the dough/batter changes the end product. A cookie is denser, American Browies are somewhere between cookies and muffins. It's texture not flavor.

To normal people sods are patches of grass. To certain communities in Newfoundland, sods is what we call hats or caps. Whenever Dad goes out for a walk he always puts his sod on just in case.
