door, the brief encounter with the bellhop already gone from her thoughts as something utterly insignificant. She had turned to the various dishes she had ordered, and set about eating. She wasn't a messy eater, nor was she a refined eater. She had the same hard habits of anyone who lived int he field, and was more used to eating bland MREs than sitting in a restaurant sipping espresso. She may not be affiliated with any official military, but in her own mind, she was a soldier. Maybe more like a mercenary, she valued the relative freedom such a role gave her. she could afford to be picky in what missions she accepted, toa certain extent. As long as she brought back results, that was all that mattered. So when she occasionally changed the terms of her agreement, while the paying party might be distressed, they generally let her get away with it, as long as the results were still what they wanted. (8813 words + 170 words = 8983 words) Melona similarly dropped off her own tray, and then eagerly followed along as Menace made to leave the cafeteria. When the Imhotep asked if she would be following her around all the time, she waited a moment, then acted as if she were pondering one of life's great mysteries. Like why didn't the clouds fall down? Why were clowns scary? And so on. Then she finally brightened up, and with a big smile, cuddled up next to Menace, linking arms with her. "Yup!" She was having fun with Menace, it certainly beat the absolutely boring life of anyone who would normally attend the Academy. And if they stuck around for a while, even if they just kept goofing off, she was positive they would eventually learn some of the Academy's vaunted secrets. The various techniques, maybe even something secret that they weren't supposed to know? (11430 words + 149 words = 11579 words) Alice had thought she might have found her bag, she found a spot on the ground where the grass had seemingly been crushed, but not from footsteps. She looked at it again, it was about the right size. Whatever had been there, whether it was her bag or not, had stayed there for a while, long enough to do that to the grass. But it wasn't there now. She frowned in mild annoyance, and then noticed the back door was open to the ramen stand. Hearing Airi's call, she went in, and for a moment looked around. Not looking for her bag, jst seeing what it was like behind the counter, instead of in front of it. It was certainly full of all sorts of things and devices and utensils and so on! After getting her fill of the layout, she began looking for her bag again, heeding Airi's warning to be careful. she began peering inside of cupboards, wondering if there was one that served as a lost and found or something. (11778 words + 176 words = 11952 words) Haku had continued to look around to find the source of the barking. She knew it was a dog, of course. Or perhaps a human with problems. The question was finally answered, but too late, as the dog and presumably it's owner both left the cafe in a rush. She watched the dog go, wondering if it had even been supposed to be allowed in. The question was stricken from her mind almost immediately, however, as only a moment later, the waiter returned, carrying a large platter which, once unveiled, revealed their desserts! She looked at the delicious looking tiramisu, and could hardly wait to try it. Of course she would wait, at least until the waiter had left and all three of them were ready. Just as she was turning her head to check, she noticed the waiter was sporting what looked to be a fresh black eye. She recalled the argument from before between their waiter and the manager, and wondered if it had come to blows. She felt depressed, and felt the familiar waves of guilt that told her it was undoubtedly her fault. She tried to shake them off. It was only with the imminent allure of tiramisu that she was able to, however. After all, something like that, you just couldn't eat while sad. It just wasn't done. (7058 words + 226 words = 7284 words) V-13 appeared to almost be panting from exertion. that was just an appearance, though. In fact, she had braced herself upright with her hands on her knees, bent over slightly to give her visual scanner a moment to recalibrate, before moving on to the next stage of the obstacle course. She had a bad feeling about this, or rather, the simulations she ran in her head generally pointed to the next stage being a very difficult one fore her. She finally straightened up, just in time to hear Pan's orders. She estimated that she would fail completely, but there was nothing to do but attempt it regardless. The training drones were set up to give each other range and potential covering fire. and were armed with assorted weaponry. Again, the projectiles were mere tracer rounds, but she needed to act as if they were real armor piercing rounds, or even HEATs. She calculated the various distances, and was just preparing to start when she froze up, her leg raised in mid movement. That hidden programming within her finally activated, choosing a moment when virtually all of V-13's processing power was focused on the exterior rather than interior matters. As it took effect, she remained still for a moment. Since she hadn't officially entered the next stage yet, the drones had not started firing at her, though they were turned to face her already. Finally, she finished stepping down. Her posture looked much the same as before, but there was still something different. And then, before that something different could be identified, she was off! She rushed forward, in a blur of color, making a rush for the first drone. It tried firing at her, but she seemed to dodge flawlessly, moving right past it. She held still for a moment, her blades flashing in the course's lights. A moment later, the drone fell apart, cut into quarters. This same action was repeated until only three drones were remaining. It was at that point that their programming dictated eliminating the hostage. Before they could, however, V-13 had rushed in, scooping up the ragdoll body of her target before rushing past again, to the opposite end of the course, and the next, perhaps final, safe zone. As she entered it, she stood up tall, letting the dummy fall to the side. "Mission complete." Her voice had the same precise mechanical tone from before, but it sounded subtly different. And a moment later, back to normal, as she froze once more, the hidden program removing it's effect before any automated vaccines could attempt to delete it. (5258 words + 441 words = 5699 words) Etheldreda followed along, hovering at approximately the same height as before. She had no idea of what person the two were talking about, though she had a feeling it just might be connected to the fight that sakazuki had been in just moments before her arrival. She would have to ask about that later, to find out if that person was an enemy, so that she could be ready, if they ever came back to try fighting again. She would wait on asking for the moment, though. It seemed Sakazuki wasn't too familiar with her, but Lieselotte was. therefore, if she stayed close at hand, and if the Akasun did indeed tell them about Zenia, then she would know as well. That seemed like a perfectly reasonable way to do things. As they proceeded, she thought back to the way the ground had looked below as she was flying down to meet Sakazuki. There had been a clearing not too far away, and they were headed in that direction. That must be where they had set up camp, then. (2942 words + 180 words = 3122 words) Dizzy watched as Shouko set the turnover down and moved away from the fawn, not wanting to risk frightening it off. And sure enough, a moment later the young deer moved forward, it's thin, skittery legs somehow holding it up easily while moving forward. It dipped it's head to sniff at the pastry, it's large black eyes blinking nervously, it's dappled coat similar to the pattern of spots of sunlight on fallen leaves. Then it gently bit down on the pastry, and began eating! Dizzy smiled happily, glad to see that the animals trusted Shouko enough to eat something she offered. That, along with all the other little things she had noticed, only cemented the notion that Shouko couldn't be one of those bad humans. When she asked if she knew where any edible fungus was, Dizzy had to stop and think. "Do you mean like mushrooms? I remember some bellcaps growing on the side of a fallen log after that last rainfall. There were some other mushrooms too, but they looked kind of brown and lumpy. Those were poking out of some fallen leaves at the base of that big oak tree." (2878 words + 198 words = 3076 words)

