He would pivot pass those jaws this time, the paralysis would slow down his opponent just enough that he missed jaws that threaten his throat by inches. His feet would shift the earth ....as one paw still held a bit more tenderly than the other would come in contact and the pain would spark again. The poison spreading further in his body ...., but he saw his opening then ...and since he wasn't a idiot he would lunge for it ....with fangs that crackle once more with electricity as he used Thunder fang.
(I told you their reason ....fear of you who take and destory. And we can always tell which humans are innocent or not, because, the guilty ones ...have pets)
He would throw the words back at him as he did. Even though he could no longer paraylze, his bite can still cause flinching, and that was his aim this time as he went for the pokemon's leg this time.
His was injured and he would love to share the pain.
The Poochyena pivoted to dodge the attack from Sora's Poochyena. It was, to say the least, an interesting battle for Sora to watch. But whichever would land the last attack would come out victorious.
>Your ideals are impractical. Just because this human has me as, what you call, a pet, doesn't mean he's guilty of anything!<
The paralysis might've slowed Poochyena, missing his attack. But that didn't mean his reaction time was slowed as well. All he had to do is work with the paralysis.
Before the wild Poochyena would land his attack, Sora's Poochyena would, too, pivot. He swinged his body around getting out of the way of the incoming Thunder Fang.
The attack would miss as his teeth would crash against nothing, and he felt his strength being sapped. He would only managed a few steps afterwards with his head hanging down and his tongue lolling to one side ....as his eyes shone dangerously.
(Did your trainer capture a pokemon here? If so, they he is guilty, because I doubt he took a second to think about the family that pokemon might be leaving behind here ...and how they will worry and search for that pokemon to effects.)
He would growl out ....as he knew that if he took a hit this time, his life might end with this battle. But he wasn't going to retreat, he rather drop then retreat at this point as he stood ready for the next attack.
[Just gonna wait cuz I have no idea about which time frame I'm in for the area setting.]
Gael stepped off the boat that had taken him to Beginner Island and looked around at the surrounding area. It was huge compared to the island he had been given for his home, but still resembled it slightly with the white sands, green grass further inland and trees sprinkled throughout. With a nod to himself, he set on forwards and started his little mini-journey to find the Rare Bone. Well, that and to catch a Pokemon. What kind of Pokemon would be around this area anyway? Would he see a good one any time soon?
Ember[Fire] The target is attacked with small flames. It may also leave the target with a burn. Astonish[Ghost] The user attacks the target while shouting in a startling fashion. It may also make the target flinch. Captivate[Normal] If it is the opposite gender of the user, the target is charmed into harshly lowering its Sp. Atk stat.
Reaching the treeline of the Island, Gael looked up to see the sky beyond the rustling leaves that seemed to dance in the wind's small breeze. Whatever Pokemon lived on this island must be happy with how remote and secluded it is from the rest of the world. Without boats, no human or other Pokemon would be able to step foot on the island.

Poochyena dodged the attack just in time. He would be allowed one more chance to redeem his mistake. Just one more attack to the pup who would be the same species as him would end this battle.
>So what if he did? The pokemon voluntarily came with us. She wanted to be captured. She obviously didn't think twice about what would happen is she were to suddenly dissappear from this island. Stop blaming everything on the humans when pokemon are at fault too!<
Poochyena would growl back at his own kind showing off his teeth emitting a purple glow. His fangs would be filled with poison ready to weaken whatever living thing the poison would come into contact. Poochyena would lunge at his fellow brother, or who would soon be former, and try to end this feud.

Mina stepped off the boat looking around at the island. Where would she come out at, the forest again, that cavern or maybe something new. She didnt know as she stepped on to the beach and she held the pokeball in her hand. She also had one potion from before, that she never used. She would have to be extra careful this time if she wanted to survive. [1/10]

Mina looked about at what she thought she saw, it looked kind of like a desert but she could wouldnt trust this island. After all she had been in a forest on her first visit and she had soon been transported to that Cavern. She walked keeping her guard up as she looked for more pokemon she could challange or use to increase her pokemon's strength. [2/10]

Speed was an amazing thing, but sometimes it can be horrible as his steps would take him into the heart of a desert. The heat would blow in his face, and as sand churns a small Diglett would pop it's head out of the desert sands. Only for a moment as a shadow fell upon it scaring it back under ground.
This would quite literally be the first time that the Gengar had had to track down a student. In his arms were three pokeballs and a potion, it would seem that Gael had kind of overstep a few things and left the Professor Savvy with her mouth hanging open as the pokemon landed in front of him and gave a goof expression as he let his tongue hang out and one eye grow bigger than the other.
This wasn't his favorite way to spend the day either.

Though the Poochyena would dance away as he growled low in his throat. The move would miss, and he make a few steps backwards before he felt his entire being shudder ...and the darkness swirl in front of his eyes.
One last attack ..ran through his mind ...even as his legs gave out and he collapsed onto one side.
He needed only more attack ....as he lay on his side panting heavily.
(Liar ....)
He would pass out then from the poison as the battled ended.
Gael blinked once before the little creature was gone and was replaced by a Gengar with colored balls in his hands. "Ah...those...would be for me, huh?" the boy asked with an awkward smile on his lips. He'd been so excited about starting his training that he hadn't thought about what he would need to ask or get before heading over. The boy held out his hand for the items the Pokemon had. "Thanks. I can get a little ahead of myself sometimes."

Though this time, she would have nothing to fear. The heat of the desert would beam down upon her, and the sands though they would seem to be swirly and misty in the distances would show themselves to be as inhospitable as possible. Hot and gritty, that was where she was traveling as a small pokemon would wag her tail in appreciation of the new comer.
A challenger, the Growlithe would think ....as she gave a half bark of excitement.
One never attacked before they saw an opponent worthy of the challenge.

Mina smiled as the Growlithe came into view. She knelt down looking at it, she closed her eyes knowing her pokemon would be at a type advantage but she did need a new pokemon and all she had was one pokeball and a potion, after her first failure she didnt want to mess up again. She stood and looked at the pokemon, it didnt look like it wanted to fight but if she remembered right Growlithe's choose their partners based on fight. They were also very loyal. "Do you want to fight me then? hmm alright girl I'll ablige" She tosed her pokeball into the air letting out her first partner.
Terra looked around, a desert, this was her homeland, this was her place, she was at home in the sands. She stamped happily and stared at the fire puppy. Growlithe you challange us if we win shall you join with me and my partner?
The one thing that Poochyena enjoyed the most was making his opponents weak by with every second that went by with his Poison Fang. It was obvious that the poison coursing through his fellow brother's veins had taken quite a toll over the duration of the battle. Before the wild Poochyena would lauch another attack, the poison would work it's magic forcing the wild pokemon to faint and see light then followed by total blackness.
But before all that, Poochyena would have one last time before the wild pokemon would fall into a state of unconsciousness.
>I'm not a liar. You're just in denial.<
And with that said, the wild Poochyena would faint.
>If only you had a trainer, you'd then understand.....<
Sora would let out a sigh of relief. He had trained his Poochyena well. Either that, or luck would just happen to be on his side. Either way, he was able to continue through the forest in search of an item.
Poochyena would slowly walk up to Sora slightly panting, out of breath from the battle. Sora took out his pokeball and recalled Poochyena, allowing the light consume and take in the little pup.
"Good job Poochyena, take a good rest." he said.
Sora continued on his way, with one question on his mind.
What were those two fighting about? It seemed much more to a battle to Poochyena....
