Shin did not blink, sitting stilly as ever like a Chinese porcelain doll but his right hand suddenly shot up and almost casually snatched the flying box of juice from the air. All this done without his calm demeanor ever changing, pale blue-gray eyes that were almost silver in the morning sun never leaving their unreadable gaze on the ceiling wall. Shin's left index finger continued to casually drew circular motions on the ground though after a considerable moment, he looked down at the empty juice box in his right hand almost in surprise. His reaction was purely instinctive of course, quite used to assassination attempts from either village or clan elders and abduction attempts of the like.

As shin took her empty juice box her eye would get really big like plates and super teary, they were extremly pouty eyes. Instead of crying thought a surprising action maiyuri would stand, then literaly stand leaping off the chair tackleing shinratsu grabbing on to him somewhat violently ruggin his hair, and trying to bite his ear. "Shim cham gizme da juce!!!!!" Sje would continue to grab and tugs at he trying to get the juice box back, even though it was empty she wanted ti back.

Now, Shin had no intention of getting his ear gnawed on so he got up from his lotus position and traveled to the fridge, with the toddler trotting after him.The fridge was bigger than Shin, so he had some minor obstacles with searching for another box of juice...and those minor obstacles included tiptoeing. Shin swiftly swapped the boxes, handing Maiyuri the new one. "Here, chiisai-hime. You wanted the juice, right?" A small grin. He was teaching her in his own way, on the puns of wording. Mai had said she wanted the juice after all, not the box.

FAIL! She did in fact want the box and not more juice cause giglamesh always told her it was bad to have to many of them a day, she would grab his bottmes tuggin on them violently before literaly rearing back and biteing at his shin full force, and to make matter worse she hand the elongated canines much like her father. (recessive gene that make the canines longer than normal.) she wouldnt try to rip of skin but she was tring very hard to bite his shin as hard as she could she wanted the box back to try to annoy shin like before. He was makeing it difacult for her however, for gods sake shins hope he dossnt make maiyuri cry.

Shin, who had knelt down to give the juice to Mai had a rather neutral look on his face while the toddler ended up chomping on his shoulder. Though it would be pointless for Mai to gnaw on him because his skin could not sense feeling in the first place...the nervous system on the skin was numbed in all Hyouton members of his clan.

The Kiri doctors noted this curious genetic damage to their inherited nervous system though it did have its advantages...as well as their Hyouton blood's natural reaction to protect the bearer further from puncture/poison-based wounds. Yet he was quite good at chakra control these days now, so diffusing the chakra from involuntary resurgence was an easy task.

Shin settled for eying the gnawing toddler curiously for the moment. "Strange...you did want the box..." He murmured in semi-surprise, wondering only what could a toddler possibly want with a juice box anyways. The said box was in Shin's hands, or rather his other hand. "Here."

It took Keiko a few minutes to make her way to the kitchen, she made slipped down to the vault area to find that it was cleaned up and locked up. She smiled and headed back up stairs, happy to be in clean clothes and in her home. She pushed opened the door to the first floor and headed towards the kitchen.

Keiko was able to catch the last of Shin's mumbling to himself. She walked into the kitchen feeling better, and semi clean with the jeans and tank top. She smiled at Shin, "Giglamesh didn't tell you that Mai likes the box...did he?" She knew the answer, it was just funny to hear.

She keeled down to Mai and smiled, "Eh, I know what you did to Shin. You know that's not what we do to get things that we want." Mai looked away from Keiko, and Keiko took a finger and brought Mai's face around to her, "You need to say sorry. Remember, he is new to our family, but that means you have to treat him with the same respect that you treat us." She turned Maiyuri to face Shin, "Now go on."

Maiyuri would look up to keiko with the big pouty eye's, much like her father she was already pride filled she didnt want to have to say it either. Giglamesh knew she was deyaling and from the bed room in a harsh tone. "Maiyuri!...."But the look wassent working so she would begin to cry somewhat like her mother. She would then wobble over to shins leg and hug it. "Soweee......" She would then begin to walk away empty box in hand, but then go back to shin.......takeing the other box of jucie and agin walking away back torwards there bedroom, since she wassent the best at walking she would trip twice but get back up and keep going to her daddy. She would go in to the bed room with the pouty eyes and giglamesh would pick her up putting her on the bed, she would crawl over leanign against his side. Giglamesh would give her a big smile and begin to rub his hand on her head and threw her hair as he sat on there bed.

Head still spining from the backlash, Mal slowly picked his head off the ground. As he reached out a hand to try and steady himself on the building, he slipped and stumbled again. His world was total darkness, his vision having left him with the burst of uncontrolled Chakra. As he colamed himself down some, he took a fewdeep breaths, centering himself. He felt the tingle he always did when his reached within and grasped the electrical currents that ran throughout his body, the unique Myaku network that granted them their special abilities and sight. His skin tingled, from his stomache down to his feet, and his heart out to his palms... the energy gently siphoning outwards. The world began to reappear gradually, the only sight Mal having ever known granting him Comfort. A few people had stopped to look curiously at the yougn man who'd just fallen over with a flash a moment ago. embarrassed, Malyos ruffled his hair and grinned bashfully at the watchers, who in turn dismisse dhim as alright and went about their business.

