*Synge sighed, still feeling less than perfect. She heard her stomach growl and she knew she should at least find something to eat. So she slipped on her shoes and made her way out to the main area. She doesn't see or hear Ben until she walks into the kitchen. She runs right into her by accident and pulls back, a bit startled, until she sees who it is. She smiles.*

Ben is in the process of prepping some sandwiches and when he is bumped into he drops the knife with the mayo on the counter with a clang. Startled he turns around.
Ack! Hey...ya...Hi!
Ben laughs as he hugs you gently and smiles.
How you doing? I was making some sandwiches.

~Sen snaps out of his daze as he hears the voices of people nearby. He looks around from the bar to the front door to see who is there.~

*Synge is happy to be hugged, but the embrace makes her feel a bit weaker. She holds him tightly for a moment, as if she needs to so she won't fall over. She looks at the sandwiches and then the knife.*
Oh, sorry for scaring you, heh. I'm alright, a bit hungry honestly...think you can make me one too? You're skills are better than mine.

Sen would hear the voice of a woman and a man in the kitchen, it is across the tavern from him so he wouldn't see the people talking.
When he feels Synge grow weak, he holds her tighter and then looks her in the eye.
Are you okay there? You feel...weak...
He then realizes he has had a question asked.
Oh? Yeah, I'll make you a sandwich first.
As promised, Ben goes about creating a decent sandwich of wheat bread, mayo, cheddar and honey ham. He turns around to you again and hands it to you, pausing before starting his own.
There you go, but please...start feeling better.

*Synge smiles when you hold her a little tighter, although she feels a bit bad when you make her sandwich first. She watches you put the sandwich together.*
Oh, you didn't have to do mine first...You're too nice...I just don't feel the greatest today, I'm sure I'll be fine after I eat.
*She smiles a bit weakly and takes the sandwich from you. She takes a bite, not leaving the kitchen. She wants to stay near where you are right now.*

Ben waves a hand dismissively and starts making his sandwich. He turns in a way that he can see you and work on the sandwiches at the same time.
I'm not too nice...with the life you have been through...you need someone to be even nicer than me to you, I am trying to get better. Heh. Yeah, I hope you feel better. I have something for you when you feel up to it.
Ben grins lightly and he noticed you wanted to stand by him while eating your sandwich and he couldn't think of anything he wanted more than for you to be around, especially with you not feeling well.

~Sen quietly moved towards the two voices, slowly recognizing them to be Ben and Synge. His movements made no noise as he carefully slid back behind the bar. He glances around the bar for a few moments, eying some small smudges on the wood and a couple glasses left behind from the previous night. Carrying the glasses in hand he moves over towards the sync, reaching over to twist the left nozzle. Water begins to pour out of the facet, slowly heating up once it's given enough time. Once the water has reached a temperature he is satisfied with he begins washing the glasses, adding a splash of soup to make sure they get nice and clean.~

*Keira wakes up well rested and hops out of bed. She makes her way to the shower and when done, she changes and then heads out of her bedroom. She slips on her shoes at the bottom of then step and hear commotion in the kitchen. Not wanting to bother anyone, she heads outside and sits by the shore thinking*

*Synge continued to eat the sandwich, she found it tasted much better just because of the person who had made it. She smiled at your words.*
Someone nicer than you? That's crazy talk, heh. I think you are doing a perfect job at being nice to me...Er, something for me?
*She paused and saw your grin and wondered what you could be talking about. She thought about the possibilities as she ate some more of the sandwich. She was still feeling a bit weak, but the food was already helping.*

Ben was happy to see that you seemed to be feeling better after eating something. He knew he wasn't the best cook in the world but he did try. He finishes making his sandwich and turns to face you while leaning on the counter and snags a bite or two before talking.Yup, I was doing some administrative stuff in Gaia town and happened upon something that was just perfect for you so I wanted to make sure I didn't pass up the chance to get it. I hope you like it. Ben thought about his present and really did hope that it was something to bring a smile to your face.H^1 ((I have a reason why I am though...)) (( I hope you didn't take that much offense to the PM...if it did this much of a doozy on you I really did mess up! crying ))
