((Actually it happened before you entered, seeing as how I was gone, I get to Retcon a bit...you should've at least PMed me about it...My escape is included in that))
Archaras hurtled onboard the Ranger and she rose, repulsorlifts humming, and shot out of the hangar, as more blasts hit. He hoped Graus and the commandos would make it out alright as well. He slammed the throttle to its max, and hurtled upward...

((Oh, runnin away eh? you yellow b*****d!!))
Mandalore paused for a moment and cast his visored gaze about the hall. The sensation of being watched edged at the back of his mind like an itch that couldnt be scratched. Wether it was a veteran's intuition or the Force he couldnt be certain, but eyes he couldnt see were upon him. He shook it off and kept moving. Just in case, he tabbed up his light shield's energy bars on his HUD to observe their drain. His personal energy shield could still take some hits, and that was comforting to know. The roar of engines up ahead reached his audio pick ups. Even this far away the noise was incredible. And distinctive. The roars of high-quality Starship engines, Not some meager cargo shuttle or troop ship but someone's private transport. "Now where does he think he's going?" Mandalore asked as he hustled towards the noise.

The blue tunnel of hyperspace rolled on past the transparisteel canopy of the Sullustian freighter, the ship enroute to an uncertain destination. Reido and Link stared at the starmap displayed on a nearby viewscreen, looking at vast tracks of infinite space with studious gazes.
"I'm really hopping the boys on Toprawa were right about this one." reido murmered as he studied their course. "Because if they're not then its back to square one. Theres a lot of space "Out past Toprawa," and theres bound to be more uncharted asteroid fields than chins on a hutt floating out there."
"This one is certain that it is correct." Link leaned back in his chair, his eyes still fixed on the Starmap. "Your friends account of a derelect infested asteroid belt seems to be ample enough evidence." "Yeah, but those derelects could be there for any number of reasons. What if theres giant Mynocks, or Scree? Or what if the field generates a huge EMP or magnetic pulse that kills shipboard Electronics? or maybe theres still pirates out there. We dont know, and jumping in blind could cost us our lives and or our ship." "This one has confidence in the Force. Death is nothing to be afraid of." Reido snorted derisively. "Easy enough for you to say. You dont leave a corpse behind when you snuff it." "Thats not exactly true..."
A warning light flashed, alerting them to their decceleration from light speed. Reido turned to his instrument panel and began pressing buttons and flipping switches."Well get ready. We're about to hit sublight." With a groan, the Soro-suub freighter dropped back into sublight.
Spread out before them was a vast field of floating stones and planetoids higlighted by the glow of a nearby green nebula. A nearby white hot star, the system's sun, was blotted out by what apeared to be the system's only planet: a Gas Giant. The sun's bright corona could be seen at the edges of the massive gas giant, tendrils of light hilighting the gas giant and creating a rather odd illusion.
"It looks like a dark sun..." Reido stated, taking the sight in with amazement. Link nodded, unconciously holding his hand over his tattoo. "This is the place. No question."

A few days after the events on Dathomir occured, and several hours after the Battle of Abregado-Rae was drawing its close, a transmission came in to The Pillar, destined to HK and Lord Ferno, who happened to be the closest High Officials.
Attention Imperial Command
I am pleased to inform you that Dathomir has been succesfulyl subjugated, as per orders. The Force Witches were decimated all too easily.
On a darker note, I must however regret to inform you of the death of Sith High Inquisitor Sin. We had just finished annihalation of the local government at 20:00 when a witch by the name of Kathleen returned from unknown parts, and engaged our forces. Many hundreds of our people were killed, as well as the Inquisiotr himself. The witch then fled.
We hereby request further Sith aid if we are to locate the Witch and bring her before higher authorities.

"Skywalk to Shark! Most of the transports are gone! Get out of here before those gravity wells kick in, and leave us stuck!" Skywalk 6 came over the comm. "With the bantha meat surprise on the Juno, I might be ok with having what the Imps are having tonight..." "I'm ok with bantha meat, so fallow me, and hit your hyperdrives! Squadrons split up with transports to further escort them to safety!" And with that, half of Skywalk Squadron entered hyperspace. Llednar's half fallowing the Ballet. Llednar took of his helmet, leaving the comm on his head. His R8 unit began to send of multiple beeps coming up on the display screen. Why did we leave the safety of the bay for only a handful of ships. "Because... I said so..." He leaned back in the seat smiling, and began his short cat-nap before he would be leaving hyperspace...

