Quinth
14 + a gajillion = ...
The spell is one of abjuration, beyond the levels of any ordinary magician. Nymphs do not have the power to cast such a spell and Symphony would have felt it if anyone had cast it in her presence. Sarya's mind has been wiped clean and is leeching magic from the Plane and its creatures to stay alive while in this state. To bring back her mind and thus life would require a strong will, one that a child wouldn't have, or a short-period time magic of specific value. Without knowing the exact spell used it would be dangerous to try and counter it, especially on a mortal child with such low Will.
Make me a Bardic Lore or Knowledge (nature) *coughfey* and if Symphony shares this information, the other PCs present can roll too.
Fey creatures: add a +1 racial bonus to Knowledge (nature).
Fey Hunter: +1 bonus to Knowledge (nature) for Favored Enemy (fey), and +1/level (so +3 for Lirit) for Ranks in order to meet class requirements. (There're probably more bonuses, but sucks for you coz I'm lazy.
razz )
10+There is an old fairy tale about little mortal children being put into a trance, with eyes that glow red, blue, green, or violet based on the faerie who enchanted them. These fey were known as "Pipers," after the much more popular tale of fey who simply kidnapped children in their sleep through dreams. Pipers were descendents of the Dreamer, one of the first fey to be born, once equal in power to Origin (though that power has faded with mortal dalliances and mortal passage of time).
15+The Dreamer as of recent (re: the last couple of centuries) has been offering his services upon the Dream Treader, a Dreamship. Dreamships are fueled by magical dreams of fey creatures with the Dreamer's blood, but the Dream Treader is reknowned for holding the Dreamer himself. Various dreamships have various methods of steering; for example, the Dream Treader uses giant fey rats (which I can't remember the name of
crying ) running in wheels to move enormous peacock feathers back and forth in the wanted direction.
Pipers, being descendents of the Dreamer, use natural spells that are in his blood. If anyone would know how to cure a spell of that kind, it would be the Dreamer, or even a fellow Piper.
20+ (I dunno if anyone got this..)
The Dreamer knows his children aren't all Good. He works furiously between his deep slumbers to craft antidotes for every spell he knows. The Dream Treader, being his current place of residence, carries these antidotes in their well-protected Kitchen.

Character NotesSymphony: Queens can't leave their lands. You may accompany the party anywhere within Fashionable Symphonies and the Arbor Harbor, but that's it. No boarding ships, no flying to catch anyone. (Am I giving myself away again? Damn it.)
Opus: Mama could take care of her much easier. Then again, that might just show you're a weakling. Mommas boy~
Lirit:
If you rolled high enough to get this info, or if someone shares it you recall Captain Aust's large collection of potion antidotes. As an elf, he has a few precious potions gifted to him from the Dreamer, having met him on his first trip into Faerie.
Oh, and stop stealing food in the background already!
sweatdrop Lirit is too...
"Lirit" for her own good. :XP:
