Nina, having nothing better to do, followed Jack, "Nina's also an only child. My friend Yuta is like my brother though."

"That's kinda cool," Jack said, aimlessly wandering down a random street. "I wonder what it would be like to have a real brother, though. Or a sister. I mean, I've got cousins, but I guess they don't really count, huh?"

"Nina's cat, Leo, is the closest thing I have to a brother, at least when he's a human," She said as she followed.

"Your cat can turn into a human?" Jack asked. "That's so cool! I wish cats in my world could do that!" Then he remembered how Chase's jungle cats could turn into people... But that was only because they were people to begin with, so he decided to leave that out.

Jack laughed. "Enchanted kibble... For some reason, that just sounds so incredibly funny, to me!" he added, laughing a bit more.

Nina laughed along with him, "Leo likes it, and so did Hiroki's cat, and Ayu-dear's puppy. None of them- other than Leo of course- are from the Magic Kingdom. Nina didn't have many friends in the Magic Kindom...."

"Nina," Jack began, "What are your friends like?" Untill recently, he hadn't ever met anyone that didn't either jump at the chance to beat the snot out of him, or look at him like he was something disgusting that they had to scrape off of their shoe...

"Ayu-dear is Nina's best friend, we met when I first came to Earth. She found out about Nina being a witch and is still my friend!" She said happily, "Then there's her boyfriend Tatsushi, and his best friend Hiroki, and then there's Yuta. Nina has known Yuta since we were little, he's always a big mean jerk. But, all of Nina's friends are on Earth, in the Magic Kingdom, Nina was made fun of for not being that great of a witch. I flunked out of magic school."

Nina felt sorry for him and without thinking wrapped her arms around him, "Nina will have to go back to Eltoria to study more magic, and graduate, but when Nina becomes a good witch she'll find a way to visit you."

Jack was a little surprised when Nina hugged him, but he just smiled and wraped his arms around her, too. "And when I get back home, I'll start working on a dimensional portal," he told her.

Nina looked up at him, "Nina can only visit on weekends and holidays when I get an off campus pass, there I can use their magic to transfer me here. Plus I'd have to split meeting you and Ayu-dear and the others. You have to meet them! They're so fun!" Nina said hyperly with a bubbly smile.