After Mal got his bearings, he returned his attention to the boy who'd drawn it in the first place. Mal felt a strogner electrical current stretchign bewtween them than even before, and based on what he could see, the stranger had noticed Malyos as well. For a moment, Mal considered just leaving quickly. After all, the cityfolk already hadn't proven horribly welcoming as it was, so why should he expect differently from this guy? Then again...

He had to know.

Boldly, Mal approached the dwellings door, knocking loudly and throwing the boy a little burst of energy of his own, something like a greeting.

Shinku smirked as he felt the newcommer fall over again. This guy was clumsy for a Myaku... but notheless he watched as the person came up to their front door and knocked on it loudly. He could also feel a returning surge... that was a good sign, it seemed anyways. Opening the door the first thing Shinku noticed was that his guest was male, and wore a blind fold... That was an interesting twist. "I see you got the worst sight of us all eh? C'mon in... the name's Shinku. Myaku, Shinku... and you are?" He knew the boy was no real threat to him... being unable to keep his static going constantly... "So... how'd a stranger like you end up in my nick of the woods?"

"Ack!" Luckily she landed on her feet as she was dropped, she then tilted her head a bit as she saw Harumi go to take Raisuke out of the wall. "So she doesn't hate him..." She said quietly to herself, but then a sweat drop appeared on her forehead as her sister said something. "Oh jeez..." She would then walk towards the two wondering if Raisuke was all right. "Are you okay?"

"The names, Malyos... Myaku Malyos!" His shock came out even as Mal himself realized they shared the family name. So it's true, he thought, I'm not all there is, not really... He paused for a second, to take a deep breath and continue. "And, yes, I was born blind as could be... well, at least as far back as I can remember." Malyos took a few steps into the dwelling, feeling liek a great fool all of a sudden, nervous and excited at the same time for no real single reason. "You can call me Mal, by the way, and Uh... I just heard this was the place to go to train in the arts of the shinobi." He said the last part more like an oath than a statement of fact... as if saying he wanted to be a ninja somehow made him more liek one.

Shinku smiled, this kid was seriously whacko... that's for sure. Why was he so jittery? Taking a second to think about it, it somewhat dawned on him. Meeting another of his kind, that didn't hate him, would be pretty amazing. "I see... well nice to meet you Mal. I'm sure you'll like the academy here... they seem nice. Never went myself, here anyways. I graduate from another village... long story though... My sister and I came here as refugees, last of our clan... didn't know there were others besides our grandpa... " He closed the door behind the boy and walked back into the kitchen checking the sweet buns. "You hungry?"

Mal wanetd nothing betetr than to say yes, but his country ettiquette kicked in. "I'm okay.." His stomache attempted to say otherwise, but Malyos glared at it like one might a living traitor. "Well, maybe a bit of food would be nice..." He politely took off his shoes before entering completely, taking a seat in an appropriate place so as to stay out of Shinku's way. "so... You were raised by your grandfather?" It made the youngest Myaku wonder just how widespread the destruction fo their clan was... he'd never even gotten a chance to meet his parents. He felt a stabbign pain in his forehead, proving to him that he'd overtaxed himself a bit too much when he'd lost control before, so he gently let go of his energies, relaxing his chakra and lunging himself into the blind darkness he'd spent his boyhood in, though he felt no less hindered or afraid than he did with his Myaku vision active, and soemthing about this Shinku guy just seemed completely trustworthy.

Shinku got some of the riceballs of a tray and onto an extra plate and handed it to the new guy. He was somewhat surprides that anyone would be interested in his history. "Um... sort of... My sister and I were born and our parents both died rigth afterwards... So the rest of our family kinda too turns taking care of us... Our grandpa was the only other who posessed our clan abilities though... the rest of our family shunned them. As well as my twin and I. Our grandpa, in secret, taught us about our clan but we were left to train everything else on our own... I noticed that you don't quite have the sufficient control over your static chambers... How long have you known of our abilities?" He pulled up a chair for himself now... gazing at the blurred face of his new friend.

Malyos reached behind his head, untying the blindfold and reverently folding it in his lap, before placing it in a belt pouch he kept specifically for the purpose. As he opened his eyes slowly, he was surprised at the weird pain he felt in the light, even though he couldn't see even a little bit. The whole world was black to him, blindfold or no, and yet the light still taunted him with it's presence. His milky eyes stared straight ahead as Mal processed this information. "So Shinku's parents were dead too... Mal wanted to say he was sorry for the older boy's loss, but knew there was no point. Mal had been raised by a farmer who wasn't even related to him, and couldn't even rememebr his parents, he suspected such was the same for Shinku, at least, as far as never knowing his parents. As he carefully ate a rice ball, Malyos thought back to answer Shinku's question.

"I discovered I could see like... we can see... when I was nine. I'm been practicing that ability since then, normally I can maintain it constantly day and night if I needed, but after I lost control earlier... " Malyos shrugged. "Other than that, I haven't learned much, I ran away on my Twelveth Birthday." He realized that might not make much sense if he didn't give it some context. "I was raised by a simple farmign couple, and that isn't the life I wanted, especially after I found out what I really am."

Shinku examnined the boy's eyes the best he could with his blurred vision before giving ip and listening to his story. "I see... so you're somewhat of a newbie then. That's alright. I'm sure my sister and I can teach you a few things... after all, we carry our clan's jutsu scroll. We can teach you how to fight using the static fist. It's an excellent weapon... and rivals the Hyuuga's gentle fist... " He stated these facts proudly as he watched Mal eat. This kid was pretty interesting.
