After a moment, of glancing around when she had answered his question, he blinked. "Walk? I only walk when in cities or buildings. Other than that, travelling from place to place isn't an issue."

Staring at her in silence for a moment, he sighed, then shook his head, slowly glancing around. "I will follow along, then, but you must understand one very simple rule. At whatever cost, you must not touch me. So long as you can follow that rule, you will be safe."

"Let me just say that what will happen if I am touched will ultimately cause the offender to be like that meteor will be in a few days." He shrugged, then nodded to her. "No thanks needed. In all honesty, I was in need of something to do while I waited.. Shall we go?" He started back down the path that led toward the Junon region before looking to her again.

Continuing on slowly, hearing her follow along, he nodded, keeping an eye out for potential dangers. "I have reasons for everything I do. Whether or not I inform you of the reason for this depends on various factors, of itself."

"I only allow one being to touch me...but I have allowed another to contact me for a brief moment and did not destroy her. But not destroying her can be considered as a thanks and repayment for her being of great aid when I needed it. As for telling you my reasons, I won't yet. Perhaps you shall learn in time, but for now, just please accept the condition without question." Sighing as he continued along the path, he paused his speech for a moment. "...it is not that difficult to follow, is it?"

"It is only strange if you have not lived as long as I have. Trust is not something I give freely. And understanding human nature is not what I do. I am aware of it, but I do not care to understand it all that much. Only what is necessary." Falling silent after that, he continued to lead her down the path to the plains near Junon, although he had no intention of going there.

Only slightly glancing toward Junon, Korangar shook his head, then looked back to Rinoa. "Not a good place. It may qualify as a town, but it is a place for soldiers. Militaries and myself tend to not get along very nicely. No, I am leading you to a place where I have friends. They are nice."

Staring at her silently for a moment, only blinking, he finally said, "I do not need help when fighting anyone." Shrugging, he turned and continued on before focusing on what she had asked. "How well they take to you depends on who you meet up with. Your best bet is to meet...errr..." He tilted his head to one side, then the other, before shaking his head. "..umm......Aerith. She's the one in the pink outfit, I think. I'm pretty sure that's her name." Shrugging, he decided to drop that line of thought. "In any case, the one in pink is the one most likely to accept you without question. Once she accepts you, you can be certain that all the others will."
