*Aethi didnt protest in being picked up. She managed to get hr arms around Ari's neck, but that was about it before she halfway slipped from conciousness. She hurt all over and it was starting to affect her head. By the time they would get back to the BC, she would likely be unconcious.*

The oval shaped energy, sitting in the middle of a grass plain, began to shimmer suddenly. Something was stirring inside. After a few short minutes, the energy began to whip away from the rousing form of Draeken. The ground was torn apart quite literaly as the energy dispersed and retracted into Draeken himself. Soon the winged figure was simply standing there, his eyes open and looking around. His wings twitched once in a while as if something under them wanted to move, but that something wasnt quite ready yet. Draeken rolled his head from shoulder to shoulder, stretching his neck. After a few more minutes, he began at a much slower pace than before, towards the BC.

Focht didn't waste time getting here. He still seemed the same as the last time T had seen him. Picking up a rather large aura in the area, he headed towards it expecting it to be this new thing that was D and T in one, aiming to appear alittle behind its slow moving path to give himself enough time to get ready for this. Skidding to a stop a good distance behind D, easily enough for him to react at, he took a brief moment to slide his eye patch from the eye he lost to the left one so he couldn't look into D's eyes. His ears twiching at D's foot steps, Focht sent a blast of air at D just to get his attention.

"HEY!!!! OVER-POWERED FREAK SHOW!!!!!"

As Focht approached, Draeken stopped and just stood there. He seemed to be waiting for this new person to arrive. When Focht did, a small grin would slide across Draeken's lips. It didnt even touch his eyes though which would make it seem even more sinister.

The blast of air that was sent in Draeken's direction would meet no opposition. This would be because Draeken was no longer even standing there. There was no sense of a power increase to suggest teleportation or phasing or even moving through the shadows. After a second or two there was a heavy wind to Fochts left, but before that would even be noticed, Focht would feel something icy upon the back of his head. No, upon his entire body or even so far as through his body and into his soul. The icy feeling would feel like the edges of fear itself, but would pose little hindrance to most any persons abilities to fight. But it would be there. Draeken was standing now twenty paces behind Focht. Staring at him. It seemed that the tables had turned.

The wind would strike Focht shortly after the icy feeling, indicating that Draeken had used sheer speed to get behind him. This new Draeken was fast.

Focht shook of the icy feeling and then when the rush of air hit him, his ears flattened. No one told him of D's speed and that could be a problem since he wasn't prepared for it. Holding his right hand out to the side, a point seemed to be pushing out from inside of his hand. In a sudden burst, his Grand Klaive shot outward from his palm. With a flick of his wrist, Focht grabbed the hilt and let his arm fall back to his side. His ears went back to being upright and alert since they were now his many way of tracking D besides his aura. Waiting for D to make a move, Focht's aura flared up to its usual peek. His tail was swaying gently behind him.

The grin remained on Draeken's lips. This man he was facing was fighting blind. He could take advantage of that quite easily and well. He quickly cloaked his aura while at the same time sending a burst of air past Fochts right side as well as a shadow of his aura. Both moved in the same fashion as he had before. Fast and all but undetectable. Draeken in truth, hadnt moved an inch and was moving forward through the air towards Focht's back, while the wind and aura shadow were both still getting to a space twenty paces in front of Focht.

As Draeken moved through the air, his body would turn so that his right foot would be hurtling for Focht's side. Draeken was not going to show any mercy in this fight. This man was as strong if not stronger than the girl who's ribs he had broken a few days before.

Focht wasn't phased by the passing gust of wind and aura. Until he felt threatened, he wasn't moving. The sound of the foot moving that fast thru the air did catch his attention though. In a split second, Focht dropped into a low crouch intending to duck the kick. As he reached the bottom of the duck he sent a blade of air upward to cross paths with D as he went over head. The moment the blade of air was on its way, Focht shot of to the side a good 10 feet and returned to his standing position.

As Focht ducked and sent up the blade of air, there would be the sensation of something breaking as Draeken's foot passed through where that blade should have been. It wasnt a sense of something phsyically breaking, but more like magically. Draeken had used his own energies to interrupt the air blade. Yet, despite that, there was hardly even a blip from his aura.

He landed in an awkward position because of the lack of using his arms and legs. Draeken righted himself fully and stared at Focht, the grin still there. The next attack wouldnt come from Draeken, however, as a sudden sense of movement came from behind Focht. If not fast enough or able to comprehend what was happening behind him, Focht would feel something rather solid slam against the backs of both his knees.

Focht had no choice but to drop to his hands and knees but he knew where D had landed. As soon as he hit the ground he vanished, so it seemed, pushing his limits of his speed; his aura dissappeared as well. In the few seconds he was gone, Focht had gotten up and taken off in a straight path, turned back to D and charged. Reappearing infront of D in a couch, spinning, Focht's leg an instant from making contact with D's ankles in a leg sweep. Hit or miss, Focht continued his spin and would try to come up in a savage almost vertical slash from his Grand Klaive hoping to catch D in a jump.

Draeken held the grin as Focht fell to his knees the disappeared. His eyes, though, seemed to be following Focht. Even up to the point that Focht appeared at Draeken's feet did his eyes follow. The leg sweep worked as intended. Almost. Instead of falling towards the ground, Draeken seemed to use the momentum along with a bit of his energy to spin himself through the air as if fixed upon a pole in his abdoman. He rotated, was the simplest way to put it. As he did though, he turned his body to the side so that Focht's upward attack would miss by mere centimeters. It was close enough that some of Draeken's short hair was clipped.

As Focht would likely launch himself into the air from the ferocity of his attack, Draeken would complete the rotation and land having turned one hundred and eighty degrees. He would waste no time in counter-attacking now and would once again turn slightly to the side and do a bicycle kick towards where Focht's ribs would soon be.

A cold wind rises as Breg appears from myst, as he walks up behind Aria

* Guess im not the only one who senced what was going on.*

He grins as he clances at Aria and her sword. He stands by to watch the action and to see if he would be in for some action himself.

That you arent.

*Elisi wasnt to be seen, but there was an odd shadow just behind and to the right of Breg. It seemed to be moving and remaining low against the ground so as to try and hide her presance from Draeken for the time being.*

Focht did rise as D had intended and took the kick square to the sternum. It easily knocked the somewhat off balance Focht off his feet, sending him into the air. An audiable crack was heard as some of Focht's ribs cracked from the force of the blow. With a thud, he landed a fair distance back from D, sliding slightly before using his hands and the momentum to spring back up to his feet. Holding his ribs as best he could with his left hand, he got his feet under him. Focht cringed alittle before getting over the immediate pain. Taking a deep breath, ignoring the pain, Focht seemed to relax alittle, his aura becoming focused. He knew D hadn't moved yet. Blinded as he currently was, using his enviornment wasn't easy. Again, he seemed to disappear, his aura vanishing from the sheer speed. This time Focht went straight for D and seemed to appear infront of him with a direct thrust from his clawed gauntlet. It was merely an after image, the real attack came from behind, Focht having gone around D and had lunged from behind with the Grand Klaive, appearing again just before making contact. If D hadn't been paying close attention, the feint from the front would seem real except for Focht's aura.
