Rylenn laughed and let himself be dragged along. He smiled and stopped for a moment. He put his hands on his hips and stared at Sable. He shook out Sable's hair some, making it a bit messier then undid the first two buttons on Sable's shirt. He smiled and untucked it before unbuttoning the bottom two buttons as well so Sable showed his stomach and chest. "There. All better." He eyed the shoes. "And there isn't anything I can do with those shoes, I'm sorry."
Rylenn looked at Weiyuan and blinked innocently. He sighed softly and eyed Sable. He whispered very softly, "I think he's jealous." He sighed again and shook his head. He pulled his hair back and looked at Sable. "Shall we go?" He rummaged and found a hankie in his pocket and hid his nose and mouth just as Wei did.

Sable snickered, but his joy didn't last long. He froze as Rylenn started adjusting his clothing, baring his chest. Jesus Christ! What the hell was he doing!? He was supposed to be professional! Sable quickly turned an impressive shade of red, doing up the middle two buttons as fast as he could. His build wasn't anything impressive, he was fit, but that was it. Nothing to show off. Not that he wanted to show of. Oh, bloody hell. He coughed gently. "...er...thanks?" he wondered, adjusting his glasses as he watched Weiyuan stomp around.
He almost felt bad, until he spoke. Snorting indignantly, he shook his head. "Because we were definitely the ones holding things up," he grumbled, watching Rylenn. He followed suit and pulled a hankie from a jean pocket, doing it up much like those robbers did it some of those old Westerns. "Yes, it's what we've been waiting for," he answered, nodding to Ry before following Wei. It wasn't his problem if Weiyuan was going to cause problems with Rylenn and then get moody about it. Oh, teenage angst, how he did not miss it.

Weiyuan sighed into the bandana. He dug his hands into his pants, gripping at his legs. He would not get angry. He would not let his emotions get the better of him again.
Gasping breath. Diluted eyes. A hand grasping a broad chest trying to catch their breath.
This place probably didn't even remember his father. He sighed before moving. The wonderful Doctor Kenth said for their group to head right. The lake. He pieced the path in his mind from the vision in his memory. He looked over the shoulder at both pairs of rather friendly males.
He snorted. There's a problem at hand Weiyuan! Get a grip on yourself and fix your love life later. He slouched a bit as he walked, leading the group upon the path they were meant to go on.

Rylenn growled softly, clearly getting irritated at the other's actions. He crossed his arms over his chest and looked down. "He's being a little brat. Again." He sighed and slipped his hands in his back pockets. "I love him to death... but he doesn't act like he wants me unless he's horny or I want it. At least that's what it feels like." He looked at Sable. "Am I so wrong to be upset with the way he acts? I know.. we're both young, but I'd kill for him to act like an adult."

Sable looked over when Rylenn, surprised when he growled. "Hey now," he said, trying to gather up his wits. He reached over to give Rylenn a gentle shove, pausing when he looked down and stuffed his hands in his pockets. He paused before carefully wrapping an arm around Rylenn's shoulders, considering it. It could very well be the case. He was, after all, a teenage boy. They were infamous for thinking with the wrong head. Anywho.
"It's fine, Rylenn. Being used feels like s**t," he said slowly. Didn't that sound familiar. "It's fine to be upset." He gave him a little one-armed hug. "Maybe...for the duration of this trip, you should take a break from it? It seems like he's got other things on his mind...and sometimes, it's better to just let that sort of thing go. Then, afterwards, you can properly b***h him out without having to feel bad for the rest of the expedition." He grinned sheepishly. Boyfriends weren't exactly his expertise. Neither was dating. "Well, you don't have to do the last part. But seriously, if he makes you feel bad, you shouldn't just let it go. Things don't get better that way."

Rylenn sighed. "See... that's the thing.. he makes me feel like s**t sometimes.. he was everything I wanted... until we got here and now I'm nothing. He doesn't want to touch me.. be near me. And frankly it's irritating. He won't let me in his head so I can't understand. So I'm going to be irritated at him." He looked at Sable. "I want my Weiyuan.. the one with a cool head and a warm heart. Not this Wei."
He smiled at Sable, a bit sad. "I wish.. you were affiliated with the school." He said honestly. He liked this guy.. and Sable made him smile without wanting anything more than a friend. Which was rather nice. And he didn't make Rylenn feel bad. "You should sneak back with us."

Sable shook his head, ruffling Rylenn's hair playfully. "If he's only gonna be your part-time boyfriend, he's not worth it," he said simply. It probably wasn't what Rylenn wanted to hear, but...well that was his opinion on it. "I don't think you can get one without the other." He shrugged. Sometimes life was nasty that way.
He chortled a little, amused by the thought. "I don't think I have enough of an education to be a teacher," he said, a little embarrassed. "I still have to go back to college to finish my degree, y'know?" He didn't even know the science he wanted to invest his life into yet. Sable snorted. "Smuggle me in, huh? I think someone might find me. I'm small, but not that small."

