Tamera opened the freezer and took out some ice ahe placed it in some sheets of paper towel and then led Edge to the couch where she sat him and herself down. She sat down on one end of the couch and pulled Edge down so he was laying on his back with the back of his head resting on her leg. Gently she touched the ice to the bruise forming. "I'm glad that you're ending it. Maybe after you've dealt with Vulture some of those bricks you've been carrying around will be gone."

AJ walked through the halls, listening to his iPod, wearing sunglasses like he was a hot shot. He made it to the gym inside the arena, and got in the practice ring. He took his headphones and sunglasses off, and changed into his ring attire. AJ came out in a red beanie, long black elbow pads, taped feet and hands, black shorts, and a wife-beater shirt.
AJ turned on the radio, by connecting his iPod. He got in the ring, and looked at the dummy in the middle of the ring. AJ taped 2.0's face onto the face part, and kept punching it like Rocky Balboa. He kicked and punched as fast as he could, wishing that the person in the office would stay as Proto Wolf.
The music then turned to 'Miseria Cantare' after twenty minutes of running and striking, remembering Prodigy, and went after the dummy as speeds he could never imagine to reach. A couple of minutes into the song, AJ was panting and sweating heavily in the corner, taking a drink of his Gatorade.
AJ then decided to start some grapples after calling local Indy star and close friend, Chris Hero, seeing ow it wasn't 2.0, but alike. AJ started with some submissions, the easiest known way to quit. AJ locked in the ol' Canadian Snap, previously known as the 3.0. Within twenty seconds of a fresh Hero, Chris tapped. After about on hour or two, AJ was exhausted, and Hero had left. AJ then worked on using the ropes.

Tamera shrugged and lifted the ice for a moment. It was going to bruise no matter what but hopefully the swelling would go down. The bruise onher own stoamch was healing up nicely. It was now aht sickly yellowish color that was very unattractive. "I'm sure his problems are different. From what I know about him, which is very little, he's a very lost man. Almost completely devoid of direction unless someone gives him a way to go." That was all Tamera would say on the issue. As much as she didnt like it both King and Edge were shedding new light on her less credible behaviors.

"Yeah, I know... trust me." Edge said with a sulking nod. "Under different circumstances, Vulture and I wouldnt be the way we are now, but I know that it really was going to happen... and with Stacy out of the picture, there is no telling whats going to happen."

Perhaps now that Stacy is gone and after you get things settled with Vulture you can start rebuilding yourself. You're tough Edge and you're good at hiding feelings but I think ou forget how intuitive women are. Evenones as insensiive as me." She pressed the ice back to his head.
