Gambler frowned and had to drink more water. That was something that she didn't want to hear only because she felt like she failed Kalore in bringing him to immediate medical attention rather than talk with that fool Lucien. That was something she couldn't do. She had to always make sure everyone was in better shape than her. 'There has to be a way for Kalore to talk again. There has to be something that would get his voice back and this isn't some Little Mermaid thing where he has to kiss the prince to get it back. Damnit.' She thought, staring at the glass of water.
Hans nodded. "Yes, thankfully. Only I see mother's disappointment in herself...Other than that, I'm grateful that no one was harmed anymore and that no one else was stolen." He said with a nod. "If you are tired, brother, then I will leave you to rest." He said quietly.
Kyoshi and Joker were sitting down and discussing the situation, trying to piece everything together.

Looking at Joker, he sighed, "Can Marcessa move yet?" Without waiting, Kalore stood up and looked around. Kyin came in and walked to his grandson, "No offense, child...but this may be an improvement..." Twitching, Kalore rolled his eyes and mouthed out a couple of choice elvish curses. Kyin chuckled, "That's no way to mouth out to your elders..." Rolling his eyes once again, Kalore just looked around, yawning.
Eldin smiled, "Thanks..." Slowly he dropped down and sighed. His eyes shut slowly as sleep overcame him once again.

Joker opened his mouth but then snapped it shut. He slightly pouted that he didn't get to talk like the doctor he is but shrugged and spoke anyways. "Sure he could get up. Just keep him away from Monty and life would be just perfect." He said, giving Monty a warning glare. Monty ignored his brother and watched Kalore. Now that the blonde elf was moving, maybe he could break him again. "Stupid blonde heathen. Can't even wait for a doctor to tell him to move. Stubborn blonde mule with pointy ears." He grumbled and turned away to stand guard in front of Eldin's door. Hans came out quietly and told him that Eldin went to sleep.
Gambler was still staring at her drink but snapped out of it. This day was far from over but it was in the hands of the elves and if they still needed her help then she was at their disposal but if not then she would make her trek back to her city and do another shake down just in case.

Rave walked in with a notepad and a pen, handing it to Kalore. "You probably don't want to deal with this, Kalore...But we need to kn-" Before he was even finished, the blond snatched away the notepad and wrote quickly in perfect script, "Kill that brat."

Joker jumped up and went over to read what Kalore wrote. "Huh. What do you know? Everyone was aiming towards the same conclusion. Thankfully, I didn't bet money on this or I would have been bankrupt." He said walking back to his seat as Gambler went to read as well. Ivan and Monty didn't need to because the demon believed the runt next to him. Kyoshi just raised a brow in question, feeling pissed that he's the last to know about anything. "So, you mean to....." She looked at the notepad and then at Kalore. "To write that he did it?" If Eldin did it then Gambler was going to forget the rules and get it out of the boy, even if it killed her to do it.

Sighing, Kalore held up the sign for them to wait, writing for a long time. There were many pauses, the man trying to figure out how to word things. But, eventually he got it. Sighing again, he showed them what he wrote.
"I don't know what's going on...How he did it I don't know. All I know is that when I was caught, stone and wind and shadows were used. When I woke up, Eldin was there, chained like me, but that son of a b***h Lucien came in and freed him. There was a sword to his throat so I may be wrong, Eldin may have been forced, but I heard that he killed Marn. There's no way...There's no way she did this. Rave, you knew her." Kalore's eyes were pained. "There's just no way."
Rave sighed after reading this and nodded, "I know...But Eldin...There's no way on that either..." Kyin sighed and shook his head. "For now we go with he was forced, seeing as that is the most likely..." Zaine was sitting in the corner, sighing. He knew everything that was going on, only he wasn't going to say anything. It wasn't his place.

Gambler sighed. That was a better thing to say that to really think that Eldin had anything to do with this. I mean, this is Eldin we are talking about. He's sweet, highly respectful, adorable to no end and he was the best medic she has ever come across that happened to scare her when he got into doctor mode but that was okay. The point was that could see Eldin being forced to do this. Something told her however that they could be wrong. "That just leaves one thing. The bad guy who resurrected Lucien." And those words from Lucien ran around her head again.
Monty snapped his fingers, ready to go into Eldin's room and pounce on him like the boogey man. He was going to have to wait his chance to do so and interrogate the little elf.

Kalore began writing something, but Rave stopped him. "Kalore...Eldin doesn't have that kind of power..." Raising a brow, Kalore's look screamed, "Are you sure?" That made him think as he sighed and shook his head, "No..." Kyin shook his head as well. "It does not matter...Cecilia, Lord Talon...Do you know any necromancers or alchemists?" "Other than you? None that are worth anything..." Kyin nodded, "Eldin will stay here then...Lady Gambler...If you wish to question him that may be a wise thing..."

