"The Lazuli Tribe?" Twilight repeated. "Danzo, one of the Modifoxes that lives with me and mom, is in there. He's right over there." She pointed to the purple Modi that was lounging around on the beach. "He likes it there, especially with his maybe girlfriend Kendra."
Heartbreak didn't say anything for once, letting her daughters take over the conversation. She scanned the area and sighed.

"Keandra? Isn't she the elder of that tribe?" Sigal stared at Danzo, wondering if he had some sort of special position in the tribe because he was the maybe-boyfriend of the elder.
"Well, Ame and I are going to go look at the Lazuli Tribe sometime. I really hope we do fit in there..."
Ari sat down, curling his tail around himself. He had resigned himself to the fact that this was going to be an awkward reunion no matter what he did or didn't say. At least his children were getting along well enough...

"Yup yup! Kendra's the elder!" Twilight answered happily. "She's really nice, at least that's what Danzo said. I never met her, but you and Ame will fit right in!" She gave Sigal a geniune smile, feeling happy for her sister.
Heartbreak didn't know Twilight could be this happy about someone else. Then again, she never saw her sister or father that often.
If it would make her happier, then visiting Ari's tribe would be a good thing after all... She thought that to herself and smiled a bit unconsiously.

"Yey! I'm glad we will! I always wanted to join a tribe..." But then Sigal felt bad, for not joining Daddy's tribe. She gave him a look that meant 'I'm sorry'. But she just didn't really believe in this Moon Fox person thing. And the whole point of the Moon Fox being that she was there but didn't really do anything? No, that wasn't for Sigal at all.
"It's fine. Really," Ari said to Sigal, knowing that look.
Well, maybe he did wish that she had joined Lunarie, but he wasn't going to force her. That would just be cruel, to make her stay with foxes she would barely ever see, because she kept a 'normal' sleep schedule, while the rest of them were nocturnal.