((short post just leaving))
Beelzebub looked around at Zen and Amon sighing as he realized they had wasted a good bit of time here. "I do apologize ladies, but I do believe it is our time to go, please enjoy the food, we more than enjoyed your company." He said standing as Zen and Amon did the same. They all turned, leaving the academy to continue on their current quest, hoping to run into those they encountered today at some point in the future.

James wanted to train the technique his father tried to teach him. He stretched and opened his right hand. He closed his eyes and he opened them with his Sharingan activated. "Raikiri!" he shouted and suddenly a chakra ball appeared out of his hand and it looked like electricity. He dashed against a tree. He aimed at the center of the tree and as he dashed at high speed. He looked to find any weak spot. As he got close he moved his hand to the side And moved it back then forward as he got close to the tree. The Raikiri started destroying the base of the tree and he kept moving his arm forward while it kept activated. It destroyed the 90% of the tree's base and it started to fall back as he finished the Raikiri. He breathed heavily, he had done it well. He smiled and sat on the floor exahusted.
"I did it dad...I did it, like you wanted me to." he said and he smiled and he chuckled

A smile appeared on Sakazuki’s face, and a slight nod followed. That was that then. And now, they were making their way back to camp, the Circe looking forward to whatever surprise awaited them… After all, the witch had a surprise of her own ready for show and tell. She glanced over her shoulder, catching sight of her little ‘fairy’ once more. As they neared their camp, she paused, her taking in the scent of cooked cuisines… And nothing as simple as their stew either. “…We had food?”
===

With every rocking motion, Katsu’s head seemed to move a little deeper into the cleavage of the Mayonaka. “Stop calling me that…” She replied quietly to the term before she looked up, hearing the voices of their guests depart. “Eh? Already?” Certainly, they hadn’t been here any longer than an hour and already they were heading out, not even sticking around long enough to indulge in the fruits of their labor? “A- Alright, I suppose! Thank you?” Truth be told, the woman didn’t quite know how to respond to such a sudden leave, but she supposed the boys were due for at least the proper thanks as she bowed her head to them.
===

