If something is flanked it can be sneak attacked right?

Bah, the power went out at my house last night and it's still out, so I'm at my grandparents' house now... I can still DM though.
Yes, if a rogue is flanking something then he can sneak attack it.

If it's possible, I'm posting Brendon's move now so we can move on while I'm at work. I no I'm not suppose to post out of turn in the play thread so I guess that's why I'm doing it here. Follow the guidelines below, Glo, post the move according to what Iron does. If Brendon does a single attack, take only the first roll.
If Gloria attacks: Brendon attacks twice.
11+5 BAB+1 Haste=17
12+5 BAB+1 Haste=18
If Gloria does something else, Brendon attacks twice.
11+5 BAB+1 Haste=17
12+5 BAB+1 Haste=18
If Gloria moves and Brendon is too far to attack but is still within 10', Brendon spits poison once.
11+5 BAB+1 Haste=17 Range touch attack
If Gloria moves to damn far away, Brendon does nothing.

Okay, Dimitri moved. Here's the new graph. Dimitri now has cover against HR5 because the hobgoblin and Riven are in the way. Also, since he's in melee, the hobgoblins get even more of a penalty to shoot him.