In the dark depths of an unnamed star system, just a rocks through from the burning wastes of Tatooiene, a pirate asteroid base sat huddled between giant asteroids empty of all but the most common and therefore worthless ores. There were no planets in this young star system, no civilian stations, no mining outposts, nothing but a debris plane for as far as the eye could see.
Above the ecliptic two red brown Kar Asp starfighters dropped out of hyperspace, their blue-white ion trails blazing against the black backdrop.
"Claw Base this is Claw Flight requesting landing permission."
A moment later a series of light beacons flashed on marking the approach to the asteroid facility, "Claw Flight you're clear for full stop, slots one and two are open and clear. Welcome home."
In his cockpit Revak smiled, "Thank you Base." With a slight flick of the joystick he slid into the landing lane, behind him Calra echoed his movements slipping into number two positon. Slowly they slipped past one last guidance buoy and caught sight of Claw Base.
The base was buried within the surface of a large cometary asteroid, one of those rare space bodies that defied classification. Twenty kilometers across the asteroid was remarkably smooth, unmarred by the thousands of craters normal to such a body, this attested to both the body's youth and the healing nature of the ice and water that wold ooze out of an impact. It was also for this reason they'd chosen the planetismal as their base, it had a local supply of fresh water, that most precious of commodities in deep space, and for this reason alone it afford those privateers that frequented the base ammenities that were almost unheard of in most other asteroid bases.
Two small starfighter docking ports had been carved into the stone beside an enormous docking port meant for Revak's pet project, a project that was now only a few days from completion. Besides there was enough room for the Action IX Transport Pride of Mantell to dock there as well.
With a hiss the two starfighters passed through the entrance's magnetic shield and entered the starboard starfighter port. With practiced ease they eased their two ships onto the number 1 and 2 parking spaces and shut their starfighters down.
The bay held ten more starfighters beside their own, four T-wings in 'Nebula Blind' camoflage which had been purchased from the Bothan Military, four ICC-7 Sparrows which had been inside the cargo bay of a particular hutt ship, one T-97 starfighter that had been a battered hulk when they found it in a hutt smuggler's bay, and a Predator starfighter that had been in the same smuggler's bay.
With a sigh Revak pulled himself out of the cockpit and yawned, over to his left Calra pulled herself out and stripped the helmet off, dropping it back in the cockpit.
A green skinned twi'lek woman clad in a bright red two-piece that would be mistaken by people on most terrestrial worlds as a jogging suit stepped beside him, "How many?"
"No slaves, sorry Vel." Revak said with a his. He knew that Vel herself had once been a slave aboard such a ship, and the granting of emanicpation had been swiftly followed by a thirst for revenge against those that had held her in bondage. Most of the new members of the Blood Claw Pirate gang were like her, former slaves anxious to fight their former masters. They made excellent fighters, and even Calra had come to respect their drive.
"Too bad..." Vel bit her lip, "I was hopping we'd have some more people joining us." She'd taken it on to get as many of her fellow freed slaves under their banner as possible.
Revak grinned, "We're about as big as we can get Vel. Anyway I'm going to hit the showers... I'll speak with you later."

The Sith Knight brgan to head back to his ship, until he heard the sound of engines running. It echoed through the long narrow tunnels. and Jaden felt compelled to follow this lead. He picked up his communicator and spoke, "Commander, this is Kyrath, don't blow up this joint just yet, I have work that needs to be finished," he said putting the comm. link back to his side.
He began running down the tunnels, listening to the loud humming of the ships engines. As he ran a small group of Plaugetroopers who got lost were looking through the tunnels anbd Jaden stopped them, "You guys, follow me, we have some work to do before we leave this joint," he said. They nodded their heads, and jaden took the lead to the ship.

Kusei smiled coldly as she knelt over the keyboard to the mainframe terminal and began looking through the vast flood of images and data. Her attention was swiftly grabbed by the internal security monitering system. Within minutes she had the location of many of the enemy troops still hold up in the base. Her attention shifted to the hanger bay where a lonely transport that had been cut off from any hope of flying again rested, and the small band of people around it.
She keyed her comm, "This is Kusei Maki to any imperial troops within the base proper. Stand by for the location of enemy troop concentrations and the enemy field commander." With that she transmitted a flash of data that the huds of stormtroopers and almost certainly the plaguetroopers would catch and translate into a three dimensional map of the complex, with a couple locations brightly marked and short description of the forces she'd seen at each location as well as an image from the position's nearest holo-cam. With that she settled back in the chair and waited for the Plaguetroopers and sith to catch what little remained within the base.