“It’s not going to be in there…” Airi commented as she rose to her feet to stop the girl, but soon, she paused, spotting something in the corner of her eye. It was black… A glimpse of it just barely visible as it sat, almost concealed beneath one of the customer stools that had been adjacent to the one that Alice had been seated upon the day before. “Is that it?” She inquired as she attempted to then lean over the bar of the stand, one arm extending in hopes of grabbing the bag, however, it was just out of her reach, though that didn’t stop the skirt of her maid’s uniform from rising.
===

The Imohtep didn’t quite know how to respond to such a question. Rather, her thoughts on the matter were both conflicting and welcome… She liked this slime girl. She was amusing, and was almost shameless when it came to fulfilling her more… Carnal, desires. Even if such desires were more embarrassing than she would’ve hoped. “And will you follow me all the way home like some obedient little spaniel?” she added, as if testing the level of her servant. Her eyes peeked over her shoulder as she marched along, her skirt flaring upwards after an ill planned step.
===

Their forms met, chest meeting petite chest and their arms clashed. She had anticipated to merely bowl over the girl, but Honehime was resisting, putting up a front and their bodies clashed. Arm gripped arm, though something other than fingers soon applied a vice grip around her wrists. Her eyes darted to the area and were rather surprised by the sight that awaited her. Bone cuffs? Well, that was new… But if she was restricted, then the same applied to her opponent, correct? Her eyes then locked with the Kaguya’s.
===

Shifting back into Observation Mode, Panzerkampf watched and recorded every moment of this, just as she did for the last exercise. This one however, went significantly better than their last exercise, with V-13 suffering only minor (if any at all) injuries. She successfully rescued the dummy, and despite clumsily casting it aside when the mission was done, did significantly well. However, the reasoning for this eluded the commanding officer. Was it because there was a hostage involved?
===

Shouko smiled contently as the skittery little mammal began to feed upon the placed pastry. However, her amazement was soon redirected when Dizzy began to speak to her. “Big tree?” She repeated quietly as a look of wonder darted across her face. After all, there had to be some magical location for the ‘legendary’ mushrooms to grow, right? And at the base of a massive tree… The positioning simply seemed perfect. “May you take me to this tree later?”

animekittyninja-aka kiki ((I missed something since I can't keep up with all of the posting in here. D; )) It seemed Miku missed coming across the do. Oh well. She heard the waiter, though, and was glad to see the desserts approaching them. It was so great to see their sweets coming. Another thing noticed was a black eye. She wondered where it came from. Of course, Miku doubted it had to do with the group, but you never know. Once the waitr was gone, she smiled to Haku. "It is a coincident."

Kyo was still up in the cafeteria, laying and looking at the girl with the blue hair. He barked and tugged her feet a couple of times. Trying to call her attention then he licked her fingers, to see if it worked.
James looked at the sky and then he sat up. He looked at his hand, the Raikiri had burned his hand a bit. He took a bandage and placed it over and around his hand. He smiled as he saw various students walking along the tree area. He slowly got up and he stretched, he looked to find somewhere to rest for a couple of minutes.
He sat beside a tree and he got out his kunais and Shurikens he also took out a sharpening tool, and started sharpening the kunais and then the shurikens. The sky started to darken slowly. He enjoyed the darkness much better than the sunlight because he felt sure, and confortable.