Gambler looked over her shoulders and then pointed at herself. "Me?" She nodded and walked over to the door. "He's sleeping mother." Hans said. She nodded. "If I'm not sleeping then the poor dear is going to have wait until I'm sleeping." Monty rolled his eyes. Gambler turned to look at Lord Kyin. "If I can't get nothing out of him....Can Monty question him?" Everyone knew that Eldin would piss himself with Monty question him. Then again she didn't want to give the boy a heart attack. She sighed and turned to walk into the room quietly and closed the door. Monty turned and pressed his ear close to the door to listen.
Gambler looked at Eldin and didn't want to wake him up. But she was the boss and she had to get to the bottom of this. For the sake of everyone and for the sake of Kalore. She wanted his voice back. She found a chair in the room and pulled it up close to Eldin and watched him like a guardian angel would on their charges.

In his sleep, Eldin was content. But something was beginning to bug him, something was watching him. Brows furrowing slightly, he moved a little, uneasy. After a little longer, his eyes opened slowly, sleep evident in them. "M-Miss Gambler?" Yawning, Eldin looked adorable once again, confusion in his sleep filled eyes.
Sighing, Rave shook his head and looked at Monty. "If she doesn't get anything...You can speak with him. But you cannot scar the kid, understood?" Kyin sighed but nodded, agreeing with Rave. While the two were facing Monty, Kalore wrote quickly and showed it to Monty, hiding it from the other two.
"Kick his a**!"

Monty sighed softly. "I'm afraid that is impossible seeing as the runt is already afraid of me." He looked at Kalore and nodded, trying not to smirk at what Kalore wrote. "Perhaps but it's a long shot of that happening." Said to the blonde, now mute elf. It was strange without hearing Kalore nag or say something smart. He was beginning to....miss it?! Hell must have frozen over.
Gambler gave Eldin a small, apologetic smile. "Hey Eldin. Sorry to have woken you up. I just wanted to check on you. How are you feeling?" she asked. She was going to take this slow and play this by the ear. Meaning she wasn't going to plan on what questions to ask. She was going to go along with what Eldin said and work from there.

Rubbing at his eyes, Eldin blinked a little as he looked at Gambler. "I'm fine, Miss Gambler. At least...I'm getting there. How are you doing ma'am?" He was once again the boy that she knew him as. A nervous wreck, but a sweet and respectful nervous wreck.
Kalore pouted and took back his notebook, once again writing in it, but he didn't show it yet. Rave was talking to him, "You okay?" He nodded, mouthing out, "I'm fine." Nodding, he turned back. "He's scared to death of you..." Once again they were talking about Eldin as Kalore showed Monty the notebook.
"Please?"

Monty rolled his eyes. "You know. I'm actually liking the fact that you don't talk anymore. Maybe we all could live in peace without you muttering your stupid nonesense." He said but nodded to Kalore. If that runt tried anything fresh he was going to beat the living day lights out of him. Whether or not these elves liked it.
Gambler gave Eldin the face. "I know I'm old Eldin but you don't have to remind me with that word ma'am. Sheesh." She said, shaking her head. "I'm doing good Eldin....Well, sort of. I'm worried. I'm worried about what happened while you were in there and worried about what happened to Kalore before we came to get you guys out. I know it's propably not the best thing to talk about but....Could you tell me what happened in there? You know, give me some details or ideas of what happened in there to you and Kalore." She reached out to touch Eldin's cheek gently. "You know your well-being is number one in my book and what ever that fool did to you both, I'll do it back to him worse."

Looking terrified, Eldin sighed but nodded. "Um...I don't know everything that happened to Kalore...But um..." He took in a breath. "After I was...taken..." It was still hard to believe that he was actually kidnapped, "I guess it knocked me out since I woke up...I was chained to a wall and Kalore was across from me...He looked...horrible." Shaking his head, the boy bit at his lip from the memory. "Um...Lucien came in a while later...A little after Kalore woke up... He had a sword to my throat, asking me about what all I was capable of... If I was one of the people who could control stone...I said yes...And he dragged me off..." There was more, but then some things happened that were pretty... Bad.
Kalore blinked and then gave the 'one moment' sign. Within a second, the notebook was back up-
F*ck you b*tch!

Monty rolled his eyes. "Sorry Kalore. As much as I love to f*ck 'em, your not my type. Find someone else who is, will you?" He turned to listen to the conversation between Gambler and Eldin, inwardly smirking since he frowned all the time on the outside. The Twins couldn't help but smirk and Joker looked between them. "My money is on Kalore." He said and Kyoshi nodded. "Me too."
Gambler nodded and patted his head affectionately. "Was there anything he said? As far as who is the one behind bringing him back? Or what he was going to do to you and Kalore? Or maybe who else he was going to kidnap and torture?" She asked. There had to be some clue, something, anything that would help them.
