On a whim I bought Magic the Gathering : Battlegrounds...and it's awesome! If you ever played magic waayyyyy back in the days when it first came out, there was a story about a female planeswalker fighting against an enemy....If you ever read it, the game is JUST like that! Super cool, and a bargain for like 14 dollars!

My bro's barely past the part where you recruit Roger for the first time. Peh.

After seeing all the crap you have to go through at the beginning of the game, I'm a little reluctant to start my own file. I might just have my bro do all the dirty work for me and then start playing once the story speeds up.

I want my N64 back. crying

When you get to Aquaria there's all these lame side quests you have to do involving the weapon. It's really snore-inducing.

I want Maria already...

-No new silent hills until the PS3's launch. Perhaps this is for the best if they want to avoid the lukewarm reception SH4 recieved.

-If you haven't heard of it, look into getting Puppy Times (JP name: Nintendogs) for the DS when it's released. It's like one of those pocket pets of olde, but much nicer. There's footage on it here:

-SCE president announces that the offset square button issue on the PSP is NOT a design flaw and was intended to be that way. He also states that the unresponsiveness of pressing the button is on the fault of the consumers who must be 'pressing the button sideways'.

-If you havent heard yet, xbox has ordered a huge recall of the xbox power cords produced before October 2003 (Europe before Jan 13, 2004). The cords have been reported to cause burns and shocks and a few have been reported to fail completely.

-SNK/Playmore has announced the shipment of a King of Fighters 2002 and 2003 two disc set for the PS2. Rating is T, and prices is around $39.99. Xbox version is to come in June.

-A multimedia player launched in Japan for the GBA and DS has been recalled by Nintendo because the audio outputs in reverse (the left channel out the right headphone and vice versa). Nintendo plans to have replacements ready on march 5th. The device which plays different types of media also allows for games to be downloaded from the play yan site. So far there are 12 games available for download. A thirteenth is available to japanese club nintendo members alone.

I thought it was announced just a week or two ago that they're fixing this problem. But I hear he's still insisting its not a problem.
