*Ceres smirks* look you asked smart @$$ I just gave you an answer to your question... and yes I would love to just hit the road but if kaiori should happen to die I would be back right were I started... so to keep a closer eye on her I've been working on this little trinket twisted *Ceres clutches something that looks like a mix between a goddess token and the necklace she had trapped kaiori in the last time, but it gave off such an evil aura that there was no way "the goddess" would have been the one to bless it, Ceres might be stupid about some things but when it came to traps she was the best*

You may want to be your own person... but you and Kai have a knack for the same problem. *He turned away* Kai beat you before, I think she can again. And if she can't then someone'll be willing to help.... be it one person or another.

*Twi grimaced a little. As much as he hated to admit it, he and the rest of the BC, for that matter, had really done little to stop anything else that was happening in the region, much less were they helpful in many of Kai's recent situations* Believe me, if I knew where she was I would try to do something, but no one's told me anything. Between everything and the fact that there's no one really left here, we can't do much, not with everything happening at once. But fine Ceres.... I give this debate to you. Once Axl's well again then I'll do what I can.... *He sighed. He'd hoped that Ceres wouldn't bring up the point about no one being able to help Kai recently*

*Twi sighed again when Ceres left and took a seat by Axl. Though Ceres wasn't his first choice on the list of advisors, she was right. He couldn't expect Kai to remain their friend if they never did her any good, no matter how nice or sweet she appeared* Hmm...... *He first had to worry about Axl. Then he would do what he could to make up for his apathy in Kai's situation* Keh..... I guess I've changed since Aeris left *Twi was talking to himself, forgetting Aria was there*

Aria sat dwn quietly but didnt lean back in her chair. "sometimes change is good...but no matter what it happens...." Despite he apperance and normal manerisms. She had a sage quality about her. "....it creates the definition of who people are....right?"

*Whatever kind of "sage" Aria felt like..... it didn't feel like one to Twi* creates a person? Keh... that's a laugh. All it does is manipulate and twist what's already there one way or another. Change doesn't do anything except create or destroy a conflict. Besides..... I'm far from thinking that letting Kai go through hell on her own and not even holding out my hand for help is a good change.

Aria looked down at her hands, running her fingers over a burn, wishing her father was hear to heal them. Wounds made by a bullet or blade, she could handle, but burns just drove her mad.

I know. But those scars came from your world. This is a different place Aria... I know through Phi what New York is like. Indeed, you're not four anymore..... but these people aren't normal, 20 year old humans with knifes and guns. The "crooks" around here are people who could probably evaporate a forest at their whim if they really wanted to. So tell me Aria.... just what have you really fought that's from this world? *He was curious as to what Aria had for fighting experience. Maybe he was wrong... but he had to be sure as to whether she really was only experienced in fighting humans and the like*