 Honehime met Echidna's gaze and let a hesitant smile come to her face. She still wasn't sure if this would work, it was something new that she had never really tried before. But she hoped it would. Her bone remained strong, even after leaving her body, like with the Finger Bullet technique. Therefore, if she allowed the bone cuffs to separate from her main body, hopefully they would continue to bind Echidna, while leaving her able to move. That was the plan, at least. She tried concentrating, willing the bone to narrow and finally separate from what emerged from her arms, leaving Echidna with the cuffs, if everything went as planned. (26028 words + 113 words = 26141 words) Lieselotte took a tentative sniff of the air as they got closer. Sure enough, she could smell a fresh-cooked meal. Turning back to face Sakazuki, she shook her head, not remembering any sort of food or rations beside what was left in the cauldron from before. She still wasn't positive that the cauldron had been fully cleaned, that there hadn't been a hidden additive to their meal, but nothing had happened yet, so maybe she was just paranoid? "Maybe they went hunting, and caught something to cook up?" (22400 words + 91 words = 22491 words) Mei saw the three young men get up to leave, and felt a bit disappointed. They hadn't done anything bad, yet, so maybe they could have been friends or something. But if they wanted to go, it wasn't her place to stop them. Instead, she glanced at Shuku and Mei, and then looked back at the three men. She threw her arm up high and waved energetically. "See you later! Hope to see you again sometime!" Mei waved a farewell, too, though a slightly more restrained one. Even then, her chest jiggled energetically, though. (28950 words + 96 words = 29046 words) Zenia had finished her meal in short order, and finally set down her large mug with a final clunk. She leaned back a little in her seat, enjoying a full stomach for the first time in several days. The next thing she needed to do was get some more rest, to let the new nutrients she had taken in do their job and fuel her body's repairs. Then, when she woke up, she would be just about ready to set out once more, to continue monitoring Lieselotte and her friend. That seemed to be the best option, there was little else she could do by delaying anything. (8983 words + 108 words = 9091 words) Melona kept her arm linked with Menace's as they walked down the hall, snuggled up close to her. Her arm on the opposite side of her body slowly drifted back, in a movement that wouldn't have been possible if the person had bones, and 'accidentally' rested against Menace's rear. If asked, she would say she was simply keeping her skirt from flipping up any more. That sight was reserved just for her! The actual reason, of course, was that she just wanted to grope Menace a little. She wouldn't admit that, though. Yet, anyways. Maybe later. Instead, she just turned her face to meet Menace's gaze, and answered her question. "Arf arf?" (11579 words + 117 words = 11696 words) Even though Airi said it wouldn't be there, Alice still finished checking the cupboard she had already opened. Not there. She glanced up, and saw Airi bending over the counter, her skirt riding up to reveal what lay beneath. Alice didn't particularly stare at the hidden sight, not realizing such a thing would be a very rare occurrence, not to mention wrong at some level. Instead she moved forward to try to peer over the counter to see what Airi was trying to do. When she saw a flash of familiar black, she broke out in a smile. "My bag! You found it!" She rushed out the back door and around to the front to retrieve her bag. How had she not found it before, it had been almost hiding in plain sight! (11952 words + 135 words = 12087 words) Haku glanced down and saw the dog had somehow already returned, seemingly lured by the scent of the three singers' desserts. Unfortunately, chocolate wasn't good for doggies, so she didn't know if they could give it anything. She looked from Miku to Neru, wondering what they thought of the situation. None of them really disliked animals, but what could they really do in a situation like this one? They had been just about to eat dessert, and now they had a dog to keep them company. It certainly seemed friendly, too. She wondered where it's owner had gotten to, if they knew their dog was still at the restaurant even after they had both left in a rush. (7284 words + 121 words = 7405 words) V-13 slowly came back to her senses, recognizing that now she was at the opposite end of the third stage's zone. What had just happened? She sent a query to her memory banks, to replay the last several minutes of footage, but the request was denied, and sent to a sub-folder holding similar memories. That wasn't good enough, she needed to know what had happened this time! She sent the query again, this time with enough programming force behind it to forcibly activate her memory replay. Even then, the data seemed curiously corrupted, as if something had been through it, trying to erase aspects of it. Troubling. She raised a hand to her head, although it wasn't necessary, as she sent a message to the observation room. "Control, V-13. Reporting potential programming errors, status currently green." She couldn't tell if it would be a reoccurring problem or not, or if Pan wanted her to continue the obstacle course or abort, in case the problem grew more aggravated. So she remained where she was, waiting for confirmation. (5699 words + 183 words = 5882 words) Etheldreda followed along quietly, wondering what sort of an outdoor excursion this was even supposed to be. There had been fighting, and now they were surprised that there was food? Not a very well planned trip, was it? It actually took her a moment to realize there was one more very important fact to what had just been said. Obviously, Sakazuki and Lieselotte couldn't have done the cooking. So there must be others in their group! She wondered just how many people might be in the group. More than two, obviously. But how many more? Three? Five? Seventeen? Impossible to say, she'd hopefully find out soon enough, though. (3122 words + 110 words = 3232 words) Dizzy had just finished her tasty pastry, and gotten the last dollop of jam off of her cheek when Shouko asked her about the big tree, if she could take her there. Dizzy thought about it for a moment. She considered the big tree a place almost like this glade, a place where others wouldn't come. But Shouko had made it here, so she would probably be welcome there, too, right? Finally she smiled and nodded. "Of course! It isn't too far away, I'm sure we can make it there without trouble!" She seemed a bit more cheerful and positive now. Was it the food? (3076 words + 108 words = 3184 words)

