Hearing no response, Makum dared to venture in farther. The amazing structure took his breath away as he walked all around. He soon found himself outside again in a garden type feature. A fountain sitting in the middle, Makum made his way toward it. The fish inside scurried away as he approached, and he proceeded to sit on it's edge looking at himself in the water. The fountain had the flowing water from the top and splashes of water occasionally hit him as he watched his reflection. It had been a long while since he had seen himself, and he looked rough around the edges. For a few months, he had been on the ship, doing nothing more then stopping and going again. Then the Jerek decided to leave him here. "Why here? Is there something he wanted me to find? Did I somehow make him leave me here?" He looked away from the water to see a few people in the otherwise deserted corridors.

Kari was very pleased with how well he had done. Though he had not blocked all the blocks he had blocked alot of them. Since he was now tired Kari walked over and shut off the droids.
Since you have done enough for now with the saber, you should take this time to begin working on your own saber. Remember this saber will be apart of who you are, so take your time.

Jami sighed lightly as he walked away from Adonis. He knew that his weakness was in the physical Force, but he wondered if he could compensate for this. He already utilized precognition in his saber combat; why not use it in other areas as well? Looking up at the fountain, Jami saw a young man slightly older than himself sitting on it. Jami approached the young man with an even expression. "May I help you, sir?"

Makum turned to the man. "What is this place? I've seen nothing like it before. There's just something different here."
Makum looked around again to check to see who all was around "I'm sorry, where are my manners. My names Makum, Makum Sacre. I come from Almania on the outer rim. What's yours?
((Bleh, horrible descriptions, oh well haha.))

Talon noded. Sweat dripping down his brow. He cliped the training saber to his side quickly and followed Kari's directions. He felt slightly tired out. He could have gone a few more rounds though. He figured when he had time he would come back and learn to deflect the bolts better.
"Alright, I will construct it wisely.," he said.

Jami sat next to the man and nodded slowly. "My name is Jami Hailon. You're in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. I'm a bit surprised you didn't recognize it, since it's one of the most famous structures in the galaxy. Might I ask how you got here?"

Makum followed the man with his gaze as he sat next to him. A bit embarrased that obviously he should have been able recognized the place, he quickly replied. "Not much news gets out there. At least, not to me. I lived on Almania all my life until....some other circumstances forced me to leave. I found someone to ride around with, and he just basically left me here, and I have no idea why he choose this planet over the others we were at in some point in time. His name was Jerek."
He again scanned around the outting he was in as it all hit him. He was in a Jedi temple. All those stories he had heard growing up, he was at the root of one of them. That fact made him smile "So, how long have you been here Jami?"

"A few months or so. I'm a Padawan here, so you're not talking to one of the great Jedi you hear about in all the stories; I'm just a learner." Jami shrugged and dipped his hand into the cool water, letting the fish swim around it. Carefully, Jami lifted a drop of water out of the fountain and held it for a second or two before it fell back in. He hid his fatigue, cursing genetics and everything to do with them.

Makum watched in amazment as the water droplet was help in the air. "That's amazing. How did you do that? He tried to hide his amusement and intrigue, but did a poor job at it. His mind was racing, would he be able to do something like that? Could he become a Jedi? Did he even have what it takes?
Somewhere in Makum's mind, he completely doubted that he ever could, with his past, his parent's being what they were. "So there is a ranking system among the Jedi? I thought they were all the same regardless."

"I used the Force." Jami neglected to mention his problems with half of it. "And yes, there's a ranking system to Jedi. However, it doesn't matter if you can't use the Force." He shrugged slightly and sighed.

Hmm, so is this the power that was included in all those legends? "What is this force you speak of? And could I ever learn to use it?" He knew he was probably jumping too quickly onto the matter, but he was eager to know. It seemed like maybe there was something for him to do in this universe, and he would not let the opportunity slip through his fingers.
"Oh, and what are the ranks? I mean, you said it didn't matter if they could use the force, so how do they distinguish between ranks?"

Jami nodded tolerantly, though he was surprised that he hadn't ever heard of the Force. "The Force... the Force is hard to describe. Think of a massive spiderweb of rivers, all interconnected. Everyone is a droplet of water in these rivers, and everything they do, no matter how small, sends a ripple through the water of space and time. Those that can feel these ripples and manipulate them to a degree are called Force sensitive. It's not something you can just learn; you have to be born with the talent before you can actually develop it.
"Now, there are varying degrees of Force-sensitive Jedi. There are Initiates, who are just learning the Force, Padawans, which are sort of like Initiates with a master, Knights, which are above Padawans, then Guardians and Masters.
"There are also supposedly sides to the Force, the light side and the dark side. The Jedi are the light side users, who do things to benefit others. The dark side is a perversion of the light side, and those who use it often become corrupted by it. The dark side is seen as actions which harm more than help. There are also Grey Jedi who walk a thin line between light and dark, but those are rare due to the control it takes."

Kari watched as Talon worked on his saber, though it does take time kari thought she wanted to time to get some fresh air.
I'll be right back Talon. Kari said and left the toom heading to the front steps of the temple. Partly to just get outside and party because she wanted to see where Bryce fell. In the ground there seemed to be a lightsaber stuck into the ground, it only took Kari a moment to see it was Zeths. Kari kneeled down to see it better, this was the spot Bryce fell. Though Kari was now getting over his death it was still a very sencitive subject with her. Kari took a few more moment to look at the saber before to turned to go back in.

He nodded his head as Jami's explanations became quite clear. "Wow, this is a lot to take in. A total unifying force that has control over everything? That's just.....amazing. And what would become of me if I were to join this place?"
He looked around again, "Are there dark jedi here? Are you a dark jedi?" He looked at Jami with rather large eyes as if he had just solved a mystery. He was completely oblivious to anything having to do with the Jedi other then the fact that they saved the galaxy. Growing up on the outer rim he had learned close to nothing of the going on's else where in the galaxy. His parent's had sheltered him all the same, So learning all this came as a shock to Makum.
((heh, thanks for putting up with all the rather tough questions))

"First off, no. I'm just a Jedi. Second of all, you have to be born Force sensitive. It isn't something you can just learn like reading or driod repair. Unless you've recieved a genetic fluke involving the number of midiclorians in your body, which determines if you're Force sensitive or not, it's impossible to percieve the Force." Jami leaned against the fountain, regarding his opposite calmly.
