Alex: Actually...they don't. o_O; They showed up transparent in my graphics program when I saved and then re-opened them to check, but on my server, they're grey-backed. Can you use gifs instead? And bye~ See you later~ ^^

wouldnt .gifs or .png's perserve transparency?

Kari: Well, I thought so, but no matter how I saved the pngs, they came up with the grey background once I viewed it in a browser window. ^^; I'll have to see if Alex can work with gifs as well as pngs.

O_o Anybody happen to know why Internet Explorer doesn't want me to save images in any format other than .bmp, regardless of their original filetype? I tried to save an animated .gif, and it told me I had to save it as a bitmap instead. I tried Alex's trick of putting quotes around it and giving it a .gif filetype anyway, but the animation still disappeared. cry

Kari: Well heck, Gaia uses pngs. ^^; They've got to support transparency, but heck if I can figure out why I can't seem to make it work.
Alex is making me a "base maker." X3 So now customers will be able to make bald bases for when they want to order a wig from us. heart They can use it for other shops too, since I know a lot of other mini-shop owners sell wigs.

Type the url of that image into a post and hit Preview. Right-click on the link and try to Save Target As.

I use FireFox and all I do is right click and View image. it gives me just the image and i save it from there ^^ very easy and I LOVE FireFox *loves tabbed browsing as well*
Oo bald bases, nice ^^ *cant wait to use it*