Kyo looked at Haku, he got up and he walked to her slowly. He looked at her with his bright yellow eyes. He licked her shin and he sat beside her wagging his tail then he laid down and looked around.
James finished sharpening all of his weapons and he had fallen asleep. He woke up, he had rested for about 15 minutes and he felt better. He got up and he stretched, he yawned. He looked around then he jumped up the tree branches and into the restaurant's balcony again. He sat on the railing and watched everyone, even his pet wolf. He laughed as he saw him, he looked calm and happy.

Miku looked down and saw the little puppy before smiling and giggling lightly down at it before leaning over and lightly patting it's head. "Pup-py~!" She giggled lightly before remembering something. She reached into her bag and tossed up a leek before catching it and then holding it out for the dog as an offer. "Here you go, little pup-py~!"

“Hunting? Them?”
Even if she was not so cunning or sly as Lieselotte, the idea that Shuku and Mei could’ve possibly gone out and hunted something down seemed more like a white lie than an actual truth… And Honehime certainly wasn’t the type to kill a creature as they did with the bunny. “I have my doubts,” she said firmly before she pushed aside an overhanging shrub, stepping back into the clearing after several more seconds of marching through the forest.
===

Shuku watched as Mei waved at their guests. She hadn’t been awake in their presence for more than a few minutes and she was the one giving them the most enthusiastic response! The Mayonaka allowed this gesture, deciding that the boys needed at least that before she rested her chin up the head of the girl that was in her lap for a brief moment before she glanced towards the food that had been left for them to dine upon. “Shall we get to it now, then?” So long as they saved some for the others, it should be alright, right?”
===

Airi swiped out with her hand hopelessly attempting to snatch the bag, but before she actually did, Alice had come around, taking the satchel from it’s spot as the maid let out a slight sigh at her wasted efforts. She sat up, the maid’s body getting off of the counter before she dusted herself off, her eyes looking back to the girl. “Make sure everything is in there, alright?” After all, there were such cases where someone would rather take just the valuables rather than the entire bag.
===

Rather than a verbal response, an arm entwined with hers. This was an innocent enough gesture… Or so it seemed. That hand was soon against her rear. Not at the base of her spine, but firmly upon her skirted buttocks. A glare shot in Melona’s direction, but at that instance she was answered by some manner of mock barking. She stared at the slime woman, momentarily baffled by the gesture before she seemed to regain her composure, taking a deep breath. “S- So be it.” Evidently, she had taken the barking as a ‘Yes’. “…In that case however, we will need to put a limit on your molestations,” she muttered, finding herself able to speak freely once they were away from the cafeteria, the pair now walking along empty hallways.
After all, if Melona were to do such in Hidden Twilight… What would her ancestors thing?!
Then again… They were getting a peepshow enough as it was.
===

Echidna blinked, pausing as her hands were soon bound by… Bones? The Orochi smirked, amused by how this was turning more into a battle of Honehime trying to restrain her without actually pinning her, as a wrestling match should’ve properly been done. However… Regardless of whether or not her arms were usable, in wrestling, the entire body could be utilized… Somewhat. She allowed herself to fall backwards, legs moving in on either side of the Kaguya to catch her within something that she should’ve been very much familiar with; a body scissor.
===

“Idiot… Why would a dog play fetch with a leek?”
After taking in several forkfuls of the crimson cake, she directed the utensil in the direction of her green haired clan mate, evidently unable to continue her meal in peace so long as the pup was present. While of course, she was just using this as another excuse to flame the girl, she did worry about the welfare of the poor little pooch. It’d be expecting to bite into wood only to have a mouthful of the vegetable’s juices… Something that Akita Neru assumed to be a rather unpleasant gesture.
===

