One Rp I was in for the longest time had us alone a lot because people would suddenly disappear (quite without warning). So often that we ended up having like 5-6 paragraphs when we were alone and our interactions with each other became novels. xD
Once you really get a feel for how your character is, it's quite amazing what you can make out of nothing.

Would like to point out: First post I ever made 4 years ago: Quote: Rosie felt her way along a wall, yes she was close now to her destination. She pushed forwards feeling the wall give way, meaning she had guess right at where the door was. She stepped in feeling the rush of wind cut off by walls, fallowed by the sense of time. She knew this sense... It meant she had to wait, again. At least it only took her a few minutes from the dojo to find this place. She leaned her back up against a wall as she waiting for another sense to hit her, a sign, anything. First post I made after my 4 year absence: Quote: Moister covered all of the exposed skin on Gwyn's body, a general dampness in the air seemed to make the girl heavy. She marched along drudgingly through the grass and the mucky mud. Her once bare feet caked in the brown wet dirt. Her toes felt every individual pebble, every puddle, every soaked blade of grass, and as her toes felt these object a small smile crossed the girls naturally dower face. It was nice, all these changes in texture. It help provide excitement for an otherwise black and silent world. It helped her focus on the world around her, being connected to the ground like this. It was then that she stopped in a large patch of mud, wiggling her toes as she sank deeper and deeper into the substance. Gwyn became delighted at the feeling of mud, how it could be thick like dirt yet run swift as water. And the texture, it was so magnificent! Indescribable to anything else her feet had had the pleasure of walking on. Grainy, smooth, sticky, scratchy, all applied but none gave it justice. Gwyn wiggled her toes a few more times before begrudgingly continuing her trek forwards. The feel of removing her feet from the substance cause the little girl to giggle.
As she pushed forwards through the damp air Gwyn took a deep breath. The cold water in the air almost clinging like a vice to her lungs. It was always cold in Kiri... Cold and wet. The once bright smile was destroyed and replaced by that of un-interest, boredom, and a bit of frustration. Always the same day in Kiri it felt like. Cold, wet air in, warm, wet air out. Gwyn felt the perspiration of her breath on her face, sitting on top of the layer of dew that was begging to take hold of her skin and hair. She would have pulled her hood down but whenever she was outside in Kiri it made her feel as if her head was in a sauna while the rest of her was left outside in the rain.
Gwyn stopped, she didn't know how she had gotten there, or even how long it had taken her but she had arrived at the academy. Directly next to the theater, or so she assumed, she had no true way of knowing. But something about where she stood just felt safe, and usually that meant being in the direct presence of someone with a lot more life experience than her own. She took count of the people around her... Roughly twenty? No that didn't seem right. Gwyn focused again, there were more people her age she knew that, she didn't know how she knew, but she knew... Most likely because this was an academy. What a stupid question. Gwyn thought to herself. Or, Maybe not so stupid. After all, how do I know where I am. As far as I know I'm lost in the woods going insane.
Gwyn bowed, for some reason it just felt right. Announce yourself dumby... The internal struggle within Gwyn's own mind seemed to last for some time. Finally she spat out, or at least felt herself spit out, "Hello, Gwyn Yubie, reporting." And yes, this does make me feel like a bad-a**.

Woot, home and tired.
I don't tend to like to post a ton, simply because it adds to the lag between posts since people have to read the whole thing... some times a few different times to really get what your saying.
A short definitive post with good clear information i better, i feel
Though some times i get carried away....

[EDIT] Went to my mule and found one from June 17th 2007 ... I sucked. Quote: Rolan awoke with a screech from floor 29 and began running towards the machines on the 30th floor. It was feeding time. He began to crawl up the walls to the ceiling, that is were he traveled, crawling on the ceiling as a cave demon, searching for the light, and the opening. Rolan screeched again, louder this time, he had found the entrance. First post in rp as a were-fruit bat ...

Hey there! I joined a few days ago, but due to an unusually busy weekend haven't been able to introduce myself yet. ><;
A little about me? I'm almost 20. I live in the midwestern United States. I'm not a very experienced RP'er in the literary or tabletop sense. I realize I still need to make a post to graduate the RP academy, something I dread doing because I hate making posts on the spot about nothing. Dx As for my character, I was thinking of going the medic-nin route. I don't suppose one of the two villages needs one of those more than the other? Or maybe you have enough of those, and desperately require another role?

Since getting enough skill to be a medic takes time both villages could use as many as they can get. So it's on your preference as to where you want to RP.

I play magic the gathering, if that's what you mean...Two white decks, one allies deck and a red deck. mmm.. i love the smell of burning lands..
Verge of a sausage fest? we have like one girl, who is never on. We needs more women. We should steal them from the other villages >_> <_< OR is that how they started hating us in the first place?
