Daniel only had a split second to spin his saber under to keep his saber from being hit. it was clear she was now getting into the mood so he put all of his anger into a combo, with a hard hit he forced her saber down and quickly lifted his saber above his head to bring it down for the finishing blow.

kari saw and opening and had only one choice, this might be her only chance to end the fight. With hesitation she took the opening she quickly lifted her saber and jabed it into Daniels chest before he could bring down his. Kari's eyes were closed as she did this, she didn't want to look at him.

Daniel could only look down in shock as his sister cyan colored blade was coming out of his chest.his hands fell to his side and his deactivated saber fell from his hand to the floor. He feel to his knees and started to fall backwards.

Kari deactivated her saber as Daniel fell to his knees. Before he fell back Kari dropped her saber on the ground and caught him. She held him as he started breathing hard. tears could be seen rolling down her cheeks and dripped off her face.
Daniel, why....It didn't have to be this way. Why couldn't you just lision to me?

Daniel looked up at Kari, still mad at her for everything that had happend to him. But for the first time in years he felt warm and at home.
He couldn't seem to find the right words to say, but he now understood why he lost.
I thought after I killed that Zeth man i could beat anyone, but I guess I wouldn't have won if he had fought back.

Kari's was speachless at Daniels words. He couldn't have killed Zeth it couldn't be true, how could he be dead? Kari looked at Daniel in the eyes, as more tears rolled down her face.
Daniel you didn't, please tell me you didn't. Zeth was...my best friend you couldn't have killed him.
But it was too late for Kari to ask, there was no glow in his eyes and no force to feel within him. Daniel was dead in her arms, and there was nothing Kari could do. The tears stopped finaly as kari reached over and closed Daniels eyes. There was no reason to leave them open.
Kari whiped the tears from her eyes and walked over to the large number of boxes that was piled up in the entrance. One by one Kari moved them out of the way so she could leave. The first thing she did was move Daniels body the same place Bryce and master yoda was taken to be burned. After that was done she thought it would be best to inform master sephiroth of what had happend. Though Kari was unsure where he was she guessed the council chamber so he started to make her way to the chamber.

Talon had finished his saber, working well into the night. He felt the slightest bit tired. He yawned and stared at his new saber.
"Good, very good.," he said. He took it an clipped it to his clothing right next to the training saber and his old master's saber. He decided to go to the traning droids and train on two droids with the difficulty increased.

As the sun rose, so did Makum. He looked around to check where he was, but he soon remembered. "Is this all a dream?" He thought to himself. After all this time of searching, he finally may have come to the journey's end.
He slowly stood up and stretched, taking anoter glance around as a smirk came to his face. He walked over to the robes he was supposed to wear and thought to himself I hope these things fit. He slowly took his vest off and his shirt. He took the robe off it's ((hanger?)) and pulled it over his head.
When he was fully changed into the Jedi robes, he smiled and walked out of the room. He looked both ways, as to remember which way he was to go to get back to the fountain. He turned right, then right again and followed the hallway hoping he had remembered right. He finally got to the fountain, and walked over to sit on it's edge again. "So this is my future...."

Talon had been training on the droids for a while now. He decided to stop and practice with the force for a little while. He felt alright at the time being. He walked inside his room, R5 waiting there for him. He put down his old master's saber and the training saber down. He layed down and practiced using the force to pull them to his hands.

Alyssa yawned and stretched, climbing slowly out of her bed. After days of trying to find a new lightsaber form to concentrate on, she was sore all over. She pulled on her trousers and her robe's undershirt, then while sitting on her bed to pull on her boots, she looked out the window. A young man in black robes was in the courtyard on the funeral pyre.
Crap...how hard was I sleeping? She quickly hooked her saber onto her belt and rushed from the room.
The first thing that came to her mind was finding Jami, but she shoved it out. He said that we need to wait until we're Knights...
What--are you afraid of getting kicked out? You've got a brother waiting for you outside the temple, and he'll take you anywhere...get a job...or you could just leave.
Who the hell are you? Alyssa thought, walking around the Temple to get to the training room that she had used with the punching bag.
Your bad side. Who else? You're in love with the boy--why not go for it? The worst that could happen is getting kicked out--
No, the worst that could happen is that Jami and I both get kicked out and he hates me forever for it.
You know, there is a place that would accept you two being together...
Don't even mention it--that's not going to happen. Finally reaching the room, she picked up the datapad that she had left in the corner of the room and began to look over the forms of combat again. Vaapad was starting to stand out at her, but since she had just discovered an unseen evil inside herself and the style bordered on the Dark Side, she decided to wait on trying that form until she had come to terms with this darkness. Now frustrated and angry, she began practicing martial arts on the punching bag, attempting to calm down.

Kari made her way to the council chamber, the doors were shut. Kari was unsure if she should knock or just walk in, as the sweat rolled down her face, still tired from her battle she desided to open the door and walk in. She walked in slowly, her saber clip to her belt and her brothers in her hand. She bowed to Master Sephiroth when she entered, she stood silent for a moment attempting to find the right words to say.
Master there has been another attack on ther temple. This time it was....It was my brother. I think Reith trained him, Kari lowered her head, unsure if she should say the next part. And I think he may have killed Zeth.

Jami had spent a relatively peaceful night wrapped in the security of his dreams, all of them about Alyssa. It had been a couple of days since he asked her not to see him, but the strain on him was starting to show a bit. He was curious to see what she was doing.
Jami bolted breakfast, then started searching the halls for Alyssa. He found her after about ten minutes sparring on a punching bag. He could sense emotions roiling through her like storm clouds. Curious, he leaned on the frame of the door and watched her. A blush came to his cheeks as he thought of how beautiful she looked....

As Makum sat, his face completely blank, he ran through what had happened just the day before. Being left in a city alone, not knowing anyone. Then there was this place, a place full of activity and awareness, but yet it made him feel at home. He had been searching for a future, and this place seems to have just landed in his lap.
He shook his head in disbelief and looking into the silent waves of the fountain. The analogy Jami had given him the day before of the force and the rivers had really kind of opened his eyes that to the fact that there were many things in this galaxy that he didn't know about. He was to become a jedi, the age old myths of the jedi fights, and yet he knew they were completely wrong.
Realizing he himself didn't know much about the place he was going to call home for a while, he slowly got to his feet, looking into the fountain one more time, and walking on. He didn't quite know where he was going, or what the purpose was, but he wanted to see more of it.

Talon got up from practicing with the force all day. He decided he had enough training on the droids for the moment. He deicded maybe he shood get out and meet some of the other jedi. He smiled as he walked out of his room.

All Sephiroth had had to deal with since he had come back to the Jedi Temple was bad business. Kari's entrance to the Council Chamber only hadded to his problems. The announcement of yet another attack on the Jedi on made the situation worse. Closeing the Temple to the puvlis to limit the event of an attacks was political suicide for the Republic, so there was little Sephiroth could do. Having just releaved Glacian of his post, Sephiroth just sighed deeply, very confused about what he had been dumped into, as he sat in his seat in on the Council.
There is nothing that can be done about the attacks, Kari. The Jedi in the Temple will just have to be extra cautious. If Zeth has died, it is both unfortunate news, as well as a blessing. As grave as the loss of a Force User is, Zeth was a liability. He was one to you, to the Jedi, and to the Republic.