Pan was seemingly overcoming her ‘shock’ with the matter. Now that she had been granted several moments, it appeared that compared the records that this headquarters held, V-13 had done considerably well… Enough so to possibly rank amongst the top ten if this were some manner of contest. She was about to save the entry into her archives when her actions were interrupted by a rather worrisome transmission from her pupil. “What is it, V-13?” Though they didn’t always seem so severe at first, such technical errors often proved to be much more grim than they initially let on. “Do you require maintenance?”
===

Shouko smile then put her hands together in a barely audible clap. “Perfect!” she said excitedly as a grin spread across her face. Perhaps this journey would not be one in total vain after all… There was the possibility that she might leave this place both intact and with her prized fungi. Yes… This was turning out to be a most fruitful journey… Though perhaps ‘fruitful’ was the wrong word? After all, mushrooms weren’t necessarily fruit… Meh. She’d debate such pointless things after their adventure.

James, jumped off the balcony railing and walked towards Haku. He smiled and saw Kyo running back at Miku for the treat she was giving him. Kyo took at and sat beside her and started to eat it.
" Hey, thanks for taking care of Kyo...I think" James said.
James grabbed a chair and sat looking out the balcony.
"Soo whats your name?" he asked nicely and he smiled

 Honehime had been hoping that once she had immobilized Echidna's hands, that the fight might have been over. But no, Echidna seemed ready to keep going, using her legs when she couldn't use her arms. The sudden attack took her by surprise, not giving her enough time to block or deflect the body scissors takedown. And a moment later, sure enough, she was taken down. Echidna's momentum had spun Honehime to land roughly on her back, splashing into the sap once more. For a second, she was dazed, but then she tried to get back to her feet. She hoped that that second wouldn't have been too long of a pause, that Echidna wasn't already charging her with another attack. She just didn't have the speed and experience to keep up with the continual nature of a battle. (26141 words + 144 words = 26285 words) For a moment, Lieselotte stayed silent at Sakazuki's dismissal of the others' ability to hunt, as she thought it over. Finally, she had to nod her head in agreement. "You are probably right. But in zat case, zen who did? Zat is ze scent of meat, not vegetation." And she was right. They could clearly detect the scent of searing meat, rather than the scent of vegetables or herbs or whatever. No, there was some form of animal life being cooked, and it had to come from somewhere. It was either that, or something too gruesome for her to really want to think about. They couldn't be that hungry, could they? No, of course not, they had just eaten the night before, such an idea was the pinnacle of absurdity. No, she was sure there was some rational explanation, there had to be. (22491 words + 147 words = 22638 words) At the mention of food, Katsu's eyes lit up. she quickly got up from Shuku's lap, clambering around almost clumsily. As she did, her hand just happened to slip between Shuku's legs for a moment, just enough to give the barest touch to. Surely it was an accident, right? Would Katsu really do such a blatantly perverted thing otherwise? Of course she would. Mei got up a moment later, clumsy like Katsu had been, but luckily not doing anything perverted to anyone else. She didn't need to. The sight of her bending over as she got up was plenty perverted enough for anyone with a healthy libido. But finally, she was upright, though her clothes were still in a bit of disarray. She didn't seem to notice or mind, though, leaving them a bit tangled, and just shy of revealing something they shouldn't. Again. (29046 words + 150 words = 29196 words) Zenia had moved to lay down on the bed, still not bothering with getting dressed, only tossing a blanket over herself haphazardly to prevent herself from getting a chill during the night. She didn't get sick too often, but better to be prepared for it regardless, and reduce the chances of any serious problems. She didn't want to jeopardize the upcoming fight she would have with Sakazuki. There had been no date chosen for their rematch, but that didn't mean she wanted it delayed just because she had gotten sloppy and caught a cold. No, she was looking forward to their next fight, so she wanted it to come as soon as possible. Well, maybe not quite that soon. As soon as was reasonably convenient? yes, that worked good enough for her ideals. With that in mind, she finally drifted off to sleep, to let her body continue the healing process. (9091 words + 154 words = 9245 words) Melona pouted, making it seem that not being able to grope Menace at will was the worst thing in the world that could happen to her. Her fingers twitched a little, the rounded flesh being squeezed slightly with each spasm. Luckily the hallways were empty, what she was doing was a sight reserved for just the two of them. If she were to know about Menace's ancestors always watching, she'd have to include them in that consideration, though. She probably wouldn't really mind, in the long run. Instead, she might welcome it, as a sign that Menace's