Rylenn laughed. "Why couldn't you finish your work at the school? It's the best school period." He nodded. "It'd be nice to have a friend there.. who isn't out for my a** or can't stand the sight of me..." He smiled gently. He allowed Sable to run his hands through his hair. Most people didn't touch his head, but he trusted Sable, oddly enough. He smiled gently and stretched some. "I know.. I know.. I've been in enough relationships to know that, but I also know relationships need work. I just have to force the boy to communicate. Even if it means getting my head ripped off."

Sable considered this. Then he remembered, sobering. "...I have Rook and Saint, remember?" They might not like him much, but he couldn't leave them to Juno. That just wasn't good for them mentally. Especially Saint. Rook might already be ruined, but at least he still had a chance with Saint. "I can't leave them," he said quietly. So this is what teenage mothers must feel like.
He shook himself, arm still around Rylenn. "Enough relationships? How old are you, fifteen?" he asked, a little shocked. He was twenty-two and enjoying his first serious relationship...ever. Well, sort of enjoying. Mostly enjoying. Okay, he didn't even know. But that wasn't the point. "You can't force him to do anything, man. And you shouldn't get yourself killed over it." He snorted, listening to himself. "God. I'm preaching. Ignore me. I don't know what I'm talking about," he muttered sheepishly.

It wasn't like Weiyuan was eaf.
Nails gripped deeper into his legs as he continued walking. How the hell was he supposed to show his love for Rylenn in this place. He told the red-head he was gonna be different here! He told him! Wasn't that enough of a warning?
He paused catching sight of something familiar. Nestled snuggling next to a tree was a small trio of mushrooms. Luna Caps. He went over to them, growling at the sight of it. " Muttering to plants wasn't an odd thing to do....really. He pointed to the fungi with his toe.
"These are the Luna Caps I was telling you about. We're trying to avoid getting too close to these. They grow mostly next to trees." He waited for other's to get closer so that they could study the thing to make sure that they wouldn't mistake any other sort of fungi that may grow around this area for the deadly thing.

Sable was drawn away from his conversation when he noticed Weiyuan talking to...mushrooms? He blinked. That was...weird. Was that normal? He blinked again. Well, to each their own. He was about to ask him if he was okay, which, he realized, was a kind of stupid thing to ask, when the boy turned to introduce him to the killer fungus. Sable wrinkled his nose. How...lovely. This was where they start avoiding trees in the forest, right?
He let Rylenn go and shuffled over, keeping a few feet back. They were deadly...he didn't want to tempt fate, or anything. Coward, as he said. But that wasn't the point. He glanced back over to Rylenn, making a face. Now might be a good time if he wanted to talk to Weiyuan. He really liked talking to him, but this was something important to him, right? Sable could wait.

Rylenn wasn't looking. He had looked off to the side, apparently finding fairly interesting on a tree. His arms were around himself. He padded down the trail some, looking around. He found some more of the deadly mushroom. He looked at it and was very tempted.. .
Stop that. Just stop. He looked at his group. He turned and continued walking, being very careful of where he walked. He wasn't leaving Sable. He hoped the other didn't think he was. He just didn't want to hear Weiyuan's voice.

Sable hadn't realized Rylenn had wandered off. Whoa! No, that was the only person he knew around here! Quietly, very, very quietly -he was good at quiet, it was how he avoided the older brother shark of his- he started sneaking backwards, glancing around wildly for the boy. How hard could it be to find a redhead in the middle of a forest?
There he was! He turned and jogged over to Rylenn, boot catching on a fallen log in the process. Sable effectively wiped out right behind the boy, smacking the ground with a large thud. "Ow," he whined, clenching his eyes shut. That really hurt!

Rylenn turned fast. "Sable!" He knelt down beside the other and helped him up. "Are you all right?" He was searching the other for any real damage. He smiled gently and laughed faintly. "Klutz." He dusted the other off, still looking for any major damage. "Be careful... you don't want to disturb the Lunar Caps.." He smiled. "Do you need to lean on me, Sable?"

Sable blinked open his eyes, whimpering pitifully. He was never good with any pain, even if it wasn't that bad. He looked up at Rylenn, grateful as he helped him up. "Sorry," he muttered, starting to dust himself off. Lunar Caps? Oh right. Killer mushrooms of DEATH. He nodded sagely, trying to adjust his glasses. Now his head hurt and he had scrapes all over his chin. Excellent.
He looked down at Rylenn, offering him a completely sheepish grin. "I think I'm okay," he said, rubbing his head. "Just wishing I had some asprin." He looked around. "We should keep going?"