Archaras reached the entrance just as it collapsed. Rocks replaced what had been air.
The Echani cursed quietly but fluently, using a number of things he'd picked up during his days as a Grunt. He brought the ship to a stop, and then opened a channel to the shuttle that came to a hover along side him.
"Well that settles that...searching for alternate route now..." The Knight said, glancing at his monitor.
ICIS intoned "There's a natural cave formation 350 meters to starboard, it is 4 kilometers long, but leads to open air...after that all you have to do is get through the Imperial Blockade and...well...then Jump into hyperspace."
He sighed, and then brought the Ranger around.
He transmitted the nav data to Graus, and then added "Follow that course...Its going to call for a few maneuvers but we should be able to get out of here..."
And with that he put the Corellian Freighter to half throttle and sped down the cave.
It was a tight fit, to say the least, and the Twilight Ranger was not exactly made for pinpoint flying. He rolled her just enough to fit between a pair of stalagmites, and then the turrets blasted through another. The ship rumbled as he slammed into a granite formation.
"Kriff it all!" the Echani murmured, again to soft to be picked up on the comm.
Suddenly, a tiny pinpoint of light appeared at the edge of the horizon. Relief flooded through the Echani's tightened muscles as he saw it. Suddenly the mountain convulsed once more, and the growing light vanished. Archaras cursed loudly this time, and then said "Not again!"
He grimaced, and then rammed the throttle forward.
"ARE YOU INSANE!?" Shouted ICIS.
"Perhaps."
Then his thumb stabbed the trigger several times, and a quartet of Missiles raced from the underbelly of the Ranger.
The Block vanished in a explosion. The Twilight Ranger and Graus' shuttle shot through it and rose into the sky. Archaras grinned, and put her through a barrel roll as she pierced the atmosphere.
Then he saw the Obsidian Silhouettes of the Imperial Blockade. A great many of said Silhouettes blocked the stars.
Archaras looked up to the blinking lights that adorned the ceiling of the cockpit and groaned, asking why him.
"Head to Vector 23.6 and we'll try to break through!" He cried to Graus over the Comm. An Acknowledgment returned to him.
"Archaras...A Gladius just opened up her Gravity Wells...we're gonna be hard pressed to get out of here!" ICIS told him as he dodged fire from a Predator, which she promptly scrapped with fire from a pair of turrets. Archaras cursed for once more, and led Jedi's shuttle through a gap in the fire. (One that quickly closed, and began to follow them) 'That Gladius is going to tear us to shreds if we get close...and there are fighters and Corvettes closing on us...We're in some deep Poodoo now...' He thought to himself.
He squeezed off a pair of Missiles at the Frigate, which splashed impotently against her shields. Suddenly a fusillade of Crimson Beams slammed into the rear of the Frigate, followed quickly by the glowing contrails of Warheads. Her shields vanished and armor began to evaporate from the High Energy blasts pounding into the Imperial Vessel. The Gladius attempted to turn, but was literally torn in half as Barium Rockets from a trio of T-Wings made run on her.
A Glaive and her escorts, which were in turn sheparding a group of transports were revealed to be the culprits.
Archaras received a comm, and a Dark Skinned man's faced appeared, saying. "Twilight Ranger this is Captain Isen of the L.F.S. Victory. We are withdrawing from this system, and it would probably best if your friend and you landed aboard the Victory. We're transiting to hyperspace in a matter of moments. Alacrity would be, ah, appreciated."
The Echani responded with "Received Victory we are on approach vector." The Shuttle and the Ranger sped into the rear facing hangar of the departing frigate, along with Graus' shuttle and the Victory's remaining deployed fighters. They began to land just as the stars turned into lines and they le ft light behind in the Abregado Rae system...

((Its not going to be that easy.))
Mandalore skidded around the corner in time to see the Twilight Ranger attempt to escape through the collapsed entrance.
Behind his visored helm, Mandalore's eyes narrowed. He didnt have anything that could bring the ship down, but that didnt mean Seraphim was going to get away scot free.
As the ship hovered on its repulsors, searching for a way out of the debris, Mandalore sprinted forward. Drawing a tracking beacon from his belt he hurled it with precision aim, the magnetic surface of the beacon catching and holding tight to the durallex hull under the cargo release hatches on the vessel's aft. The device activated, showing up as a ping in Mandalore's HUD.
The Immortal watched as the ship rotated on her repulsors and turned down a side passage, desparate for escape. He saw into the cockpit of the ship as she came about, saw his target working the controls. He had no idea he was a marked man. The transport sped down the passage, rapidly departing from sight.
"We'll meet again, friend." Mandalore said as his target fled.
The Immortal tagged up the route he took through the caves on his HUD and took a quick look at it. It was time to go, and he had no intention of sticking around for what the Imps did to this base.

DarkLordTantis Tantis walked in and walked over and stood by Sven. "No not at all, what is it you wish me to do?" He asked continuing to look out the window at the star lines as they past. The man nodded. "We'll be arriving at Utapau soon. I'd like you to acompany me to the surface for negotiations. Afterwords, I have a mission for you."