ancestors would approve of what she was doing to their successor. After all, they wouldn't tell her to stop, would they? Therefore, that meant they approved! Twisted logic, to be sure, but then again, Melona was a pretty twisted person. Or at least a twisted slime girl. (11696 words + 149 words = 11845 words) For a moment, Alice merely hugged her bag to her undeveloped chest. Then she finally decided to heed Airi's suggestion and amke sure that nothing was missing. She plopped down right where she was, right next to the stools of the ramen stand, and opened her bag, peering inside while taking things out, one after another. Panties, spare clothes, toiletries, basic survival supplies like matches, rope, a simple knife, and several sheets of paper bound into a homemade notebook of a sort. Finally, after she had reached nearly the bottom of the bag, she pulled out the two undeniably most important of her possessions, her weapons. They were hard metal, and gleamed in the late morning sunlight. Both were clearly a firearm of some kind, though each also sported a wickedly long knife sprouting from the bottom of the barrel. How such dangerous weapons had gotten into her possession, and how they had fit in the bag without tearing free, both were mysteries. (12087 words + 164 words = 12251 words) Haku nearly flinched when she felt the dog lick at her shin, and she set down her fork before looking down at the dog. Upon closer inspection, it actually almost looked like a wolf. But wolves were wild animals, so it had to be a dog, right? She saw Miku pull out her trademark item, a leek, and offer it to the dog. Haku furrowed her brow slightly as she tried to remember. Leeks and onions, she was pretty sure those weren't the best for cats, but was it okay for dogs to eat them? She didn't expect the dog to actually try to, but sometimes dogs could get carried away when chewing on something. And she'd feel horrible if they accidentally made the dog sick, it would surely make it's owner worry if that happened! But she thought it was okay, maybe. as long as the dog wouldn't try to eat the whole thing, at least. (7405 words + 162 words = 7567 words) Upon being asked if she required maintenance, V-13 ran a quick diagnostics check. Nothing was showing up as damaged, not even the corrupted memory files. No, if this was a true flaw, then it wouldn't be detected by any normal search patterns or maintenance. She spoke into the receiver once more, to reply to Pan's question. "Negative. The flaw does not show on diagnostics, so it either repaired itself, or is too deeply ingrained to be repaired outside of heavy procedures. Shall operation of obstacle course resume?" She was trying not to devote too much of her processing power to the matter of the corrupted memory, in her method of not worrying about a problem. But even so, the fact that her memory had been tampered with was a daunting one. After all, as robots or androids, her and her fellow soldiers were believed to not have souls. When their bodies gave out, they could be installed into new ones. In a sense, they were immortal. But if their memories were deleted, that was a true death, something that could not be repaired. So the loss of even such seemingly normal memories as this was a chilling experience, much like a human having a near death experience. It was something that made her realize her own vulnerability. And in a squad of armored assault soldiers, vulnerability did not have a place. She desired the problem to repair itself, but simple desires and requests would seldom change actual facts. No, this was quite possibly a problem more dangerous to her than her below average scores. (5882 words + 267 words = 6149 words) Etheldreda debated flying ahead to take a peek, but she wasn't precisely sure where her partner's camp was. It was very doubtful she would get lost, it was doubtful that she even could get lost. Now that she shared a bond with Sakazuki, they could find each other almost wherever they might go. So she simply stayed floating alongside the others, wondering just what might be waiting for them. Looking ahead, the brush seemed to be clearing, lightening up. Were they getting close? It seemed that way, or maybe they were headed toward another clearing altogether? That would be a minor annoyance. And with the trees covering so much of the skyline, they wouldn't have been able to track the site by the smoke, either. Not that the smoke would be very visible, as light out as it was. (3232 words + 142 words = 3374 words) Dizzy smiled, glad that just agreeing to take her to visit the big tree was enough to make Shouko happy. She picked up another sandwich and started nibbling at it. She wasn't too hungry anymore, but they were tasty enough that she was considering having another one, maybe a pastry too. After all, she had no way of knowing just how long it might be until she would get to have another meal like this, so hopefully she could make the most of it without getting an upset stomach. Even if she did get an upset tummy, it would still probably be worth it, though. Finishing chewing the mouthful of sandwich, she washed it down with a little water before asking Shouko a question. "So, those mushrooms, are they important?" She had never paid too much mind to them before, nor really knew what truffles were, outside of a basic textbook definition.
