As far as this guild goes. But, it never says in the actual anime. If the seal on the demons are aboslute, and not like naruto's { It has a spacing in it, allowing the Nine tails chakra to mix with his, also allowing them to communicate. } then the Demon wouldn't have an effect on the person.

No, because the guild master shouldn't discourage rping, and one person trying to make their character strong. It makes for some good entertainment. Plus I don't see most people as patient enough to take every demon for themselves. Not to mention if they kill the opponent they'll have to wait for another person to take the demon, and wait until they can find that specific person out to be a demon. also, if that person does get all of the demons, I'm sure that by about two, maybe three their seals would be off balance, or the demons would have corrupted the person, as they all would have been combined, and therefore their powers tripled. even the weakest demons would be able to beat the Kyuubi with that much power.

If they used a seal like that, the creation of a jinchuuriki would be useless, seeing as the host would be unable to draw on the demon's power. They might as well seal it in a tea kettle, like Shukaku.

But if they sealed it within a Teakettle, it would get out again... and again... and again.... and it would get stronger with every demon you put inside, until the point that it couldn't be defeated ever again, and then someone would have to go all sage of the six pathes and split it into nine peices or more again.

Also, That is when you remove all but the original seal, thus making the person capable of controlling the single demon within, to an extent. { Because they would all turn into the ten tails again. }

Also, you could also seal a demon in a part of a human body, and peice together the perfect ninja. Like making a doll, and place a human soul on the brain and main body systems, and link the Demons to a single tenketsu, making them all be forcing only a tenketsu's worth of chakra in at once. { This could also be used the same as the Gates, except it probably wouldn't result in death. }

and now that I think of it, Making a single person hold the Ten Tail's power wouldn't be impossible, Madara knows how to use it's power to cast the ultimate Genjutsu over the entire world. So I'm sure that he uses it inside of himself to project his Sharingan onto the surface of the moon.
